The sew steady tables are definitely worth the money and wait. Mine took about 4 weeks to arrive and it was well packaged and protected. Very happy customer and will be ordering through sewing machines plus in the future as their customer service and prices can't be beat!
They say that there is a 60 day period where you can return purchased items and then when try to return something they say that it's not returnable They told me that I should have read the really fine print. As a disabled veteran it's really hard to know who to trust
I just wrote a review on Facebook, and I think it's important enough to repeat myself on this forum. Had I read all these negative reviews before I ordered my Janome MC400E embroidery machine from them I wouldn't have. However, I did on 12 May 20, and it just arrived by FedEx today, 16 May 20. I don't believe this company is scamming anyone, rather it is caught up in the turmoil caused by Covid19 including a reduced workforce and extraordinary increase in customer orders. That doesn't excuse any rudeness customers are experiencing when complaining and I hope the company's management is working to improve their customer service. In any case, I think these folks are getting slammed by Covis19 related problems and I hope you all give them a chance to catch up and serve your needs.
I placed an order on april 21st, 200. None of the items were listed as 'out of stock'. The payment was immediately deducted from my account. When there was no notice of shipping within the promised 5-7 days, I checked the status of my order online. All of the items are backordered. Curious, I tried to order one of the items again from another browser. Again there was no indication that they are out of stock. I sent an email to cancel the order immediately. No reply. I've tried calling twice, and like others, was kept on hold. The first time, I was on hold for 56 minutes before giving up. Today, second try, I was on hold for one hour, then got a recorded message - 'sorry you couldn't get through, leave a message and phone number, someone will call, etc', and then - sorry the mailbox is full, can't accept any more messages.
The one star is because that's the minimum possible. It reminds me of a college professor who responded to a student's query 'why did I get an F' with 'because there aren't any Gs or Hs.'
I ordered a HANDIQUILTER QUICK CLICK RULER BASE in November of 2019. I was sent the wrong item.
I contacted customer service and did a return on that and re-requested my HANDIQUILTER QUICK CLICK RULER BASE. I was assured that it went out via FedEx.
I called you in December 2019.

I spoke to Kim at extension 143 twice now.
It is now May 2020 and I don't have my platform.
I am awaiting a call back about this now.
I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau and institute a dispute on my credit card charge if I don't get an answer, with either a refund or I receive my platform.
I bought an overpriced Sewist 725s & was led to believe return was easy. Machine was loud & cheap for price. Called to get return info - 20% restock fee plus shipping & handling PLUS at their discretion may be another 20% or more. I will keep machine BUT WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

Don't buy sewing machines on websites unless you've tried them in a store. Shop prices. Most of all, find out specifics on return policy!!

Received this as a present from my daughter. When I got it initially it wouldn't come on as I thought maybe I'm doing something wrong, but finally it came on and I began to use it. I noticed it skipped some stitches, but again I thought it was me. So I started to do embroidery and there was one thing after another. Called the company the company referred me to a brother dealer that was of no help it was still in warranty this was only a month later. Talked with several people and even spoke with the guy who repairs Chris he was a butt hole thought he knew it all. Tried to explain to him that there's something wrong I've been sewing since I was 16 and I know it shouldn't be doing these this. Put in and embroidery design that was in the machine itself and it kept saying malfunction and would cut off. Finally got to speak with the manger she was nice and asked what size jumpdrive I was using told her 8 she said maybe it's too big and sent me a 2 but I told her I really don't think this is the problem. But I tried it anyway to no avail it didn't. Spoke with her again and she just sent me a brand new SE1900. I was truly impressed with the kindness and attention to the problem I was having. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them A+ customer service always ask for the manager.

I purchased a Janome MB-4s multi-needle embroidery machine and the extended warranty in March of 2018. About 18 months into the purchase the computerized RCS unit malfunctioned. As per the warranty I shipped the machine in for service at my expense, approximately $375 shipping cost. They had the machine 6 to 8 weeks and then returned it. No communication as to the issue, no indication that the machine was coming, it just showed up on my doorstep. But the machine still did not work. Different problem, but still not working, as if they swapped out one defective unit for the other. I tried calling, never got through to customer service. I emailed, no response. So now I'm stuck with a $3K - $4K crippled paperweight of an embroidery machine and a warranty that is useless unless I spend another $300 to $400 shipping it back again. I don't appreciate my email being ignored, and I don't appreciate the lack of communication regarding my repair. They have my money, so it doesn't matter to them how they treat me now... at least that's what I'm feeling. So no, I will not spend another penny on their products.
The customer service I received from SewingMachinePlus was without a doubt the best ever. I wifi always go to them for all my quilting supplies.
Purchased this product for my mom. She won't stop saying how happy she is with it! If you're in the market for a dress form this is a great option.
