I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
I love these bras! They are so comfortable! There is no cutting into the shoulder or under the boobs. It wonderful, plus they wash up nice. I hang they to dry or dry them in the dryer on air. I'll be back to buy more.

Overall, this company and the product are awesome. The website provides plenty of information to help choose shapeware online. Additionally, the product is actually comfortable, I have 4 different products and ordered additional colors already due to this. The sale price make it way more affordable compared to other competitors. The shipping was fairly quick despite the delayed shipping experienced nationwide due to the global pandemic. The little details meant to make women feel happy with their body are fantastic. Even my husband, who tells me I don't need these items, was happy with those details. If I need any additional items, I will be buying from them. If I don't, I will still likely be buying from them again.

We are in the process in me returning some merchandise for a refund, because y'all could not fit me in my size, and that's FINE.
I am just waiting for an answer to a question I had then we can finalize it.

I purchased a long-line shaper and it was too small. I messaged to Shapermint and they not only sent me another one but told me to keep or gift the other one to someone who needs it! Unheard of in today's world!

Its great love the material. Fits very well. I thought I would not fit because I ordered a size smaller than my normal size but it fits awesome. You can breathe as if you not wearing anything. And you dont feel stuffed

These are quite comfy but I just wish I didn't have to use the extender ( which was a nice thing to have included btw). I like the shape when it's on too. All in all, a great product ( I've ordered three more!)

The garment is very comfortable, and does not roll down, but it does not slim in the stomach area. I went for a dress fitting and was told it Should be smaller but I ordered according to recommended size chart by measurements.

I live what you show in your add but mine does not stretch like the ladies in the ad does. If you made it with more stretch you could really sell these I have gone to all the plus size stores

Its nice and comfortable for a change but it can be better if there is add ons at the side of it so that our extra flesh can be pushed to the front and not stray a bit to both outer side of our breast. If can be done, then all women will looked more fabulous and feel more sexier and with full confidence when we wear special outfits on special occassions. Thank you.

Upon receiving order found a larger size was needed called customer service to get address for exchange, rep was rude offering only online, but without printer and. No way to get it printed can not do anything. No response to any requests. Will not order anything more and will advise all friends to do Same

I had to change my order and they let me keep it to give anyone I chose, that was just wow!
My issue is, the size of the shapewear their sizing chart suggested for me was too loose so I might have to give away the second one too! Dont want to bother them again. I should have ordered medium even though my measurements fell under L/XL. Its so loose, no grip on me at all.

My leggings I ordered fit me more like copri and customer service help get me the right pair. I love the customer service gals they are so helpful and friendly. They are a great group of people. I've only had problems with one that don't seem to be very helpful but maybe she is jest learning. I have dealt with her a couple times and both times the same result. I hope she gets better at what she does. I don't think dealing with people is one of her things.

I had bought some bras and cami's but they didn't fit, they should of by the sizing chart and when I told customer service this they sent me out everything again in the right sizes for no cost. I have never had a company do anything like this. I absolutely love the pieces I got, I will never go back to the wire bras. These are so comfortable, I don't even know I have them on.

Ordered on 7-17. Email stated that it would ship in 5-7 business days. On the 7th business day I emailed to find out where my order was. A computer kept sending me the same scripted saying, telling me nothing more than I knew before. When I asked to speak to a live person I got the same wording as before so I don't believe it was a person at all. They WILL NOT tell me what state my order is shipping from just that it is in the US. And they cannot give me a tracking number. Told them to cancel the order since it has not shipped out and they said it cannot be cancelled. I don't trust companies that are vague with their answers and this one really is questionable.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from this company they are real shady with their customer service

I was so excited to find a bra back extension in the package. I wear a Ccup and most bras that are big enough around have such huge cups(breast reduction solved that issue). I purchased with the intent of wearing later but with this extension I can wear now and keep wearing as the weight diminishes. I don't recall seeing the extension listed in the description. If is not there it should be mentioned. I usually hate wearing a ba but this one is very comfortable.

I got my bag today and was really excited. They hooked me with the membership because they were including "free shaper panty" and I got a bra and pants. Haven't tried the pants yet, but the bra had a snag. They asked me to send in a picture of the pulled fabric. They sent another one immediately without really asking me what I wanted to do. Which I guess is ok. I mean I don't even know if it fits or not... So when I was taking pictures, she let me know that if I didn't answer back within a minute the call would be ended. She told me to take the pics for her... So that was strange. Then I asked her and another agent about where the free panty was. It showed up as free item in the cart. But the email I got did not show it at all. She said I guess it wasn't shipped and all they could offer was a 20% coupon. I said well, why didn't u just send it with the other bra. I also asked her if I needed to return the bra I got, she said no. But then sent me an email about returning the item. This is such a weird company. The other agent flat out ignored by question when I asked about the free panty promo. So be careful with their pink promotional bar at the top. I don't think I will continue my subscription. :/ Haven't even tried the pants yet.
Tip for consumers:
Just be careful with their "free" promos. It showed in the cart and not on the email for the order. Very sketchy.

I was very hesitant to order from an unfamiliar site but I have to say my experience was well worth overcoming my fears. First of all both the bras I order fit perfectly and are super comfortable. They arrived quickly and in a nice small envelope not a huge box.
I did have to return a pair of leggings. They were to small and I did not care for the fabric but I will say it was the easiest return I have ever done in my life. If all returns were this easy life would not be so frustrating. Definitely will recommend this site to other and will shop it again!

Terrific customer service; my return was processed promptly and for free. Shapermint clearly cares about their customers being satisfied. My only complaint, why do they continue to allow inaccurate sizing for their products? There are numerous customer comments complaining that the wire free all Day bras from Empetua and Tru are sized too small. SO CHANGE THEM. Excellent return service is great but it would be better not to have to make returns!

I bought my first two bras with a great deal of skepticism. I have purchased items from Instagram and FB ads before and found them to be totally wanting and often the poorest quality ones are from companies outside of the US. I was grateful that this company is a US company and even more grateful that the bras were great! I love them. Comfy. I actually purchased two more. I did read the comments to see if the sizing presented was accurate and ordered accordingly. The first two were sized as advertised (I always order one size up on most bras.) The prices were remarkable good also.
