I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
I ordered two items... high rise briefs and the open bust body shaper. Very pleased with the latter but not please with the brief because even though they are advertised as staying in place and not rolling down, they do. I would purchase the open bust body shaper again but would not order the high rise briefs nor would I recommend them.

I ordered one of their shape wear and once I received it the product didn't fit properly. I was promised a replacement and I have yet to receive it. I didn't even get a follow up to make sure the second one sent (which I never received) fit like I did with initial purchase. I've had better shape wear than this product.

I'm happy with the items I purchased. I qualified for a free pair of their high wasted panties and I was sent a size small instead of the size I needed, a size med. I sent them an email explaining what happened and they immediately shipped me the correct size and told me to keep the small. I will give it away or maybe fit into it one day! Great customer service!

The garments were not as firm supporting as y thought they would be. They certainly aren't made for tall people. Got my hopes up and I was very disapointed by the product. Customer service app worked great.

So the payment process and everything was nice, although they do try to push deals on you last minute when you checkout (which is common). The only thing is that the shapers do roll down which is annoying and the bra wasn't as nice as I expected. It required a lot of reworking the pad in the bra and the materials seemed cheap. Overall though, everything was comfortable like they said and it fit, so not real complaints there.

I've ordered bras, leggings and a shaping romper from this company. The exchanges and delivery are free and fast and I didn't even have to return the items that didn't fit. It really is hassle-free! The comfort and quality are amazing; i will buy again and recommend!

I ordered one of the tanks and it was too small at first so I went to return it and they sent me the right size and let me keep the one I already had. Great customer service! I will definitely be ordering more in different colors!

I'm not as satisfied if I thought I would be. The commercials make it look so easy and smooth. But when I put it on I don't get the smooth look like the girls in the commercials. You can still see one of my rolls. It's disappointing.

I ordered a size too large and contacted the company. The Representative immediately began to process a complimentary order for the smaller size garment. Easy, quick, and entirely understood, I felt this was the best customer experience I have had in years!

It, s very. Comfortable I have ordered 3 the last one which was an XL was missing the extender unless that size does, nt come with one It was ordered through Amazon. I had a $3 gift card giving me $3 off.

When I received my purchases it was pbvious that they were all the wrong size. I have requested advice regarding exchange or return, twice now and have not received a reply. None of the garments have been tried on and are still in their wrapping. Please advise whay can be done.

I absolutely love this bra, as it is so comfortable and I really forget I have one on, but was thankful an extra set of hooks was included as I really needed them. Maybe I should have ordered the next size up?

I was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable, sliming-fit. It does pull you in nicely and with ease. I do perspire while wearing this, however, and "my girls" get smashed down to the point where the sweat builds up and I had to put padding under my breasts to help with that. No one wants stickiness under there. I'm not huge, I wear a C-cup. But this isn't what I was hoping for nor expecting. This slimming featured product does better if you're not too "well endowed." So I don't recommend it if you ladies wear C-cups or larger.

When I inquired about returning an item I'd purchased ( wrong size) not only was the right size shipped out to me free of charge but was also told to keep the original item to donate to charity or gift to someone else...

Luckily the size I ordered fits and I have went back for more but that's not why the 3 stars. Have no experience of dealing with CS to refer to so im not mentioning that. I'm irritated at the lie of a sale when it's always the same exact price. The bra's I bought are $28.99 and states it's the sale price that will only last so long, each and every "sale". But it's ALWAYS that price unless you buy more at the same time. But again, that's always the same too. Why not just show that the normal everyday price is $28.99 instead of making it appear as though it's a sale? I just hate the "labor day sale" and I go to look to see the exact same price that it was just hrs, days, weeks, or months before. That is enough to make me go elsewhere cause we ascustomers are not stupid and yet we are being treated like we are. I also have a problem with the straps not being adjustable, they curl and slide down but it's not enough to deter wearing them. They are decently comfortable otherwise IMO and I hate bra shopping so this works for me, for now.

I ordered three bras, all the same style and I did not like them. I wanted to talk to someone about other bra choices that I could possibly replace them with. I left numerous messages and have not received a return phone call. I realize many things have been affected by COVID-19 but don't say you will return the call if you are not going to. It will be two weeks tomorrow that I have been trying. I will just return my purchase, pay the shipping charges which I also disagree with, and just move on. Thanks.

It took me several tries to get my Shapewear right, but with amazing customer service, we got the job done! My advice is if you are not sure about a particular product, give it a try. Be patient if you don't get the fit you are hoping for. Shapewear will work with you until you find the right garment. In one case, they told me not to bother returning an item, but suggested I could donate it or gift it. I appreciate their generous philosophy. This experience beats schlepping back and forth in a department store changing room to find the right Shapewear. Direct delivery with boutique quality packaging has changed the way I shop for undergarments. Thank you, Shapewear!

I ordered the shapermint product. It claims it stays up. It does NOT. It rolls. It is the correct size. According to the Shapermint size chart. So Shapermint offered to return and reorder one with straps to keep it from rolling. Well your statement says it will stay up and not roll. So why should I order something I will not like. I'm not! I love the camisole. It's light & airy but firm. I told you in a prior note that it didn't ride up. After wearing for awhile it does slide up if not under my jeans. Maybe if it was an inch longer it would stay better. Other than that I love it. I ordered 2 more in different colors. My old ones were 2 ply and bulky. I had to wear them inside out so clothes wouldn't cling as bad. The inside fabric was silkier. My kids did throw them in the dryer. I'm going to watch my laundry closer now.

When I first opened the package, I thought, "oh they sent me a size for a Barbie size. But, since I am on lockdown I figured let's see if I can wiggle my way into these. Well, once I got them on I wore them for 36 hours straight. Under a tunic, a short dress, or a tee shirt. In my mind, they are flattering and make me look and feel great in my clothing!

I originally bought two sizes because I didn't know how they would fit. When I tried to return one it said we dint do returns to your country (Australia) so I was annoyed. Trying to contact some to help was challenging and I kept getting these automated email replies which really annoyed me. Approximately 18 emails later I received my refund and didn't have to return the item. The shapewear itself is good quality but I'm yet to wear it. It takes time to put it on.

I bought a bra and it arrived quickly. It was the type that you pull over your head. I found this to be a bit difficult after a shower.
