NEVER AGAIN WILL I WAIST MY MONEY ON GARBAGE. ITS SUPOST TO hold all your rolls in and make you shaply... no it doesn't first I got the wrong size I didn't order a medium I ordered a large. The thing makes me look pregnant! I promise you im not. Not asking for a refund because I don't have the time to wait for it and other reviews are saying customer service sucks and rude as hell they just want your money. So no I'm good yall can keep my waisted money.

I bought the leggings, omg there is NO comfort, WHERES THE SPANDEX, it was like trying to pull up jeans. JUST FREAKIN AWLFUL. The material is even horrible! Now about the top part ( the control top) you might as well put on a tank. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT. PLEASE do not buy this expecting to be snatched or held in... because this will not do it! I'm so disappointed...

I made a purchase online that cost $107.52CAD. I received a Shipping email after one week from purchase. I received a "sorry your order is late" email another week later with a note that a replacement order was placed to make up for the delay. I waited another week before I followed up with Customer Service, only to find out that there is no replacement order and I am just waiting on the original order, which still had not arrived yet.
Finally a Customer Service rep was able to provide me with a Canada Post tracking number, which was never provided to me in any shipping email. Upon looking up that tracking number, I see that I am now due to pay a COD Amount of $63.01 upon pick up of my order. They chalked it up to say that it was my duties/taxes due. I live in Canada and have shopped from the USA both online and physically across the border before. Our duties/taxes upon entering Canada is not 60% of our purchase EVER. Needless to say, I am not going to pick up my order and will be waiting for it to be returned to sender so I can wait another 3weeks to get my refund.

I've lost a bit of weight and decided to treat myself to a well fitting 2 piece as a reward. I have a dream vacation coming up on June 22nd. At a glance, if seems that if places my order right away I would get it in time. After placing my order I realized that the 5-8 days processing & shipping times were for the US only…it might take 21 days for the items to just départ the US for Canada. Wish I had known that before, but non the less, I got excited when receive the DHL tracking number on Monday June 3rd. I've checked the tracking number everyday since then and still can't track the package, which means it still hasn't moved…that would be a good thing in this situation because upon reviewing my order I realize I made a typo with my postal code, but since my package hasn't move yet should be an easy fix right? WRONG! Customer service at DHL said they can't do anything and that I had to contact the seller. I have since learned the hard lesson that Shapermint customer service is non existent. I've received 2 automatic response emails. Asking the same thing, whether or not I had received my order and other FAQ. It's become clear that this is going to be a big issue and I certainly will not get my swimsuit before I leave for my trip, if at all, because a wrong postal code will result in the package being returned to Shapermint. I wish I hadn't made a typo with the address. I wish I could reach a live person in customer service, I wish I had read the reviews here before spending $95 Canadian on a swimsuit I might not even get.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY111I purchased an item in September. Was told it would arrive in 5 business days. Didn't arrive. Was then informed that I had to check my account, without being told that I had to be "invited" to create an account to set one up in order to track my package. It is now November 2nd and I needed this for an event past due.
When getting into my account, was informed that it had been delivered October 17. Then told that it had arrived in Canada on October 1,2021. Finally when I confronted their appalling customer service, I was informed that it entered the country October 1,2021. All the while demanding a refund and not getting an answer that I would be refunded. There resolution is that when/if it arrives, they will give me 20% off. No opportunity for a refund for merchandise that NEVER arrived and they don't seem to mind that it never did. I have also come to learn that when becoming a member, you are charged a fee just to be a member. Needless to say, I have taken steps to ensure I will not be charged by this Charlatan of a company. Buyer beware! They are not even Better Business Accredited, but there are many reviews exactly like mine online. Thankyou Shaper mint for taking my money which by the way is equivalent to highway robbery, and snubbing me when trying to reach a resolution. I will not add my proof of purchase because of course they won't give me one, but of course its on my credit card.

I normally wear 36b. I ordered 40b wanting them to be super comfy. Instead they have to be hooked in the first set of hooks. They seem to be sold smaller than you would expect them to be.

If you need your Shapermint order fast, I don't recommend paying extra for their 4-day PRIORITY MAIL because it's ridiculous! It has been 2 weeks since their email confirmed that my order was shipped on Nov 21,2023 and on the way, but I still haven't received it 14 days later. I'm a first time customer and I paid for U.S. PRIORITY mail which is 4 days mailing time after shipment. I needed it for a gift today (Dec 4,2023) so I've been tracking my order all this time and it continuously shows a message that its just sitting in one of their partner facilities for 14 days, WHY? I called customer service for an update & explanation but I had to leave a message, and I got no reply, no email, no return phone call. Finally today they confirmed that USPS received my package from the facility and its finally in transit and I'll receive my priority pkg on Dec 7th for a total of 16 days after shipment instead of 4 days. This was a gift for my sister today but it's not here yet... thanks Shapermint for holding the package an additional 2 wks for no reason and ruining her present. Be honest with your customers, don't promise them quick priority shipping & handling if you can't deliver! I will never order from Shapermint again because they never provided any email updates for the delay. I also won't comment on the products because we never received them.
