This was my first purchase and so far satisfird, but I have yet to fina a bra sturdy and coverage-comfortable for my sides and back support. Everything else was great.

The moment I put the shapeware on my confidence went threw the roof! I immediately took pics and sent them to my friends so they could go purchase their own.

I decided to try out a Shapermint because they were having their summer sale. Their items looked reasonable and as if they were good quality. Upon checking out they offered one of the items I bought in an additional color at 70% off. I don't usually select the 'wait, before you go' items, but it was a good deal so I accepted. Upon checking my confirmation email I discovered that they added leggings rather than shorts. I immediately selected 'contact company' because they state they provide up to an hour from order time to process time for things to be changed. I was transfered to a robotic chat system, who was completely unable to help me, and when I asked to speak to a real person I was told on four different occasions that 'everyone was busy.' But not to worry, someone would get back to me WITHIN 48 HOURS. Obviously this is too long for the order to be changed. So now I am going to be shipped and charged for something I DIDN'T want, and who knows if I can exchange it or not because there are no answers on that on their website. What was supposed to be a new experience supporting a new company has now turned into an hour of exasperation and will continue to be a concern for the next 48 hours and beyond. Once I get it I will have to figure out how to return it and get my money back, and if this experience is foreshadowing I am already dreading the time and effort it will take. Not worth it!

I purchased the everyday panty. They are very comfortable but supply zero compression of my belly. I love the commercials but I don't know which product that is being shown.

I thought these looked much too small but soon realised just how far they stretched. Very comfortable on and certainly made a big difference to my shape. Well pleased.

These bras are very comfortable, but do not give sufficient support to larger busted women. It would be helpful if the shoulder straps were adjustable.

Easy to shop and buy, although didn't realize it was in US funds until order complete. Would prefer the straps were adjustable, but other then that very comfy!

I tried several different bras, but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, until, FINALLY, an employee understood what I wanted, and recommended what I want! Unfortunately, I am now stuck with 3 bras that are not what I prefer, but it is too late to return or exchange them for what I really want.

I absolutely love the company Shapermint. I loved some of my products I purchased. Some were ok. The bras I purchased, three of them, EXCELLENT. They actually fit, with the exception of a slight roll at the bottom-but it's because my cup size is bigger than what Shapermint offers. I'd suggest getting into bigger cup sizes. These days women are having much bigger breasts naturally and artificially. Second, the Shapermint panty/short undergarment to help with bulges. I'm not over fond of these. I was hoping they'd really help with the bulge but in my case, they didn't really do much. Finally, the leggings -or what I'd call compression leggings. I didn't care for these at all. They are way to small, in my opinion, even tho I ordered according to the Shapermint sizing chart.
Overall, I really like the products. Some are for me, and some are not. From here on out, I will definitely do a return for more satisfaction. I didn't return my products I wasn't happy with thinking it may be too late! Thank you Shapermint.

The adds of women trying on your shapemint products do not accurately pictique the try fit. I wear a size 18/2x and order up to size 2x and could barely get it above my lower abdomen.

Original order for size 3XL legging did not fit. Ordered 4XL which I received and is great. Will donate the pair that did not fit... like your return policy.
