I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
Fits lovely delivery don't take forever. And honestly I don't need to spend every month it's just not my way of life. I love to surprise my girlfriend's due to there partners not having or knowing what there woman wants.

They fit comfortably, I bought a size up. They are a thicker material so they hide a lot of the unpleasant skin texture that normally shows through thinner materials. I wish they came in lots more colors!

So good I am satisfied on every level will order again well for that much already have ordered again a two pack this time. And I'm just in love super excited to order a bra next time and see if that's just as comfortable. I'm hoping the reviews are correct cuz I have such a hard time bra shopping.

I initially purchased the Shapermint for myself. But it was too small. I bought a size XL- XXL it couldn't cover my belly. I left my Shapermint by mistake at my daughter's house. She wore it the next day. She said it was a perfect fit and decided to keep it. She has no problem with the Shapermint. She's wears a size 12-14. I reordered the next size for myself. However, I've been too sick to try it on. I'll let you know how it fits when I get better. All the best!

I purchased two high waisted panties in the wrong size. Returned for exchange (smaller size) one was exchanged properly, the next was not. I received shorts that I do not want.
I have been out of state recently and unable to attend to this matter earlier.
Can someone send a return label to return item and possibly acquire the correct item.

I ordered a bra that I seemed to like. The second one I ordered was completely different. Same size but wayyyyyyy too small. It's actually inches smaller than the first one. Did they change the sizing or is it simply inconsistent. I won't try again!

I like that I can wear it all day. Can't hide me being bloated but at least I can move around. I wish it had a hole so I can use the bathroom however I'm overall happy with my shapermint. I did like the recommendation from the representative. Thank you.

It's comfy and it holds the girls up well! I am not constantly fussing with it like I was with a typical bra. Only thing I will say is that the fabric that keeps the hooks from touching your back isn't long enough and the hooks dig into my back

My layer leggings and capri pants arrived quickly. They are super comfortable! Substantial and shaping without feeling too heavy. The only bummer was that the capris arrived with a slight pull in the fabric on the left leg.

I have never had a problem with Shapermint. I have made several purchases since Halloween till last week's Black Friday. They have a extremely convenient shapewear and leggings! I will order again for my mom's present on christmas!

I have had to report Shapermint through PayPal because they're trying to scam me out of money they still owe. I had an order total of $42.92. I cancelled the entire order. They claim they refunded the total amount but my PayPal only received a refund amount of $22.49. I contacted customer service several times stating this and even included proof that they issued the wrong amount. They stuck to their story that they refunded my full amount and gave me the run around. Now they are no longer responding. Which is why I reported them through PayPal DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They still haven't even responded to PayPal sending them the report.

I wore my tights once one of them had a hole in the crotch the first day I wore it and the second pair when I went to put them on for the second time had a rip going down my butt. When I washed them it was by hand and hung up to dry I loved the way they fit and felt just wish they were made with better material.

When I purchased my first Shapermint products, I miscalculated my size and I was disappointed that I couldn't even try them on because they were too small. I expected difficulty in trying to exchange them. Much to my surprise, it was the opposite. Their Customer Service people couldn't have been more courteous, friendly, informative and helpful. I made a mistake when putting in my order. I made an assumption that the computer new what I was thinking, I should of realized I don't have that electronic implanted in my brain. However Shapermint took very good care of changing my order to what size I wanted, also since my order was shipped they sent me the correct size and said I did not have to send back the wrong size. If more companies had customer service like Shapermint, the shopping online would be great. I would like to add, there was no extra charge for my mistake.
