My husband has order over $300 worth of products for me for Christmas and my birthday with the past two months. The items that fit are amazing! However, I have 3 Daily fit Wireless Bras and one Reactive Bra that I order incorrectly. I can't even figure out how to EXCHANGE these 4 bras for a "store credit", so I can order the correct bra. The one I like is the Truekind (RN*******) double layed bra in black & Beige. Unfortunately I ordered the 1st one in a 2X and it's too big. I need a XL but I will keep this 2X and wear it around the house because I've got it as tight as it can possibly go. This bra is AMAZING! I would love to order a few more but for those of us who can't follow this company's so called EXCHANGE policy, I can not do anything! No one will answer the phone number listed on their website and when I send an email to REQUEST "HELP" for an EXCHANGE, all I get is a reply that tells me to go to their website. I do like this product but after many attempts to complete this process; I will have to call in QUITS to reordering from this company. I totally understand the DELAYS in shipping because of inclimate weather or mass orders. But since there has been a decline in "brick and mortar" shops and an increase with online shopping, I believe this company's RETURN or EXCHANGE policy could be a little more "user friendly"! Because your products are actually REALLY good!
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you order correctly the 1st time. My only complaint with Shapermint is that they do NOT offer a true “customer service” support for EXCHANGES or RETURNS!!

I used the chart provided on the site and got a perfe t fit. The empura gives me coverage from under my breast down to my knees. Good investmentq

I'm done with Shapermint.
After a year of working from home, I decided to start wearing more comfortable bras. I bought a number of Truekind bras based on the ads in my Pinterest feed. The bras weren't exactly perfect for me, but I'm an odd size. (I wear a 32F.)They certainly were more comfortable than my old, exorbitantly expensive underwire bras. I also bought some shapewear that was a little too big to be effective.
Shapermint's sizing calculator doesn't seem to be accurate for me. I should've just guessed my size.
I later ordered a few bras for my mom (who has dementia and needs something supportive and easy to wear)
None of the bras really fit; the band on mine is too loose and rolls up, the band for my mom's bras are too tight and the provided extender digs in - however they're affordable and more comfortable than anything else I have right now.
I ordered a few bras for my teenage daughter about a month ago. She's built like me with a small torso and a large cup size. I can't speak for how those bras fit…because they haven't arrived yet.
I've reached out to customer service several times about the delayed order. They say it's the shipping carrier's fault and offer me coupons. At this point, I've bought all the bras I ever will from this company.
Online businesses need to be very careful to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Amazon's products arrive in a few days and they set a benchmark.
Shapermint sends out a barrage of marketing spam…an avalanche of sales and coupons and reminders. I get several emails and texts from them every day. It's annoying and I resent the fact that they're trying to sell me more bras but haven't gotten me the damn bras I ordered a month ago.
Shapermint is a mediocre company with a less than fantastic product, an irritating marketing strategy, and problems with their shipping carrier.
Tip for consumers:
be aware that this is a company that is over enthusiastic about sending sales material and under enthusiastic about delivering their products.
