I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
This bra is very comfortable for the most part. The only issues I have with it are a little bit of itchiness in the back where the hooks are, and the fact that the bottom elastic band rolls up in front.

Ordered four of these bra's so while two are in the wash I have back up. These bra's have enough light padding for my modesty. They have enough support so I don't feel " jiggly" lol, Gives me a bra I can pull on and off in a minute. I hate wearing a bra and this bra I'm ok with.

I love how the bra is made but the only problem I have is they need to make bigger sizes around. I need a 48C and even with the free extender it's still a little tight and the front of the bra and sides roll up which is really irritating. I hate having to pull on it in public, embarrassing and tacky!

I ordered the wrong size, because of the different sizes in my country, when I got in touch with the company, they sent me a new cammi, and told me to keep the original one. The service was excellent and I had follow up contact. The delivery was a little slow, but Shapermint kept track of my order.

I bought 2 pair of leggings. I wasn't looking for a super compression fit so I sized up (2xl, I wear size 16). They are just enough control with out feeling too tight, so exactly what I was looking for. They both are very opaque and are a great thickness for warmth in the fall or winter. The waist band reaches just below my bra and I have not experienced any rolling. They are my go to leggings.

The customer service is truly amazing. Is what you read about in textbooks. For someone who studied hospitality mgt and worked in hotels for a decade, shaper mint truly wants you to be satisfied with their product. Very satisfied with their rebound (I was not happy with a piece I ordered) and I will definitely be recommending them!

I initially tried to return the bras I purchased. I was convinced to exchange for something different and in stock. Then the next day I got an email saying the bras I tried to exchange for were not in stock. All I wanted to do initially was return the product. Well, I got to do just that albeit in a round-about way. Very frustrating.

Pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and well made this bra is. I used the size chart provided when ordering. (Normally a 38B, so ordered size Large). The order was received when promised. I will definitely order again when I need more.

Saw these on an Instagram ad, they were having a sale so I decided to try them out. I absolutely love my leggings! Wasn't the fabric I was expecting them to be but very pleased when I put them on. I also love how body positive the company is!

While the shape ware does what it is suppose to, the actually fabric that functions as the shape ware isn't long enough for my body. If I move it down so it is, the grip part doesn't stick to my body and just rolls down. If the top is sticking properly, then the bottom slides up and i have to keep tugging it down, which then loosens the top grip and it might roll down.

I'm 5'0 155lbs. I ordered the large but it was to big. I contacted customer service and told them I think I need a smaller size. I immediately received an email confirming they received my message. With in days they sent the smaller size. It was comfortable and did shape a little better but there still wasn't enough compression. They also allowed me to keep the bigger size so I didn't have to return it. I'll give it another try with different products they offer.

I bought three bras. One beige one black and one white. For some reason the white one fits tighter than the other two. I already had it replaced which made it a little better. But honestly, it is still tighter than the others and it is the same size.

Shapermint got my first order wrong. The only questions that were asked were how could they make me happy? With a refund or send another item. I chose another item. Their shapewear is excellent and I would recommend their products to anyone who would like to "hide the bulge". They are perfect and the customer service is the best I have ever encountered.

I placed my order and selected the expedited shipping option which was an extra cost. Today is day 6 after placing my order and it has not shipped and there is no way to get in touch with someone via phone and the chat option is not helpful in resolving the issue besides asking me to the be patient. No I can't be be patient, the co. Should not promise me a deliver date when I place my order. Especially when I needed it for an event. Not reliable will have to go elsewhere to get shapewear.

I LOVE the way these Shapermint Curvees make my legs look toned and gives my booty a lil lift. My junk in the trunk is officially... organized! Sometimes they do roll from the top though, so my muffins are probably too big, but until I bake em off... I put the Shapermint Curvees leggings and pants and they come to my rescue. I didn't find the shaper any different than any other shaper I have bought in the past, it was just ok. I bought the shaper without the shorts (it almost looked like underwear and went up to my bra line) and It definitely held in what I needed but made my thighs look a lot bigger. It didn't hold like I thought either, I had to keep pulling it up. This is a well made product, but didn't hold up to the promises they make on the commercial.

I was excited when I reserved the package. So I didn't think I would need the paper work so I threw it out. They have cups and I have 2 tits that are different sizes. So I can't use cups.
So I tried to say the same thing and no reaction. I was even at your robot. So I was wondering how I could send them back and get my money back

I recently ordered from Shapermint and I was satisfied with the deal they were offering, but another deal popped up as I was trying to check out which looked really great. But when I ordered they added two more items to my order instead of one item. That gave me three items in my cart and it also made my shipping higher. My total came to $46, but $59 was taken out of my PayPal account. Of course, I canceled the order and I did it through Chat, because otherwise you're going to be leaving a phone message. The chat agent was good at her job, because she really tried hard for me not to cancel my order and kept offering me this and that. In the end, I had to just cancel the order, because I wasn't sure what the total price was going to be. I had to request a cancellation confirmation via email and I did get one right away. Because of all the pop-up offers, it made it very complicated to try to order anything from them. What was supposed to be a $24 order turned into a $59 order. I did not want to spend that much money on a product I hadn't tried out before. I was given a coupon for 10% off my order and then another pop-up window told me I could have an additional 15% off if I allowed them to give me text messages. When I addressed this with the chat agent, she told me you could only do one coupon per order. All in all, it's just too complicated when you can't just order an item without pop-ups! I see lots of great reviews and I just think this must be people who have money to throw away and don't mind being overcharged. Again, I never agreed to $59!
Tip for consumers:
I paid through PayPal and only the subtotal was shown that would be billed to PayPal. Later I saw that they had added shipping and text which made my order higher priced. Be careful that the total price of your order is clear.

I did not receive any items because I canceled the order before it was sent. They kept complicating things with pop-up windows and did not honor discounts they were supposed to give me.

I love shapermint and all the lovely leggings I recently ordered for me and my daughter (it was her first ever experience with any shape wear so we started her with leggings!) Needless to say we were both floored butts were lifted stomachs smoothed (especially from all the extra holiday delicious food) everything put in it's rightful place and then SOME! When I received my shapermint I tried it on right away. It was surprisingly comfortable. I only had one draw back, and that was the fact that it rolls down in the back some. I wore it all day and other than the trooping back, it was very comfortable and I did not feel like I was being bound.

This was the second one i purchased the first was a small and was too tight so i ordered a large and well its too big in the straps although i am still wearing it! Next time a medium! Other than the fit i love it
