I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
I love how this cami shapes my body. All the "squishy" parts get firmed up nicely. My only issue is the bottom rolling. I had to resort to tucking it into my underwear to keep it in place but the back still gets out. I lost a lot of weight and need to wear a shaping cami all the time so I was very excited when I saw how this cami held me in. I just wish there was a way to keep that hem in place.

I order two shapewears received one but not the other. Come to find out they were shipped. I got in touch with shapewear after 5 months and they still send me that pair I didn't receive. Someone stole them out my mailbox. I was very please with their response made me appreciate them even more.

I bought an assortment of items from, leggings to boyshorts to high waist panties. I am so very happy with everything except the high waist long leg shorts. I was wondering if that item could be returned.

I ordered some items from Shapermint and received the day promised, unfortunately it was the wrong item. I reached out to customer service and we got it straightened out and received my correct items within days from my contact customer service. I have ordered before many times and I know this was a fluke moment so I have no complaints in that. But I greatly appreciate the prompt responses and attention to my issue from customer service support rep. Thanks again. You still have a loyal customer in me

You cannot adjust the straps for more support, it's not quite the same tight material as the shaper as I expected so it's very loose and not supportive. It's comfy if I wanted to feel like I'm not wearing a bra.

I'm a curvy woman. And because of that, the leggings does not stay in place above my waist. With the shorts, I have a pooch high up on my stomach. I would have liked a more firmer control in that area.

It kept rolling down at the back instead of starting in place. Even when I was just standing still it would roll down. Otherwise the fit was good everywhere else. I would love to send it back for a full refund.

After a double mastectomy and reconstruction I could not find a comfortable bra. Took a chance, ordered and am so glad! No strap problems. No band riding up. No trying to make the girls mold to the bra. Lifelong customer here!

I was skeptical... I've bought many shapewear items over the years. Some worked but were excruciatingly uncomfortable. Some were comfortable but didn't do much.
I took a chance on shapermint after watching the videos.
I'm not overweight but have some bulges. The high waist panty is perfect! Bulges gone with all day comfort.
Really, people try this product.

I was skeptical ordering a wireless bra for someone my size but took a chance. (I am approx a size 40DD). The bra fits around but there is NO lift. It also makes me look like I have a uniboob. I wore this bra to work today to give it a fair trial and regret it terribly. Spoke with an online rep who told me since I got the bras at a huge discount they are final sale. I ordered 3. Waste. Lesson learned.

I just yesterday tried using the Shaperfit product. It covered me from just under my bra down into short shorts. It was a bit of a struggle getting it on the first time, but very comfortable from there on after. Made me feel like I was walking around in shorts and a T-shirt, even though I had a casual dress on. Worth every penny.

I had bought 2 bras but they were to small 4 me, so I emailed them. They told me they would refund my money no problem & they did. So I bought the right size. 1 had a clasp & the other was a pull over. There both extremely soft & comfortable. I wish the clasp one had a wider shoulder strap, but it does come with an extension clasp which is nice for larger women. I LOVE LOVE THESE BRAS

When I make a purchase from Shapermint I can't wait for my package to arrive! This is my 3rd purchase and there is no disappointment! I am new to the Shapermint family and products. And I have three items so far. The Cami's are fantastic. I can wear them all day, with no discomfort. They do ride up when worn over the high waisted panties. That was the only drawback for me.

Apparently they have actual products but look at reviews. Many don't even get their orders. So I ordered 2 leggings and ordered large by mistake so about 2 mins later I contacted an agent on their website and asked to change both to a medium. A couple minutes later she came back and said I successfully changed both to medium and you'll receive the confirmation email. I never did so the next day I again chatted with an agent and asked if she did actually change my size. They said she tried but the system said they were out of stock so it wouldn't allow her and sorry we can't cancel it. The other agent flat out lied to me. This is a horrible horrible company and I can't even fathom it's still in business. So she's like just exchange or refund them after you get them. Will I ever get them? Will they process an exchange or refund? I'm not counting on it and will immediately file a BBB complaint. I should've researched more reviews rather than trusting the ones on the actual website. Do not order from shapermint.
