I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
I have purchased a couple of Shapermint items and really like them a lot. If you want to be held in, these are the garments to wear.
However, if you find that you don't like an item or it just doesn't fit, good luck with your return. I have been trying for two months to return these flimsy "boy short" bottoms but I can't even get into my account. I get cutesy emails saying "No worries" and "we got you" but they don't got me. They're good at that but they're useless when trying to establish your account so that you CAN return something. I have sent them photos of the packages I've received with the tracking info, but what I've learned is that providing a lot of information to assist them is the equivalent to sending them no information.
Good luck, and be sure you choose carefully because trying to return something is more trouble than it's worth.

Communication with them has been terrible.
I ordered them, great sale save a lot of money. Now I'm out the money which ended up costing 45.00 more then agreed on. It was a small order so 45.00 extra dollars was a big jump. No bras, no money and really bad communication.

I ordered from a sale ad (about half off). At the end of the process there was no opportunity to put in a cod pe and I was charged full price. I sent a text message to their customer service and did not receive a response. I'm trying to return and they charge $7 for return. Be very careful if you are thinking of ordering from them.

I felt very excited to take advantage of what seemed like a great sale to get a few things from this company but it didn't mention anywhere that the prices was in USD until I got the confirmation email that the order was processed. It's almost 37$ on a 100$ here in Canada so now the actual charge is over what I could spend. I really hope these items last and are good quality. This really upset me and hurt my pocketbook - so much for the deal

Somewhat satisfied with slimming features. Could be more of a panel in the lower abdomen. The upper abdomen is nice and tightening. The top isn't very flattering to the breast- it flattens more than shapes. Overall I'm happy. Color options would be lovely

Thought I'd give them a try. They sure were comfy! Gave them a positive review, and now a few weeks later, I'm paying the price. I have a large, nice chest... had... yesterday I was changing and happened to look in the mirror and now I'm very flat-chested and my nipples face downward. Unfortunately, the bras are comfortable enough that you can't feel the damage they're doing. I'm unbelievably sad right now. Sorry to give details, but my nipples are now looking at the floor and when I lay on my back, my breasts go flat and slip to the sides. Sounds extreme, but it certainly is. Now I'm self-conscious around my boyfriend. He can tell the difference is significant. :/ Hopefully I can undo the damage with exercise, but it's so significant that I won't hold my breath. DO NOT GET THEIR BRAS!

I finally decided to give the product a try and ordered a pair of shorts. However, the website was made in such a confusing way that I was offered many things while I checked out. I tried to decline the offers but somehow ended up still got two additional shorts added to my order. I was in a hurry and didn't check the receipt until after a couple of hours and only then did I notice it. But of course, when I tried to contact customer service, the order has been processed and they refused to cancel the additional items. This is fraud! No way of doing business. I will never buy again.

I would never order from Shapermint again because the processing and shipping of my order was extremely slow. That ship time was supposed to be 5 to 10 business days. It has been 12 business days and I can't get a straight answer from the company about when my package will be delivered. I cannot easily find a customer service number and the AI chat bot is a joke.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This product ships from overseas and they make you pay customs fees, not included in the price you pay. This was not on the page I ordered from in a way that make this charge clear. 8 days later and still no product and they tell me it cannot be cancelled. These people are a rip off. BUYER BEWARE!

I normally do not give reviews but after waiting for almost a month to receive my order and still waiting I feel like others need to know. The order shows fulfilled but is sitting at freight carrier for the past three weeks. I can ‘t speak to the quality of their items because I would not know but I can tell you they sent an email saying if I was not happy they offer free exchanges. Well I would have to actually receive the order first before I could exchange it. Crazy right? I feel like they did not even read the email before sending an automated email response. I placed an order on May 12, it is now June 12 and I do not have my items and haven't even received tracking info. Tried calling, can't get to a live person. "Chats" are only answered by bots. Emails are answered with form letters. Can't get any real help with the order I placed. At this point I don't need the items and only want a refund. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered a bra that was awful. I ordered it because it was rated so high by reviewers. After I received it and saw how bad the bra was, I went back to read the reviews again. It was then I discovered that if you sort from "low to high", there are lots of bad reviews - but they were all shown as 5-star ratings! When I tried to contact Shapermint through their website, their "chat" and "messenger" services only take you to a computer generated answer list and not to an actual person. Their use of 5 stars for poor ratings is false and unethical!

Love every item I have purchased. 10 days ago I placed my third order it has still not shipped. Seriously takes forever. Irritating, and don't use online chat it will upset you more.
