I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
I purchased two leggings and they are a bit tight. Their exchange and return are painless. I ordered from UK so they asked me to donate the small one to someone else as promotion of their products. Shapermint I will always go back again and buy

I bought panties and one long shorts. I bought two sizes trying to find correct size! Merchandise runs larger than expected. I am trying to exchange the mediums for a small but no one gets back to me. Pretty bad service!, very disappointed

When I saw it at first, my first thought was, no way I'm fitting in that, but oh my, I did perfectly! I really loved it, it does accentuate my curves and perfect for an everyday wear, definitely gonna buy a second one in the future.

I had difficulties with changing my order the day after. Customer service assured me that all was well and that they could help. They did. My item arrived early. Aside for being a little long for my short legs, my garment fit well.

I have worn spanx brand for years but ran onto Shapermint and I love them so much. They are much more comfortable and they hold you in. They come way up and never roll down. I just ordered my fourth pair. Great product!

Placed an order and after 3 weeks still no items and no customer service response. The only automatic reply you'll receive is we are working hard to get your order processed. I had to contact PayPal for my refund and still no contact from this seller.

Great customer service. After my purchase a shapermint representative email me to make sure I was happy with it. It was a bit too small and rolled down at the top and she immediately sent me another one in the correct size. I didnt have to worry about the return either which is usually the most annoying thing about buying online. Best experience with an online store.

You can order from here and feel safe. The items take a bit to come but nothing excessive. 3 weeks tops?
Products are good quality and really no hassle exchanges for size etc.
I have purchase their shorts, bras and form t-shirts with no issues.
I went up a size in the shorts bc I wanted protection for my inner thigh but not too tight on my back and same size for the tshirt and did an exchange on the bras to go one size down bc the straps were too long on my body. I usually wear 2x

Everything about this product is good. I have several styles from Shapermint, all Empetua, for various clothing styles, and they are all excellent. They don't make me skinny, they turn my bulges into sexy curves and help me look and feel wonderful. Some small issues (one sizing and one just not what I wanted) were handled quickly and effectively - all aspects of Shapermint's customer service is perfect.

I was amazed at the number of e-mails that accompanied our purchase: were we happy with it, did it fit, how can we help you further? At first I thought that this was going to be a spam factory but each e-mail seemed sincere and after that flurry they stopped sending them (except for a couple of reminders that I hadn't given feedback yet).

This my recent experience. I used my American Express card via Amazon Prime. Items ordered did not fit. The Shapermint's website was unresponsive to my refund request, the website would only allow an exchage for the same item, different size. American Express contacted the Shapermint company, investigated and removed the charge. The company never responded to me, the materials were returned by mail to the company in their original packing materials. The company is saying the items were never returned and I owe them money. The policy info on the website does not correspond with Shapermint's actions in my experience.

Well being in New Zealand at the bottom of the world during a pandemic, I was pleasantly surprised to get my bras in a timely manner. The bras are so so comfortable, however one had a crease across the cup that showed through a t shirt. I can live with that because I don't want to bother to send it all the way back, but I will be buying from Shapermint again. Thankyou Sheryll

The products were shipped promptly. However, the productS did not meet my specifications. The Packaging slip did not delineate the costs per item. There was no instructions on returns except referencing a website. The website
Does not address your concern. It will give mechanically responses. There is no live person or customer service number. I asked repeated for return instructions to no avail. If you have to return you have an ice cube chance in hell succeeding.

I didn't like the way the bottom of the wireless bras rolled up, so my customer service rep told me to keep them (as I wasn't complaining about fit, just I felt it would be better with a stay in place band like the shaper shorts. She went ahead and sent me 2 more wireless bras in a different brand. They are, and do fit better. She, as a representative of the company, was extraordinarily excellent. I will not hesitate in the future to do business with this company and their merchandise is great, too boot.

I ordered Shapermint 3 weeks ago. Never got a confirmation email. Got a notice that it was shipped then another notice saying it couldn't be delivered due to an "incomplete" address and that I should get in touch with the carrier to find out where it was. Called AM EX and complained. They removed the charge. As of today, I haven't gotten an email from Shapermint asking if I ever got my purchase. Do not recommend!

I only received 1 of the 3 items that I ordered October 18th. Every time I email them I get the same response that it has been packed and ready to ship... it's almost 3 months since I ordered! Do not order from this company! Also shortly after I made my online purchase, my credit card information was stolen, starting to think that this may not be a coincidence...

I watched several review videos and they all seemed really happy with the product, so I made the purchase. It came within the week of the order, but unfortunately, I bought the wrong size. I had a great experience with exchanging the product for a larger size and my customer service rep. Was very helpful. Once I was able to get it on it rolled down instantly, it did not stay up at all and I believe it is because of my apple shape. When I watched the videos again, all the models are pear-shaped with a small waist and not one was apple-shaped. A little misrepresentation on the company's part. It's not for all shapes and sizes.

I've always been the skeptical type when it comes down to "beauty enhancers". I felt that they were only ploys to get women to spend money. But I grew tired of hiding under layers of clothing just to feel comfortable going anywhere. And boy am I glad that I tried Shapermint Shapewear! Miss sized this is a very comfortable bra to wear. I order the size from their size chart and it was still too tight I have worn the same size bra for years this one did not fit. Luckily they do give you an extender I didn't want have to use the extender but now the bra fits and I can wear it. If I buy another I will order one size larger

I had some trouble with shipping, and then the product received was too big. But the customer service team answered all of my questions and sorted everything very quickly and now the correct product is on the way and I am super excited. For the record I was between sizes (big hips small waist) so I ordered the medium. The waist band is too baggy and sags so I'm trying the small. Loved how the pants felt though and not see through at all.

Helps to erase the panty line. Also holds stomach in. I am a size 22 and I use shapermint daily. Wish these were available when I was way younger. This 60 year old loves clothes and the shapermint just makes them look great. Don't hesitate just try them, there is a great return policy and their customer service is top notch.

I wore it under the maxi dress few times. It doesn't look how they do it in advertising I could to see my fabby line out there. Apparently it wear out already after 2-3 use. Well, I won't buy any product from Shapermint. Waste $$.

I have purchased literally hundreds of dollars worth of bras over the years looking for one to accommodate the daily pain I experience from severe arthritis in both of my shoulders. Front hook bras are much easier to put on but the straps are mostly wide and show on my shoulders with most tops that I wear them with which is very unattractive. These bras stretch so easily that I can put them on with very little to no discomfort and they don't show up on my shoulders in that unattractive way that the front hook bras do. I love these bras and am so comfortable when wearing them. They give me both the comfort and support that I have been looking for.
