I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
My order was processed extremely quickly and I received outstanding customer service. I had a request and they went above and beyond to satisfy it. Literally. The product is great, it works as described and it's super comfortable. Five stars all the way!

My first bra was not what I expected and didn't work too great for me. After speaking with a representative I was told which product works be right for me. They sent it without extra cost to me. The new bra is fantastic!

The bras are not as advertised nor true to size. They are a step up from an uncomfortable sports bra. I would have said dissatisfied if not for customer service getting back to me with an offer to replace the ill-fitting bra at no charge. Even at that, I don't think I will be purchasing in the future

I love all my shapermint purchases. Everything fits well— I'm a short curvy gurl. The bras are supportive with the wide elastic. My favorites are the ones with cup padding that stays in place. I don't like having to fix the pads each time I put it on. The panties are comfortable, too, and my tummy is flatter.

I have the shaper tank in both black and nude. It is a really nice and well made product. I was really pleased with price and time it took to get the tanks. The only suggestion I would have is they run extremely snug and definitely suck you in so possibly go one size up from what the chart states. I will be ordering more products though as I was very pleased

This Bra is amazing! I was taking a shot in the dark ordering it, and I am so glad I did! It's comfortable and supporting! I don't feel like I even have a Bra on! I'm convinced that it is a little slice of Heaven! Usually I can't wait to take my Bra off when I get home, but this one is comfy enough to wear all day! Thank you so much!

I placed an order on 04/25/2022 and I still have not received my order.
They sent me a tracker email on 05/13/2022 and I checked it today, it's still showing that it's on it's way to DHL. This is getting ridiculous!
I don't recommend buying from them at all.

I love the fit of everything I have purchased the 2 pair boy shorts, briefs, 2 pair leggings and the bra. They all fit amazing makes my clothes look well on me. I had Bariatric surgery and can't afford skin removal it holds all my excess skin. I had tried many brands before you. I struck gold thank you for making ne happy and confident to wear something's I didn't ever think I would be able to wear.

The shaper fits well and is more comfortable than other ones I have purchased. However, it keeps rolling at the top. I tried to return it and the company was only willing to give me $15 for the return when I paid $28. There was a restocking fee. SCAM.

I've written twice so this time I'll make it shorter. There were problems with shipping. I understand why. You persisted and it finally arrived! Felt the small was a little small. I know how much it took to get here so I didn't want to return the bras and go through this again The small should have a medium but I will try to stretch it a bit. Thank you for persistence. The website says it has 24/7 customer support and they do not. They do not have a ph# I cancelled my order within 5 minutes of placing it the only way you can at any time via email and messenger and was told the order was "processed" and can't be cancelled. Shady shady shady!
With their lack of customer support I seriously doubt that once you place an order you can ever get a refund. Filling a dispute with my bank as soon as the transaction goes from pending to completed. I would never ever trust a company that has business practice like this!

I finally got out of a 8 month ordeal where they were charging me $4.99 a month yet I had no account via only email I use. I tried getting lost password or password reset and they kept saying my email was invalid - yet when I finally got someone to help they find my email just fine…. Beware it's total rip off and I have no idea how it started in the first place

I purchased 2 bras. The first was comfortable so I had no hesitation about removing the tags before wearing the second one. The straps fell off of my shoulders and there is no way to adjust them. Perhaps someone tried on the second bra and stretched the straps prior to my receiving it. It is useless. Any suggestions? I feel as though i wasted my money on this product. Adjustable straps would certainly be more adaptable.

I read the reviews before i bought 2 pairs and i wad like omg these are great reviews im going to try these. I am now disappointed that they do infact roll down the back on my plus sized body. Its actually very frustrating i cant wear them due to them rolling down with every shift of my body. I would not be able to give any plus sized woman the recommendation of purchasing these products.

I ordered a medium compression garment and was dissatisfied with it. After speaking with a style agent through Shapermint, she recommended a higher compression, found the comparable item and processed my exchange. I like the new one; it does a much better job. I appreciate the fact that the chat agent was available at 3 am when I was debating if I wanted to bother going through the trouble of exchanging the product. It was easy and now I have something that I'm happy with.

The product is great. Very comfortable for everyday wear. I will purchase more garments from the company. Unfortunately my concerns are with shipping time. I was told that it took 7 to 10 business days of arrival. The items took 14 days to arrive, very inconvenient.

I purchased two bras, was very happy with both so I ordered a third. It was a different brand and didn't fit well so I exchanged it for something else. They told me donate the item rather than return it to them. How cool is that?

Paid extra to get faster shipment... almost half the cost of the garment... and then it still came a day before I needed to wear it.
Used your measurements and garment is way too big... stretches to almost under armpits. So marginal effectiveness but very comfortable.

Paid $40 for 1 pair of underwear and because I hate the weigh my stomach looks, it's too big and kinda oval shaped all these underwear did was lift the fat and now everyone says I look pregnant! Not what I wanted, I am so disappointed!
