I'm usually a medium, so that's what I ordered, but the bra is tight around my ribs and the straps dig in to my shoulders leaving marks. So size up!

I purchase the shapewear a 4x due to my size, however, I don't feel the support I need. It have some support but not what I expected to have... I should have ordered a 3x black...
