I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
Scam company, buyer beware. They do not issue refunds, I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a refund, and still Shapermint has not re-credited my credit card. They are no longer responding to my emails so I've resorted to filing complaints against this company's fraudulent crediting practices with the FTC, two BBBs, my state attorney general's office, Pennsylvania's state attorney general's office, my state's consumer protection bureau, and the consumer financial protection bureau. Next, I will report them to my credit card company to dispute Shapermint's charge on my account. This company is practicing in credit card fraud.

If you're thinking about ordering from Shapermint, keep in mind you'd better hope the item you order is going to be perfect for you. Otherwise, they stick you with a product you can't use, can't return, and issue zero refunds.

I tried to return pant and order another size. The person I was dealing with kept saying I'm new. I'm not sure she understood the language. I thought I was going to receive a label for mailing separately.It never came. What I tried to print was difficult to read. I had to pay almost $11
for the return. I was not pleased. The bras I purchased were very comfortable.

Fairly quick delivery. These bras are so comfortable. I had to change to wireless bras and was having a difficult time finding one that was supportive and comfortable. My search is over. So glad I gave Shapermint a try.

I was pleasantly surprised! I've used other brand shaper wear in the past and been unhappy because they cut in at the thighs. Your shaper wear doesn't! It's comfortable and stays in place. I forget I have it on.

I had to return 2 bras I purchased because they fit too small. The return process was simple and straight to the point. The bras I now have, fit absolutely heavenly! So soft and smooth. And look seamless under my clothing. I am SO happy with my experience with Shapermint. 5+ STARS!

I like it, but I can't get my size right and I don't want to have another sent again because it's my fault and I love it but I got my size wrong twice. Nothing wrong with it, works grate even when I got it too big. I feel bad so I left it. They are really nice and took hood care of me.

I was ready to be uncomfortable all night at the wedding. Bit the shaper was comfortable and stayed in place and I even forgot I had it one. The dress looked beautiful and had several people at the wedding ask what diet I was on. Definitely would purchase again and recommend to others.

I had amazing customer service when my shapermint leggings didn't fit. They talked me through what I need in a pair of leggings and sent me a new pair free of charge.
I have received my new leggings and they fit perfect, however I do find them a bit stiff. There's not a big amount of stretch

Overall this product does what it says. It keeps you all snug tight inside the shaper garment. It's great for hiding muffin top and to give you a tighter stomach appearance. The one drawback I have is the top of my cami (tank top). I am larger on top than my stomach and waist so there is no extra room. Although the body of the tank fits great the top feels like I'm being squished in and is not very comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. I would have definitely given it 5 stars if there was an option for a larger chest version. Good quality fabrics. Tight stretch so it will probably keep its shape for a long time.

I placed an order over a month ago. After around 3 weeks of placing the order, I reached out to inquire about the order, but was informed that it hasn't been filled. Gave it another week and was informed the order wasn't in stock and was given another option. Now, I am at the point where I just want my money back.

I ordered a size medium Shapermint bra and it was too small. I emailed CS about the issue and they said I could keep the medium and donate it or give it away and they would send me the size I needed for free!

I received the wrong package and at first it was a little difficult trying to speak with someone about it. But once I did they were on it so fast. My experience with Shapermint was basically good. If you need help and use a mobile device specifically and don't have a great connection you may have to keep trying over and over to settle your questions.

I bought panties and leggings. All but one of them were perfect.
I contacted the customer center to make an exchange and I got a replacement very fast. I don't have any complaints, I love all of them.

The items I purchased are perfect for me. The top should be placed on bottom first. (I thought it was too small.) It provides a smooth "middle" while the shaper provides a smooth lower body appearance.

First high-waisted control shorts garment was too small. Shapermint was not satisfied until I was satisfied, Shapermint made it right for me with the right fit. I find that the xl size varies from item to item. I have some xl items that are totally comfortable and some xl items that feel like I'm being attacked by a boa. Also, please keep in mind some of us gals are on the tall side and would appreciate a little more length on the leggings.

The bra is fine except for the straps. They are too long and not adjustable. They continue to slip off my shoulders and I am always pulling them up. I would like a way to adjust them to fit my needs. The cup part of the bra is fine.
