“Ignored emails”

Not too impressed by Sevenoaks Sound and Vision after the Tunbridge Wells branch just ignored email enquiries about products they have on sale. When a business does this I simply stop visiting their website and won't buy anything from them. Basic courtesy is fundamental to decent business practice and if they can't be bothered, then why should customers?

MY RATINGS:
5 Stars = Excellent with minimal or no problems. I would recommend.
4 Stars = Very good, and I would use again
3 Stars = Average, with room for improvement
2 Stars = Poor service or goods. I don't recommend.
1 Star = Gross incompetence/ dishonesty/ negligence. Stay away.
