I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
I look amazing in my clothes thanks to Shapermint and I have recommended Shapermint to all of my friends. This is my 3rd purchase from Shapermint and I have never been disappointed. I am one satisfied customer.

I needed help doing and exchange and I talked to jen one of the shapermint gals and she did the exchange for me and she was wonderful. Not many companys out there treat the customers like one of the family. Jen treated me like I was part of the family. I broke 4 of my ribs last year and was unable to wear a underwire bra. I am a 38 DD so i have to wear a bra. So i looked for a bra that was wireless with support. This bra offers so much support without compressing me too much.

My address was put on someone else order... in other words. Someone got my order and I got somebody else's order... ended up canceling mine order and I only was reimbursed for the product not the shipping. So I ended up losing money for something I could not control... get better and more conscience workers

I ordered 2 bra's. One in black and one in beige. The black bra is great. The beige bra i can not wear. With the beige bra, the slight padding does not stay in place. There is a cut on the inside panel of the cup. I tried adjusting the pad/linning through these cuts, it just will not stay. I'm wondering if this is a defect in the beige bra?

My panties gertle fits great but the padded Bra's I don't wear anymore.
I asked to return them but I didn't have a UP'S return place to take them to, return them.
So I can't wear them!
But I will order some that does soon as I can!

Well I ordered a 4x the first time. They were a lil big so I ordered the next size down 3x but the sizing was so greatly different that I could barely get them up. Anyway I just reordered 2 more of the 4x because I still love the high waist and material!

The bra is cheap and nothing like the advertisement says. I need a size 3x bra but the straps are for a A cup. The padding is for a small size also. I realized that with the shapewear you need to go down a size. Or you may look pregnant.

I bought a pair of pants and I did not fit so they sent me a new pair and did not make me return the other ones. No charge. I love the Cammies they fit beautifully and I don't need to use a bra. I love that they keep me tucked in tight

I ordered some of the Truekind non-wire bras. The shippement came promptly but the size wasn't correct. I messaged Truekind and they took care of helping me with the exchange- even paid for return shipping. My correct size came and fits perfect. This bra is so comfortable I almost wore it to bed by accident! I will never wear another bra again!

I bought the Truekind wireless bra, it was too small. I requested a return and was immediately given instructions and mailing lable. As soon as I put the package back in the mail, I got notice the new ones shipped. The correct size bras are soo comfortable and a dream to wear. I love Shapermint

When I ordered I ask for one size and I got 1 size I ask for and the second one was a bigger size. When I text them on messenger they were very sorry they send just send back the one they made mistake with and they would send the right size I told them that I shouldn't have to pay to send it back you are the ones that made the mistake. Than they told me that they would send the size I ask for to go ahead and keep it and to donate it to someone. They got my order number and the size the second time they sent the wrong size again which I told them again sent pictures of the items and order form again they said to send them back and they would send the right size I told them forget it They said we will send you right size to keep the other ones or just donate them to other women. I finally got the right size very happy! What was good about all this is they wanted to make sure I was happy they treated very good and I truly appreciate them for doing so. Very nice ladies

I had an issue where my order didn't arrive they made sure to correct it and make very certain that it came to me I was very happy even though it did arrive after Halloween and I wanted to wear my leggings for my costume but all in all it fits beautifully.

This one is better than the empetua and the cocoon. It has crotch compression so it's good for anyone who has the overhang or who went thru weightloss or who need more compression. (But not tighter than the empetua)
The only thing it lacks is the rubber along the top so it dies roll down a little but not enough to be mad at.
I recommend the one with the shorts attached versus the panty cut.

I bought the high waist butt lift leggings in XL. Delivery was great. I was happy with the leggings once I got it on. It was smooth on me. Comfortable to wear. I loved the fit. However I probably should have bought another option in a 2x or 3x to fit my 56" hips. It took me almost 15 minutes to get them on (with breaks in between to catch my breath-lol). And then I had to cut myself out of it to go to the bathroom (I was laughing at myself the entire time). After I got out of the leggings and did my business, I wonder if it was in the right size how great they would feel to get on and off. I would love them wit gold stars. So I am definitely going to order the again. Yep I sure am buying them again.

First of all, this survey was sent to me with the wrong name on it. Secondly, I've had about 5 emails with a total of 3 different customer service reps and no one has been able to answer my questions. First I asked about fit of different garments and was given instructions on returns. Then, I asked again, with a great amount of detail about the fit of certain items and was sent to a second person who again told me about returns, and eventually said they could help me if I sent my measurements. I wasn't asking about size, I was asking about which items have more compression, which are longer waisted etc. I wrote AGAIN. Got a 3rd person whose reply was that everything was all the same. That's nonsense.
Bottom line is that it is clear that the customer service personnel, though friendly enough, are outsourced, not careful about reading email and do not seem to know the product line.

I love the cami I recently ordered. Initially I ordered the wrong size. The process for getting the right size was quick and easy. I wore the cami for a special occasion and loved the way I looked and felt.

I ordered July 7th three tank tops. As of September 7th still owed a tank top but now they send me links to nothing and refuse to actually send me delivery information. I will NEVER recommend this company. BE WARE!

The original product didn't fit but they let me swap it out and even covered the extra cost of my second cami! I wish the leggings fit but i went up and down a size and couldn't get the right fit. I do love the cami's though. Very comfortable and the compression is great!

The high waisted shaper shorts were too high (waist almost covered half my breasts so I was going to return them. The customer service rep was so helpful she suggested the everyday shaper shorts, and told me to keep the high waisted shorts and to pass them on. I was shocked and very impressed.
