I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
I would not recommend purchasing from Shapermint. I have been waiting for over a month and I have no reason to believe my order will ever be shipped.
I ordered over a month ago. When I reached out a week ago I was told that my order was packaged and waiting for a courier. Once I confirmed my address I was told my order would be reprocessed? I asked why my original package, waiting for a courier, could not be shipped but I was not given an explanation. I asked for a refund instead but was told that was not possible since my 'new' order was ready for shipping. I still have heard nothing. My experience with Shapermint has been dodgy and they have not been honest with me. I will NEVER purchase with this shady organization again. Buyer beware.

Products used:
None - nothing was ever shipped. Their actual refund policy is full refund but the reality is they do not refund. They have a number of reasons but what it boils down to is no refund. I asked for a refund after waiting over a month for my order to be shipped but was refused because the order was 'ready for shipment'. Items have never been shipped.

I've got stage 4 breast cancer. I've had a mastectomy and a reconstruction 12 years ago. This means my breasts a very different in size and texture. I've found Shapermint bras to be so comfortable and are great for minimising the discrepancies between my breasts.
They are also exceptionally comfortable.

I have tried several times to resolve this with them and DHL but they both just keep sending me automated emails. I tried to contact them through the chat and it just keeps asking for the same information. I tried replying to the automated emails they kept sending and that did not work. I tried contacting DHL and got the same runaround. They do not contact you other than just the automated emails. Don't waste your time with this company. I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order.

The customer service Shapermint provides is second to none. More companies should operate like them! Took me a few tries to get the right bra and right fit and Shapermint took care of me every step of the way. Buying bras without trying them on can be difficult, but don't be intimidated. Shapermint will take amazing care of you!

I ordered my items almost three weeks ago. Never received a tracking number. Every time I send an email no response. Trying to track my order by placing my email address as instructed and it does not work! What a horrible service. No phone number and no email address! Don't make the mistake I did and order from Shapermint!

I ordered two items. No tracking number given. They took the money out of my account but they don't have my email or name. It's like my order didn't exist. But money taken from my account and I'm receiving promotion emails. They will. It send me my items or give me a refund! Do not order from them. Scam!

LOVE the product; however, it is very difficult to get delivery. The last 2 deliveries were a nightmare to receive. The most recent was delivered to strangers, who I am grateful to because they brought the items to me a day after delivery. If you could get a more reliable delivery service other than DHL, it would benefit you.

The first bra I bought was too small. I kept it anyway and wore it because I hoped it would at least be something I can wear for good support. Then I bought two more, in a larger size, and they feel too loose, even on the furthest hook. Both sizes the straps fall down. One too small, one too big.

Customer service was wonderful. I did a review and I don't think it made the cut. I recieved emails to address my issue and they replaced the item. Then I received follow up email with tracking information. Customer service is on point! Will definitely continue shopping Shapermint!

I have lost 162lbs and I was having trouble with all the extra flab (and I'm being nice) and these undergarments hold everything in place. If I had one complaint it would right I ordered you had a sale buy one get one well I missed it and we are getting ready on 6/5 moving to Illinois. And living on Social Security you can only afford so much. Thank-you so much.

Despite their size " guarantee " I was unable to get a bra that fit. I used their size guide to order a bra. I'm a 44 DDD, bra was too small in the band. Interestingly, it was also too small for my daughter a 32 C. When I contacted them I was told that, if I wanted a refund, I would lose 10.00. They have a " refund fee". Would not recommend.

I first bought shape wear( bike) shorts that pull up over ur stomach very nice lightweight not knowing you have it on. Next week I bought wireless bras (3) for a good price nice and lightweight especially on my shoulders no heavy bras strap feeling I ordered wrong size? This company is by far the most difficult one I have dealt with. They only care about their image. Not the customer. It took over a month to get order. Had to keep contacting them. Then I returned it and ongoing contact. They finally said they had no record of return and couldn't even get my name right. I had to file a dispute with my paying mediator and credit card company. 2 months. Do not do business with them. Not worth the head ache

I absolutely love these pants. They are very comfortable. They feel like your wearing pajamas. I ordered a size up and so happy I did. Tried to order more after I received them but was only able to buy one more in my size xl. I now own 3 pairs.

My first purchase wasn't what I wanted. I was offered another shaper and a very deep discount and got to keep the original to do what I wanted with it! Can't beat the customer service! So comforting to know I will never get burned on their products -- which btw are of outstanding quality!

First purchase of two leggings were late in arrival - it took 3 months due to covid. During this time they had refunded the money (good customer service) and I still received the leggings and was an opportunity to check out the sizing I had ordered. Gave them to a friend as it didn't fit and was a recommendation of their product.
Ordered another two and a spanx top and quite happy with them. Will go back again.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the product, thinking I'd be in contact with a real human (silly me), I was very disappointed when I received canned responses that did nothing to rectify the problem. My problems were of no consequence and my opinion of your product were not really of value.

I absolutely love how comfortable this bra is! I dont have spillage on the sides and I have extra fat around there. The only complaint I have is the wide band at the bottom rolls because of my belly size, but it really doesnt feel that uncomfortable when it does roll. I can wear this bra all day and not have to adjust it or feel like I am being squeezed into some type of pain contraption!
