I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
The first one I got didn't fit just right and after contacting the company they quickly responded and replaced with another which fits perfect. The process was very quick, prompt and easy. Thank you so much...

Reached out to customer service after receiving an email at 12:30 in the morning that my order was delivered…it was not, when I checked the tracking it had my correct address when customer service followed up they said it was delivered to a different address. I reached back out to them with all of the information needed and now I just keep getting the same email saying they are looking into it…Very disappointing

I have ordered three items from Shapermint. I've been very happy with two of them. One item didn't fit at all and I really didn't like the style of it. I was able to exchange it quickly and efficiently just by calling customer service.

I ordered once! Customer service was great. Sizing was off so I returned. Filled out a survey... then another. Now this is the third so I would caution anyone thinking of buying to consider if they want to be bothered with so many surveys!

I recently ordered 1 bra as a trial to see if I would like the product enough to want to order more in the future.
I was charged for 3, at an extra $50 from my bank to cover it, a shipping label was created the very next day an 3 weeks later I have yet to receive the items.
The tracking number keeps reporting the item is still in the same location where the original label was created. I have contacted the company twice with no help on there end as to where the items are, or about refunding the extra $50 back for the items added to my order which I didn't place.
Over all this has been a horrible experience an I still have no items to give a proper review on! Will definitely not be ordering from them again even if I love the product!

Purchased one of these comfort bras a couple of weeks ago to try it out. Boy am I glad I did! Very comfortable (so soft), no pinching/digging/riding up, and reasonably priced. So I bought two more and I see different colors in my future:-)

Briefs were sized M/L. I should have know this isn't reasonable. Unless you like the feeling of being a squeezed sausage. Also gave me a muffin top I didn't have before. Might work for average sizes but not borderline. Works for me I guess.

Overall I am very happy with the customer service via shapermint and shapermint gals. This time I processed another exchange for a bra that wasn't the best fit. Unfortunately I still have not received an email confirmation. So I'm not sure if I should wait and see that the item is shipped or... Really I don't know. What I do know is there is a human on the other side of the electronics and in general I am satisfied with the work that has been done.

Loved it the first day until it started to roll up. Was a large and I am 36 DD but thin build with long torso. It could have been a litter bigger in the breast area and a tad longer for the torso. Will still wear it but just short periods... not ideal to actually work in it because it constantly rolls up from the bottom.
Material is great and not too tight on waist. Can wear low rise jeans with it.

I had trouble with my apt number being left off package so didn't arrive. I reached out through chat and you representative very quickly corrected the problem and sent me a new package. I was very pleased with how I was treated. The product itself tends to roll and the circle pads in the cups slide or become wrinkled. I am not a fan for those reasons

I have not had a lot of luck ordering bras online, but decided to try Shapermint. What a pleasant surprise to find a bra that is unbelievably soft, but also fits amazing well; it holds in the loose skin under my arms and the support is great. A TOTAL RIP OFF! I made an order in March. Shorts and panties. Received the panties, they lied they do not work and they are cheap. Heading into May did not receive the shorts yet. No customer service I have to chat with a damned computer. Where are the humans. At least send me my cheap underwear. I'm not asking for the money. I feel like I would be wasting my money it I get a lawyer but that is where I am headed

I wasted way too much time trying to complete an order. The chat program is useless. Even being transferred to a "live agent" times out while you try to type a response which then means you start all over, etc. I made the mistake of taking the free trial of the club which supposedly provide free shipping until they read you the rest of the small print. I am now stuck cancelling my club crap and returning my order. And, yes, I tried to find a real person to actually talk to but to no avail. I even asked them to call me! No response. I will never shop them again and strongly urge you to shop elsewhere.

For all Canadian shoppers - beware. All prices will be shown to you in Canadian dollars BUT you will be billed in US dollars! If you try to cancel the order- you only have one hour to do so and the agent will not connect with you until. The hour time slot is over. Then they will try to convince you to "try the product anyway". A very deceitful company in my books.

I was so pleased with my first purchase that I bought 2 more! Very comfortable and comes with extender in case I gain weight! I like that it does not have pads that come out in the wash. I never thought I would find a bra without trying it on first. I use to try on a half a dozen or so before I could find the perfect fit!

Problems with fitting. Reordered items to see if I could get better fit but kept the original order longer that returnable. Very polite and offered to replace part of the order instead of refund. Comprise! Received order promptly. Fit still not as good as I would like. I seem to fall between two sizes. Too tight or too loose.

Horrible experience. Took $65 from me and never shipped my items, WTH. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT... Purely thieves! Seeing more people are having these same issues. They will not give me a refund and they never sent my items out. Very disappointed. Non stop headache & stress with this company. They clearly don't care a bit about their consumer's once they have your hard earned money in their pockets. Don't even bother asking for a refund & don't get your hopes up on anything they promise. It has been non stop misleading and let downs with my experience so far. Buyer beware! Just say no! There are similar items sold on Amazon with better, reputable reviews and that actually offer Customer Service that actually exists!
