The shipment took some time to get to me, overall very comfortable product but I followed the size chart according to the measurements and I feel the shorts could be snugger... I should have gone down a size

I wear a size 14 and I got a size L boy short shape wear. I should've gotten a M size. The bottom part rolls up and it doesn't hold my stomach in at all. Very comfortable though, I will try a medium next time and regular panty so no roll up will happen.

I wasn't expecting a bra from Bali I was a expecting the same bras I first purchased. Bali bra fits tighter and doesn't snug all of my breast so it runs smaller the the first order I made. I also needed to size up the waist trainer which is probably my fault but it did say but was true to size and that wasn't the case. So yeah first order was hit though fell in love with the bra although it did not come in a box like the second order!? Found that weird.

All the ladies I spoke with wer outstanding, even though my order didn't fit me I was just impressed with ur company policy of donating to a local women's shelter, that is remarkable & gets u my 100% referral to friends & social media

I ordered the cami and it came in the wrong size. The communication between myself and customer service revealed that I needed a different size than what I ordered originally. I was really please with the way the information was given and how I was walked through the sizing process.

I was excited about my product!
However my boyshort rode up my thighs and i was constantly pulling them down which is uncomfortable.
Other than that I loved the material and they felt so good on. I still reccomend women try them, just because my experience was not the best, you will absolutely love them.

Not that happy with my purchase (50/50) because it has two holes on it on the lef side of my tight. It fits me but does not support my shape and I do not see a difference with my stomach when wearing it under my clothes nor my shape. I also saw that it does not move much.

My shaperwear is doing all that it promised to do. It's soft and very comfortable to wear. It makes my clothes look so neat. So far it stays in place. I'm very pleased with my purchase, and will purchase more.

The first time I wore the waist trainer it was very comfortable. On consecutive days it became somewhat unformatted later in the day. I figured it was because I was wearing it daily and therefore it left indents against my skin. This was uncomfortable. All and all, I am glad of the purchase as feels better than my other items from different brands. Perhaps I am better off without the bone in types.

Shopping on the website was easy. My shipment was a bit delayed but I expected that as it was coming from the US. I was disappointed in the sizing. I guessed at my sizes based on what I have purchased in shape wear elsewhere. I expected that the 2 styles would fit similarly and they did not. The panty style was too big and the shorts style was extremely small. I would purchase from them again but definitely be cautious on the sizes I choose. 1 size down in the panty and 2 sizes up in the shorts style.

It was hard to get on so I thought there was no way it was going to fit, but I have it another try about a week later and it was still hard af to get on but I figured out it was supposed to be that way to hold in my tummy. Lmao

I ordered two bras and got charged for the two plus for a panty charge. When I called to report the error they not only reversed the charge on the panty but told me to keep. The best part is the quality of all the items is excellent.

I had been looking in local stores for a shaper to control my midriff. All I could find had bands that showed an unpleasant panty-line at the leg openings. So, I was very excited to find the high-waist boy short shaper. I am long-waisted, so was worried the shaper would not come up high enough and stay there, but it came up right under my bra and stays there. The leg openings are indeed short-like, so no band. I do wish the short legs had the same tacky material around the edge as the top of the hi-waist, as they can creep up. The price was outstanding, and customer service was as well.

I bought a shaper and was not happy with my product. I gave a review about how unhappy i was and with in in minutes I received an email asking to give them a chance. They replaced my product with a smaller size and I LOVE this cami. I am so happy with the product. I am buying one in every color!

Two torn to judge. I received a pair of pants that was too small because the sizing chart was inaccurate when I requested assistance I was ignored so I requested assistance again and then again so I finally received the response which was only a refund so I didn't give a bad review and then ever since then all I get is request for good reviews, daily. I think that's a bit of a stretch. How do you review something you don't know because all you ever did was get a bribe of a refund which was only accurate to get because of a product that you couldn't use because of an inaccurate sizing chart?

I like the way it smooths out my hips and thighs. I wish it would smoosh in my tummy a bit more, but overall great fit. It it fairly comfortable to wear, although a bit hot in Arizona weather. Overall great product.

I had ordered and the product didn't quite fit right. Shapermint got ahold of me and asked me the problem, I told them and they sent me the proper size and made sure I was totally happy with my purchase... thanks Shapermint! Love the replacement size!

I had orded 2 short shapers. My daughter's was to small. I contacted customer service and they told me to keep the mistake one I made and they would gladly send me the right size. Within 5 days my daughter's was in

Sent the wrong size but quickly sent the right size but doesnt in no way make me flat as on ad. I am only 155, I purchased the medium and no, I still have a bad bulge but thank You. I wore this 1 time and it does not work for me. Put it in salvation army.

I ordered the empura underwear with the tummy control. I ordered the M/L usually I get large is I get them from walmart. They were actually two big. I got on the website and chatted with someone on the web chat. They were awesome. They arranged to ship me replacements in the smaller size. When I asked how I will arrange to ship the larger ones back they told me not too. WHAT?!?! They let me keep these to pass on to someone else. That is outstanding customer service! So that's what I did. I gave them to my mother in law. She loved them so much she went on the site and bought some other items to try. When I got my correct size ones I was so happy. They got so well and are so comfortable. I love them and this company!

First of all, it is not free returns. You have to pay shipping. You can't get in touch with customer service. You try to call they won't answer. They say they will call you back they don't. They said customer service closes at 7pm EST. They even had the recorded message that said they closed at 7pm EST and I was calling at 6pm EST. I tried to exchange and it said I was ineligible. I am contacting BBB.org. I won't ever stop telling people how bad this place is. And they says it won't roll down. It sure does.

I purchased some cami's and they didn't fit. Went to the next size, didn't fit. Again the next size. 3 times until finally it fit. They didn't even have me return the others.
Now I am getting annoyed because they are sending me surveys day after day after day. I filled it out and again another survey. Stop please!

The sizing chart was off- extremely tight though I followed the recommended sizing chart. But, the customer service for return/ exchange was unbeatable! The new pair fits better but certainly not the best shapewear I've ever worn.
