Shapermint

I am happy with my purchase but it is not something that I will do on a regular basis. The next time I am in need of a foundation garment I will take Shapermint into consideration. Having bought 3 I don't believe I will need another for a while.

I know its cheesy, but my new shapewear have restored a new level of confidence. My clothes fit better and i feel less self-conscious when I wear them. Not to mention, they are waaaaaay more comfortable than I expected. No roll down period. Then again, I'm able to tuck it slightly under my bra.

The bra extender on one of the bras that I ordered was missing 2 of the 3 hooks that would connect it to the bra, so I emailed them and asked for another bra extender because I definitely needed it in order for the bra to fit well. To my surprise, they send me a whole new bra along with the new extender and asked me to pass along the other to someone else whom I thought might like the bras. Wow! So, I gave the extra bra to my daughter-in-law, and now she is a fan as well. She likes to sleep with her bra on, and she loves how soft and comfortable these bras are. You can barely feel them and almost forget that your wearing a bra, even through you're getting all the support you need. We love them!

One of the three items I purchased fit properly. It didn't matter that two were only different in color. Now I have to pay to ship it back and if I replace it, pay more. I've been working from hoke with no access to a printer so still haven't had the opportunity to send back the two pieces.

I had ordered the leggings and shorts assuming they should be the same size, my fault for not checking the size chart on both. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement pair of shorts in the correct size right away. I was very happy with my purchase.

All three bras I ordered do not fit, not even close and pretty much zero support. I did not return them because not going out these days to the post office to make a return, too dangerous to do that in these corona virus days so gave them away.

I love it it feels like you're not wearing a bra at all. It's so comfortable I even slept in it! I want 10 more seriously! Iam definitely going to get more of them! Every. Girl should have at least one!

I have been trying to get ahold of somebody because, I like the product. It's just the top part keep rolling down I bought the shape short I really like it. That's the only thing I was not happy with and I'm trying to see if I can exchange it or get a refund or something but nobody has gotten ahold of me yet. *******601

I bought the truekind Shapermint bras according to their size chart which are very comfortable, I also bought one in one size smaller and the hold is better. There is only one thing would be nice if the band at bottom of the bra would stay put as it unfortunately rolls up but overall I would buy more.

I was kindly informed by Shapermint's customer service that they aren't a scam company as I did receive my products. So I'd like to rephrase to say Shapermint is like a charity... buy from them if you like giving away FREE money!

Here are reasons you should not buy from Shapermint

1. You'll place an order... but wait, half the products you ordered aren't available.
2. You'll wait a hefty amount of time for your order; mine took 6 weeks!
3. You'll be met with the WORST customer service when trying to process a return/ exchange, and its not as hassle free as they say.
4. Their shapewear is SUB-PAR, at best.

I warn you... stay away. They are up to no good. If I could warn any woman time and again of bad companies, Shapermint would be no. 1.

As a male, sometimes we need help as well.
The customer service is excellent as they understand that we all need help looking our best.
The products I have ordered have fit great. I have to admit that I'm a Shapermint guy. If I need anything else in the future, I'm looking here first. I strongly recommend this company and their products.

I had a charge on my bill I didn't understand... I'm of the older generation and sometimes I need a little assistance! After a couple of very quick emails everything for explained and settled to my satisfaction. Thank you

I was so tired of constantly having to pull up my straps which had fallen down my shoulders 15-20 x daily. Although I love the underwire bras, eventually they starting poking out and poking me. Painful to say the least. After trying the Shapermint, I have thrown away all my other bras and only use this one. ( I have several in different colors). Customer service is great. The bras are comfortable and no more worries about the shoulder strap or underwires!

I love the Shapermint line. I have tried many over the years and they are always so hot and uncomfortable no matter the size or time of year. These are breathable, super comfortable and easy to wash and wear.

I purchased a bra for my 14 yo daughter and myself.
We've both commented on different occasions how comfortable the bra is. I won't wear anything else if I can help it. It fits great, and is so comfortable.

I clicked on Shapermint off an Instagram ad and had some trouble placing my order. I reached out to them and they were super helpful - created an invoice of all the products I wanted and included the discount I had seen on the site a day earlier. My products came and they were all great. I did exchange two things and the process was super simple.

I had ordered the tank in a particular size. When I received it and tried it on, it was WAY too small. The customer service from shapermint was so easy and calming to work with about getting it replaced.

I ordered the bike short. The fit is true to size and is comfortable. They sent 2 instead of one. When I wrote to customer service, they apologized and told me just to keep the extra one, even though I only paid for one. I will definitely be using them again.

My first order was perfect I swore I'd never purchase another kind of bra. My last order, another bra has sharply poked me at the fastener. I can't see anything to cause this. I love the comfort of your product but at the price I paid I won't be ordering again.

I loved my new bra when I received it. But I find that I can only wear it about 2 days and then it looses some of it's strength. Once I wash it, it fits fine, again. I love the fit and feel but this is something I'm not happy about.

Originally it said free shipping, but when I ordered I was asked to choose between 1-2 days or 5-7 (I believe), one was $9.99, the other $4.99, so I picked the lesser. Then I remembered about an hour later about the free shipping! I do like the pants, they feel good!

I bought a few times and a couple of the items were too small. Return was quite easy and customer service was very responsive. I received the exchanges in no time and I didn't have to return one of the returned items. Quality is also great. Overall, I had a great experience. Will definitely recommend to others.

I was in the market for a GOOD bra that was comfortable and one that provided support. I took a chance on a product I knew nothing about. It turned out to be the best decision ever. Not only is the bra perfect, the customer service team is responsive and caring!
