I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
Great product, delivers cool comfort and slimming effects. Stays up and doesn't roll. Bought three, all different styles! Also had one return, and that went better than expected. All around great experience.

The item I received was garbage the second I put it in it rolled down my back. I wear shape wear all the time every pretty much. I've bought most of them from Walmart honestly and they work better then this crap. It feels cheap and is cheap.

I purchased two of these and they run HUGE. I have tried to exchange and email multiple times. It shows out of stock in any sizes in the style I have for weeks now. Also a friend said when she exchanged high waist leggings for a smaller size she was sent reg waist in the smaller size but that is not what she wanted to exchange. Many emails saying to exchange what isn't available. Order number SM******* I either want my money back or the exchange promised!

I ordered what I truly thought would be the perfect size, based on what others I knew had ordered. Unfortunately, it didn't quite fit the way it should. All communication with various representatives, proved to be extremely easy, efficient, and pleasant. They replaced the mis-sized bras with ones that fit perfectly! Since then, I have ordered two of their Shaping Panty items, and I love them. Many thanks to all the people who helped me find the right fit.

When I had problems with my original bra order, I contacted customer support for an exchange. They gave me one with no problems. When the second bras still didn't fit right, they sent me an entirely different item of my choice at absolutely no cost. And I didn't have to return the bras, either. On a side note, I love the leggings I got!

I love my Shapermint bra. They are so comfortable and the fit is amazing. I really don't know I'm wearing them. I had to exchange my original order. I ordered a larger size. It was so easy and I received my exchange I believe within a week, maybe two, no more than that.

I ordered an XL and it was too tight, I contacted the company via email and a new one was sent immediately! I am extremely delighted with the way it fits and the few bulges it hides! Most definitely recommend this product as a shaper! Thank you for your courteous and prompt response!

Trying to return an item was very difficult. There was lots of pressure to exchange, and I attempted to return twice, then had to wait for a rep to contact me back. When they did, there was more pressure to exchange. Sizing was also misrepresented, although I said what brand and size bra I wore. Return charged shipping and handling as well- nearly $10. I won't shop here again.

I received the wrong items. The return request only generates an auto email response. There is no number to call. It is a waste of time to even try to get the right items. I wish i had researched this company before buying from them.

I have always worn wired bras. I am 5'2" and a busty 34DD. The girls need support. I have been searching for a supportive back close wireless bra and finally found it! Easy to get on and off, no shoulder dig, appearance of a sports bra so it's not ugly. All day comfort and support. Highly recommend!

Fit is very comfortable, and you don't have to worry about straps falling down all the time. But the band under the cups tends to roll up, which is annoying but doesn't seem to be visible through a blouse

This is an improvement on the shaper pants which I found rather uncomfortable with the metal rods in the sides piercing into my skin.

None of your products were fit for my body. The C/S was extremely helpful but just could not help me. The "S" size did not give me any firmness. It did not hold anything in. Also, my purchase date was 2019 and not July 2006.

I ordered directly from the Shapermint site. 6 assorted camis and tank tops, in assorted colors.
I received FOUR white camis (two different brands, I ordered ONE) and a black cami (I ordered a tank) and a NUDE cami (I ordered a beige tank). In essence, I received ONE accurate item. Was told by Customer Service chat that they shipped me what they felt was an even exchange. Um. No. BTW: NO customer service email on the site. SO no way to reach them but a robot chat. (eventually I got a real person). AND, all this was after waiting over a month to receive order. (ordered 5/9/22, received 6/14/22) So, upshot: shipping is not just slow, but inaccurate. So sloppy. I asked for my money back. Let's see how long it will take. BTW: I did end up keeping three of the items sent, just so I could feel I got something. Item quality seems, honestly, quite good. Just a horrible shopping experience.
