I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
My order arrived fast and just in time. So comfortable almost as nice as not wearing anything at all! Everyday wearable. Had an issue checking out but customer service was great she fixed my order and was able to ship my order out to me no problems. Whatever didn't work out I returned just as easy as I purchased. Very happy with my purchase.

First order a few items didn't fit, they sent me a new order with correct sizes, even sent doubles of items that did fit and then told me to keep everything, donate what I couldn't use. Great customer service fast responses to emails, and following up often to ensure I was happy. Definitely would recommend and will buy all my shaper wear from them!

I would have given it 5 stars but on my own decided to order a size up and am so glad I did as your sizing would not have fit. The extenders are a must for me also. Love the comfort and look shipping was fast. Will order again when needed.

These are the best leggings i have ever had. They are comfortable and make my legs look smaller than they are which is a plus!

I love these leggings! The high waist is the best design ever for people with no waist like me... now I can wear all my tunics and over shirts without the annoying "lines" that regular leggings have AND I feel so secure. No tugging to constantly pull them up upon standing or slipping thru the day. I love the feel of the compression for my legs and tummy. So glad I invested...

The bra overall fits great with the extension piece that was sent, very smart idea. However, with no adjustments on the straps the left strap falls down all the time and is annoying so I don't wear it. I'm trying to find a way to make it work but at this point I haven't found the solution. I tried to contact your company but that didn't work online and I couldn't find any phone number to call anyone to see if there might be another bra that would work better for me. So, I'm at a loss now.

I needed a comfortable bra for my active retired lifestyle. (Previously, I had purchased 4 sports bras from another company. None of which worked. Terribly uncomfortable! Sizing was all wrong.) I decided to try this bra based on the online ad. I was determined to find a comfortable bra, that I would be incline to actually wear all day. With this bra I was pleasantly surprised. I bought my first one to see if it really works. It did indeed. After that I bought one from other company, believing it would be the same. It didn't work. I have to pull it up all the time. With the Shapermint, that doesn't happen. It stay in place the whole day no matter the way you move. Right now, I ended up buying 3 more. They're the best.

I love the items I purchased! I was a little worried they wouldn't be as great as advertised, but I found them to be wonderful! After my first purchase, I then ordered another item from them and it too was as just like advertised. If you're not sure about the leggings & the thigh high legging, you won't be disappointed. I got into a size smaller pair of slacks & wore all day and very comfortable. I also have bras now & love those also. This is a great company to do business with!

I love this bra except I might have to shorten the straps a bit. Still almost tight enough but after washing I'm pretty sure they'll become more loose. Ordered a beige one too, sadly white one wasn't available in my size.
I do recommend this comfortable bra.

I ordered 3 scoop neck tank body shapers, one in each colour. Loved that I could track and the shipment came as expected. When I opened everything, I realized one of the items was in a package marked with the right size with the wrong size inside. I contacted Shapermint and they immediately took care of shipping a replacement. And they didn't ask for the other item to be shipped back because the didn't want me to have the hassle! Having just purchased 2 bras from your website i was really looking forward to wearing a comfortable bra with now underwires. The impression I got from the Facebook ad was that it would stay in place. The cup size is good but flattening. Anything larger I would be swimming in it. After one hour of wearing the under band rolled up, became like wearing an elastic band around my rib cage. After waiting 2 weeks to receive the bras I am very disappointed.

Should have ordered a size up. It was to tight and didn't have time to sent it back and get it replaced before my granddaughter s wedding. Told me to donate it and they refunded my money! Like I said very trustworthy co! Would order from them again in a heart beat

I had never worn shapewear prior to ordering. But with so many positive reviews and some significant weight loss recently I decided to try it out. Their positive reviews are well deserved. Very happy with this bra! Moderate support. Not enough for zumba but plenty for walking. Easy on and off with back clasp, a big plus for me as I hate pulling bras over my head. It doesn't mash you flat and it doesn't dig in, as with an underwire. My complaints (and a 4 star): the fabric is already starting to pill along the sides and shipping took a long time.

Returns & finding a living person is a frustrating challenge. On top of a 3 day conversation with multiple lost people is insufferable. All this just to ask for the address I return this return to. I still have not received the answer.
I have to return an item. It is excruciatingly painful.
After you process your return online it takes you straight to a page for exchanges. You don't get any information on where to send it back, not even an email.
For customer service, there are only bots on facebook messenger or on their website to talk to. No phone number, no email, no real person. And once you finally get a real person and you respond back, you get a different person who has not read up on the conversation and instead of giving the answer they give you the link back to the website to process the return, which I had already done. I have been dealing with this for 3 days.
I feel that shapermint is making it difficult for returns on purpose. With the run around it seems to be a scam in order to not have to return your money and they have lost a customer.
Tip for consumers:
It would have been nice to know that there is not really a customer service for this site. That they rely heavily on bots with no answer to your question. I would have liked to know that refunds were so difficult and return information is at a 0. Had I known that exchanges would be pushed so heavily on us I would have not purchased an unknown fit online. If I had known all this and how difficult it would be to talk to living people I would have never given this company my business.

In order to get a bra that fit around my ribs I needed to get a 2x. That made the cups wwaaaayyyy too big. There is no option to change cup size. Expensive. Flimsy fabric. Bunches up on shoulders. Too high at neckline for anything but a t-shirt. Not recommended.

I vought two bras. The first tome they came the cups were the right size but the band was too small. The second time the band is right but the cups are too big. I will probably never use them.

Shapermint has great customer service. The product I received kept rolling down. Their website says the band doesn't roll. When I told them about it they sent another product that works perfectly. You may be able to get similar products elsewhere, but you aren't going to find better customer service.
