I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
Shapermint makes great products. I think everyone already knows that. But for most shoppers, before the product even arrives, you have to deal with the customer service staff, which in many cases, can be unpleasant. I'm happy to say that that was not the case here. The customer service staff at Shapermint are excellent. They were responsive and polite and really seemed to care that I get good service and have a positive experience. It was very refreshing to have such good customer service experience. Keep up the good work guys!

I had a great experience with my first purchase. Even though I had to make an exchange, the process was very easy, no questions asked or additional fees. I just had to print out the mailing label and the replacement came a short time later. I love both bras, they are very comfortable. So comfortable that I bought 2 more.

I was very disappointed in trying to get an address to return or exchange my items. I got a phone number and it just gave me a website to see their products and hung up on me. After that I get a message from Pissed Customer!

I recently had a bad accident in which I broke both shoulders. Wanted to try Shapermint bras to see if they are easier for me to put on. After a trial period I decided that I needed a larger size. So I contacted the company. I had 5 unused bras left. They agreed to send 5 new ones and I did not have to return anything! Excellent customer service!

Some time ago I had issues with an item which Shapermint totally replaced and let me tell you these shaping leggings are not only NOT see-through but the material is SO GOOD and it actually does make a significant difference when you put them on with other clothes. Cannot wear my scrubs without them! 10/10 all the way. Customer service is superb too!

I have a bad back and the suggested garments are hundreds of dollars and last months, and the leggings are never long enough. These fit better, last longer and the leggings go all the way to my ankles! Then there is the customer service which I've used twice, once when the mail lost a parcel and once when a bra didn't work for me, a real quality product. No hassles, No insults, No issues taken care of.

The shapermint products are top of the line. It is my favorite to date. I have tried others but this has the best fit. True to size. Also, when I let the company know, I ordered the wrong size, they sent me the correct size immediately and did not ask for the other one, instead they asked me to pass it on to someone who could use it! Very impressed by the shape wear and the service.

I just needed a few comfy bras to throw on while being home. The size guide told me from previous orders what size I'd be and it's accurate. I also measured myself to make sure. I got an xl and it's perfect. I also got a large - it's a smaller fit but a little more supportive because of the snugness - still just as comfortable as xl. Love these bras - I wear them everyday and have actually slept in them.

Nothing fit me and I tried 8 different items and 2 different sizes. Very thankful for the stellar returns policy but wish the process was a bit faster. For reference I have very large breasts but am short in stature/short torso/only 36 around, maybe I just have a weird $#*! body? I don't know but nothing worked and I was derisively dejected but it is what it is. I'm happy to get my money back.

I ordered one style of bra that was expected to fit based on the size chart, but it did not fit well. Customer service sent me, for free, new bras of a better fit and style. Considering the price point, this was an excellent way to get me to try new styles in the future without fear.

Ordered Aug 2. Got a message saying one item was out of stock (PANTS) and so they substituted & shipped leggings. BUT I dont want leggings, so they tell me I will be able to "exchange." Ah, but I want a refund. So we will see how it plays out. Also, got charged for shipping $10 when promo said free shipping over $100. Well, mine was! Finally, I haven't got the shipment and now am told I may have to pay DUTY! I ordered this from Shapermint Canada... BEWARE FOLKS, Save yourself the trouble. I will post again when I actually see some product, but it is NOT looking or feeling good!

Not sure what you want - the site is great, and the "help with returns" is exceptional. As for the fit of the article I purchased, the straps need to be adjustable. These are made for younger people that haven't experienced gravity yet!

I purchased a wireless bra because it's a pandemic and I wanted something comfortable for working from home. I am reasonably satisfied with the product and might have bought it again. Unfortunately the company sent me an unsolicited marketing email - about which I have separately complained- suggesting that women who buy Shapermint products must necessarily have something wrong with their bodies and feel bad about themselves as a result. I do not believe there is anything wrong with my body or feel bad about myself. I do not believe Shapermint has any business trying to tell me I'm ugly - you don't even know me - and who the hell are you to think you have a right to police my body? I think it is phenomenally stupid of your company to gratuitously offend your customers like this. I will never buy anything from you again. If you continue emailing me reminding me of this incident, I will start a boycott of your company.

This company cancelled my first order in error. To date I have not received a refund because they made an "error" when processing it the first time. Each time I contact them, I am told it will be another 5-10 days before I receive my refund. I still have not received the replacement order (for which, I had to pay again), so I cannot comment on the quality of their products. Needless to say, I will not order from this company again.

Seamless. The products are of high quality, so I was disappointed they did not fit me properly. Normally, one would have to undergo a time consuming and laborious experience of explanation, sending back the product and waiting for either a refund or exchange. I did provide an explanation for my dissatisfaction with the product. It was accepted immediately and I was provided with a variety of options as to how I wished to handle it. I chose the option of an exchange. The exchange occurred within a short time and I was able to get the size that would fit me. Not many online companies provide their customers with a 60 day grace period to evaluate the product, substitute or provide refunds without a great deal of conditions to overcome. Now that I have the correct sizing, I am looking forward to a long term relationship with Shapermint.

I have always had to rigid, which makes them very hard to wear for anytime. There ad said it these would support my breasts. That would have been wonderful. But unfortunately they do not. I so wish someone could and would make one who could. I am sure their are many out there that would buy if they ever did make one that works.

I wanted a comfortable wireless bra that still gives some support. I am small around - 32-34 but large cup size- G, so it's hard to find a comfortable bra that also has support. My only criticism are: the black seems smaller than the beige although they're the same size, and I'd like to be able to adjust the strap.

If I had followed my very first thoughts when selecting the sizes, I would be extremely happy, right now! I ordered the next size above Small & got it wrong! To me, I do not look small, yes, I am over weight... but, the small selection would have fit perfectly! Take Your Time & select for your body size!

For the past few months (okay more like a year) I have been on a search for a good support bra without under wire and thin straps digging into my shoulders. I was expecting better products for the price. I purchased two bras. One arrived with the padding inside the cup bunched up and folded over which I had to fix by opening the cup before I could wear it the first time. The other issue is support. I am a D Cup and the support is barely adequate. The positive is that the fabric is very soft. But, I won't spend this kind of money again with your company.
