Orders above 50,00 will charge no shipping costs.
If an order happens to be 49,90 and you call the customer service to waver the shipping fees (afterall, having to pay 5,00 for a 0,10 shortage is a bit unfair), they basically ridicule at the thought of it. The way they conversate with their customers is appalling.
Employee: ''It's an automated system (which I have full understanding for), and I'm not about to work 15 minutes just to save you 5,00 on shipping costs. Just buy an additional item.''
I will not buy the products I needed off of their website. And I suggest you don't either. There are plenty of other webshops that -do- value their clientele and are worthy of your money.
