I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
I have bought many a bras before looking for a good fit and comfort. I was kind of skeptical that this might be it, even though they looked good. But I was wrong! These, I bought 2, and they fit great!

Customer service is done completely online through email messages, and I found this to be satisfactory for my purposes. I know that there have been some complaints that they do not have a calling customer service line, but I have not found this to be a problem.

I had purchased 2 pairs of leggings during the sale. I didn't realize at the time that they were 2 different kinds of leggings. On pair fit beautifully and the other, even though the same size, was half the size. I later discovered that there are different types of compression and the pair that was too small was the highest compression and would require a larger size to fit me. I asked if I could return the small pair and get another one of the style that fit. The woman I spoke to on the phone not only helped put the transaction through but she told me to keep the small pair and give them to someone they'll fit. I thanked her profusely and will pass them on to the first person I find who'll fit into them.

They show models wearing the garments with no problem, trying to put the garments on is a chore and when on they are not smooth to the skin like they show
So you have wrinkles under the outer garments if you wear it like that.

Your product is great, but the amount of emails you send is out of control! Even when I went to once a week, I got multiple emails a week. I went to "sale only" and still got multiple emails per week.
I don't even communicate with my best friend this much! You guys got to chill on the email

I ordered one of their advertised comfort support bras. Upon arrival it didn't fit and they sent me a new one, telling me not to send back the original. The new one fit perfect and is comfortable. However, it does not give me the support I need.

I ordered shaper shorts but when I received my package it was 2 pairs of leggings. So then I had to contact customer service & wait for them to send the right order. & the order before that was also messed up. I ordered 3 things, only received 1 & had to contact customer service & have them fix it & send the rest.

I am a first time customer. When my shapewear was a bit large, they shipped me the better size, and had me donate mine to a friend!
The quality and fit are perfect and I love how it is long enough for my torso. It is so comfortable while it smoothes out my problem areas.
I will only shop Shapermint from now on. Truth!

They do what they promise. The bras are a great quality. They promise free exchange until you get a bra with the right fit and that's just what they did. Customer service is the tops! A great company to do business with. A breath of fresh air.

When I ordered, I choose a Large because the measurements matched mine. However, when it arrived, I tried it on and it was a little too small. I called the company and they were quick to reassure me that they would send me a new one in an XL. The new shipping service was great.

The bras does not pinch or jab in anyway. Feels like the bra isn't even on.

This product is terrible and is not what was promised. The fabric is cheap, entirely see through and extremely uncomfortable. The material made me itchy and I got a rash. Not as advertised AT ALL. I'm trying to get a complete refund but they are charging me $7 for that too! SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

This will be my go to place from now on. I have never felt a bra so comfortable, also great shaping and no strap fallings. I threw out all my old bras. Also, leggings, great fit and comfortable. I am sticking up for the Fall and Winter. Panty shaper also fits well. Will defiantly order again.

When the order goes right, everything is fine. BUT if there is a problem, there are apparently NO HUMAN BEINGS employed. The legs of the boy shorts ride up and are terribly uncomfortable. Tried to do a return and kept getting bot-mail answers. Awful and way too confusing.

Once I received my item the second time, I sent a lengthy comment of how pleased I was with the Shapermint item and was not able to send the message. Fit is so great you sometime forget you have a bra on. I feel more like a nicely fitted t shirt instead. I love it and am going to buy my daughter some also. We are both full big busted woman and I told her theae are the best - the support and coverage is like noneother.

I really liked Shapermint. It didn't go on as easily as the advertisement, but I felt really great, as if I had lost 5-10 pounds. A couple of friends complimented that I looked great.
The only thing I would change would be to have a Med. And a Lg. M/L worked for me, but I would have preferred a Lg.

Special offers are given in email subscriptions and they do not transfer to the sales order. At that point (when you look at your order at checkout) your option is to start a chat session with a virtual
Robot and it will go to the 2nd and/ or 3rd robot. They ask info that is not accessible so you have to stop go back write down the order and go through the whole virtual robot process again. This is all via smart phone orders. After begging for a minimum of at least 4 times for what you are emailed the special promo/discount and at least 20 minutes later you want to pull your hair out. Too much frustration and stress. I have brought this issue up before and I would prefer to avoid the sale altogether. Many other sites link their special promos to the sales order so you don't have to beg for it. You need to fix the issue. Other who I know that love your offerings are fed up as well.

I love these leggings! No muffin top; and they stay in place (no rolling down) and they feel great on my legs. I feel like they look good on me, which makes me feel great. The quality is very high & the customer service is even better. I ordered them and had them in 3 days!

Good product. Good website. Just not a great fit. The size I bought is fine but I need adjustable straps and straps that are narrower. Also the band rolls up. Otherwise the cups are supportive and I love the higher sides and the back shape is great. So some good features-some not so good.
