“Doesn't stand behind products sold”

I purchased a blind with remote from this shop about 4 years ago. He has been out here at least 1 if not 2 times per year since it went up. Last time he actually had to remove it, take it to his stop and bring it back. A few months later, not working again.

Not willing to work with vendor to get replacement. Real service huh? Stay away from this cocky non-professional sales guy.
