Transition from old Web host was smooth, tech support was excellent. Recently I added a domain and needed tech support. The email support seemed like robo-replies, but the issue was eventually resolved. Response time has always been good. Uptime 100%. And it's impressive for me.
The strongest point of these guys is their support. It's open 24/24 with competence techs, kindly, always available to support until the fix is found it. Servers are well-balanced.
The hosting service I have received was quick, efficient, courteous, and professional. It resolved my issue completely. And I appreciate their help. I have found no issues using their VPS.
