I bought 2 pairs of leggings and I'm really pleased that I did. I love the fit and the way they feel on. They pull-up and the look is great. I would certainly recommend them to Legging wearers who like a good fit without being tight.

I had sizing issues then fitting issues! Enough to drive you insane, but customer service was amazingly patient with me and took the time to go over all my issues! Very attentive and helpful. Got my issues resolved and loving my new bras!... With adjustable straps!

I ordered 3 items from Shapermint in my usual size. When they came, the items fit, but were tight and it seemed their size was smaller then what I usually wear, I took a survey and mentioned the size problem and was asked If I wanted to return them. I said no because they did fit even though they were a bit smaller. I was then offered a free replacement of 1 in a larger size by their Customer Service rep and I was thoroughly impressed by their offer and how they wanted to be sure I was happy with my purchases. This company wants their customers to be 100% satisfied and their Reps make sure you are.

This was my second order and I bought 4 pieces this time. I am happy with everything except the bra in nude. It is the same size as the black (purchased two identical bras except for color) but the fit is completely different. It at least one size bigger than the black bra

I purchased the cami and the open chest shaper I went by the sizing chart an ordered XL. I find the cami squeezes my breasts together so much that it looks like I have a uni-boob. I also find that both products roll up at the bottom terribly. Also I am now spammed with constant texts and emails which I really find overkill. I will likely not purchase from here again.

I don't know what I was expecting. I thought the material would be lighter weight.
It does smooth out the lumps and bumps, but not as easy to pull up as the commercial indicates.
I am a massage therapist in a small hot room and am not able to wear it during sessions.

I never received my purchase. When I tracked my package it said invalid address, which is incorrect. When I tried to contact Shapermint, the online chat was a joke and just kept repeating asking my name. You can never talk to someone and they never call you back like they say they will.

In my order was something that did not fit, I called to return it and was told to donate the item, (which I did). They then sent me 2 more of the same item, different size and only charged me for 1. I call that good customer service, I surely didn't expect that.

I wasn't exactly impressed with the product. They attempted to correct it by replacing it with something of comparable value, but I think the brand just wasn't my type. The only way to fix it would have been to refund or use the credit towards something else. Not sure if that was an option, but because I didn't spend much, it's a lesson learned. Not necessarily something I plan to pursue.

When I ordered the leggings I thought a L would fit, but they were too snug. I emailed about how to do an exchange and someone contacted me right away and I got my exchange very fast! The next size up was a way better fit and I was happy with the process.

Shapermint has amazing customer service! I picked out the wrong size for myself and not only did they reach out to me to replace what I bought for the correct size for no extra charge, but I did not have to send anything back to them! Everything was so simple. Completely 100% satisfied!

I bought the wrong size for my sister, and customer service was able to help me get the right size. I was very please how fast it took and what helped was that I didn't have to worry about going to the post office to return the item. They said I can donate it or give it to someone who might fit it.

Ordering was very easy. My order arrived well packages. I received many emails (maybe too many) regarding how wonderful my order would be. I like the bra in that it doesn't have wires and doesn't ride up. However, it takes up a lot of space on my torso and i am afraid it might show at the neckline of some of my tops. I have laundered it once and let it drip dry and it kept its shape.

I ordered leggings and the comfort bra, leggings are the best - like second skin of comfort.
The bra was not a suitable fit for me, I have been given all the assistance (I'm in Australia) to be provided with a better style for my lifestyle and breasts.
I cannot speak more highly of my experience.

Ordered 2 of the same bras.
One was tan the other black, both same size.
When I got them the black one was too small even with the extender. The tan one was fine and quite comfortable. I called to let them know the situation and they were very understanding and was told they would send a new black one out right away. I haven't not received my replacement yet. That's why so far I give it a mediocre review.

They are super comfy, and would be good if you are sitting at a desk all day long, and not doing a lot of movement. I am doing a fair bit of lifting, bending, stretching with my job, and I find they ride up all the time, and I am forever pulling them down.
Like I said comfy, but unfortunately I would not order them again.

One bra, I was completely happy with. I have been searching for a bra with no wires that doesn't slip off my shoulders and have to be pulled back up all day. The beige one was perfect. When I wore the white one, I was pulling the right strap back onto my shoulder constantly. Doesn't make sense to me that it would be only one side.

I contacted Shapermint regarding a shaper I had purchased. I told them I liked it, but felt I needed more compression. The service rep was very helpful and was able to recommend something else that might better fit my needs. It was very easy to place the order and I was surprised and happy to be told I would not need to return the other shaper! With the quality of their products and their excellent customer service, Shapermint has gained another loyal customer! I'm already planning my next purchase.

I was very satisfied with my Shapermint purchase! The product is of a very good quality, and the price is right. There was a small mix-up in my delivery, and Shapermint stepped up and corrected the error immediately. Since this product does come from China, it takes a little longer to arrive. But it is worth it! Excellent service.

I ordered four items and only received two, I have emailed and sent messages through Facebook and cannot get a straight answer about if products will be sent later or if I will receive a refund. Have also received an email wanting me to leave a review for one of the items that I didn't even receive.

The high wasted full leg are extremely hard to find under $90 so I was excited to find this site. The tummy control is perfect. One wash and the stuff to keep from sliding down started to flake off. 2nd wash and the seam in the crotch has split. I've had these for about a month.
I love the material, I just wish they could hold together longer than 1 month. I am debating trying the high wasted capri ones, maybe I got a bad pair, it happens. I love everything about the shaper just need to hold up a little bit more. I can sew the seam together. I'm a full time mom and full time employee so I am beyond busy.
I will give one more try!

This company is awesome. If you're dissatisfied with the fit, compression, look feel, etc. they are there to help you. The Shapermint girls are fantastic. They work with you even if you prefer an exchange or refund. I love this company, they have my vote anytime. I recommended them to all my friends and family! Thanks Shapermint!

The product made by this company has made me feel better about myself. Due to age and certain medications, I have gained a good bit of weight and feel very self conscious. Using this product does not make you lose weight. This product gives me enough compression to smooth out the bulges and make me look a little smaller.
