I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
Package received on time. I have wasted sooo much money on bras and now I can stop. This one is perfect. I tried a very expensive one Tru? Whatever. Yours has so much more support and so comfortable too. Sizing was perfect Price was great also. Will only buy these now.

I have purchased a lot of things from Shapermint and I can truly say that my entire experience was wonderful. I have never dealt with a company that was truly out to please their customers. I made a lot of exchanges at first, being some what new to shape wear, they handled everything beautifully and did not give up until I was totally satisfied. I was even able to talk to a shape wear specialist who help tremendously. I would just like to say thank you to Shapermint and I will be purchasing all my future shape wear from them! Everything I buy is sexy and comfortable! The Shapermint wear gives me a boost of confidence! I love the fact that it is sexy and comfy! I also love that I can send it back if it doesn't fit me! First item didn't fit right They offered to replaced with another of a different size. That did the trick! I'm satisfied with their service! They did what the could to make sure I was happy with the product.

It was so nice to receive my shapermint, having had breast cancer 18yrs ago ever since then no bra would stay in place, being a full size smaller on my left side then my right, but shapermint does after a couple of hours I can look down and I am still in place. Thankuyou

I'm disappointed. I wear shapewear daily. I always wore Spanx, but since they went up on price and down in quality I need to find another brand. I did reasearch and decided to try this one. Well, I expected more. It's easy to put on and it does shape but i chose the one that was extra firm hold. NOT! The top is not long enough (and I have a short torso). Sits right under back roll and every time I move so does Shaper. I've worn it 3 times and it has 2 rips already. (and yes i bought the correct size). I don't mind spending a higher amount if it is worth it. It is so hard to find one that will actually hold you in.

I have problems that with the straps rolling, after awhile this makes shoulders sore. Other wise I dearly love the bra. It's so comfortable other than the straps. I have 3 of them 2 cream and 1 black

After contacting customer service via the FAQ page there remained confusion to the status and location of my order. I was able to find the tracking number of the item I returned to be exchanged. After supplying the tracking number and the last information listed that I could see the item was found and a new order created and shipped. I don't believe this would have happened if I couldn't locate the tracking info from my exchange. The good news is response times are phenomenal! Everyone was polite and there seemed to be some consistency with the representatives handling my issue. I'll have to wait until the new bras arrive to give an overall opinion of the product.

Shapermint is comfortable and would recommend anyone over 55+. It's really lift you up and feeling good about yourself.

If I could give them zero stars I would. You can't get through to anyone. The first pair of shorts I got had a hole in the crotch. Second set of shorts that came in the same order were smaller and don't fit. The bra doesn't fit. And I can't get through to anyone and now they tricked me and said I had a membership in their charge of me $4.99 a month when I never signed up.

I bought 2 of the shape wear i was happy the first couple of weeks but then some time later they started rolling down so annoying I don't even wear them anymore I wish it didn't roll down it just defeats the purpose

I had ordered what my normal size bra was and it came quickly, it was tight even with the expander they sent along so when they asked how it was I mentioned that. They sent info to return them, did that and ordered next larger size. They came quickly too, the bras are super soft and comfortable. Thank you for the fast turnaround and the great comfort they give.

My first advice, do not mind the negative comments, I am so happy I finally found a shaper that adds more beauty to my soul before my body, so comfort and easy to put on and off, the prices are fair, and the customer service is beyond awesomeness.
The shaper won't take away your real body curves or tighten your breathing, it's an extra skin to my body, oh, and it will help you lose weight too and reshape your waistline (if you are on diet and exercise like Iam) so that's an extra workout for me;)
Also, it's helping me with my back injury enough to give decent support during my long working hours, my trick is buying a one size smaller.

My 1st time ever trying these. I purchased 3 items. I'm Very tall but have a tummy. I wear 16-18 The leopard leggings were cute but a struggle to get on & we're not very comfortable. I'd definitely suggest getting 2 sizes up! Tummy control was AWESOME! But, the waist was too tight as were the calves/foot holes ( mine are average but muscular) The shaper panties were very comfortable. (XXXL) I'd only expected a brief, but these stretched all the way up to my bra... lol Although, they had very little tummy control (def. NOT like the video... lol) They also stayed in place/up which was a plus. Just my p. O. v. But, y'all can decide for yrself.

These bras are the most comfortable bras I have ever worn! I can actually wear them all day and I have not had a bra that is not an unstructured sports bra that I can wear all day in like forever. This bra does not bind or pinch and I wanted a bra without the removable pads so I don't have to fuss with them. And the padding is just right. I will be purchasing a couple more of these bras.
