I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
I bought this Shapewear for my mum, she didn't like the way her tummy was popping out. And since I already have an experience with Shapermint, I decided to get her this Shapewear and ever since that day, she loves it

I see this advertisement that of course it looked too good, but I had to just try it. It would be great if the fabric you know that strip of material that goes underneath the breast you know on the top of your ribs that wraps around it needs to be longer instead of approximately 2 1/2 inches it needs to be about 4 to 4 1/2 inches, I am a size 36 triple D and of course I had to get the extra large because of the size of my cups and it still rolls up underneath me. I mean it feels comfortable but every hour or so I have to pull the part of the bra down that part that replaces an underwire, and that's quite annoying, the cups are not too small I think maybe if I tried the large instead of the extra large, it might fit around my cup a little more snug, but that's not going to help the rolling up that happens underneath the breast. My suggestion ladies is that it is wise when trying a new product to just buy ONE, anytime at all that you buy a brand new product and it doesn't fit right and you've bought three or four of such, it becomes a waste of money, just buy one to try it. I'm not taking a picture of myself with the bra on, so I just took a picture of the inside label of the bra. I'm sure that shaper can verify that I just received my package today. I think I deleted the email where it says I received my order but I am going to upload the email that gives me my tracking and so forth for my order even though I've already received it.
Tip for consumers:
Shapermint - redesign the bra where it has 5 inches underneath in place of the underwire and you likely will solve 80% of women’s complaints regarding the bra FIT. You’ll also sell a boatload more of bras. I really hope you do read the customer reviews of your product.

These people have lied to me continually since early November. My order number was SM*******, which arrived in decent time. Too bad it was too small! I was given a return authorization of 0BE06A, and told I would not have to return the smaller one. I was assured the larger one was on the way. When I complain, I get the same lying email that says my new one is on the way and they'll send me the shipping info when they have it. I NEVER GET IT! I've gotten this email 3 times now. They have no idea of what "hassle free" actually means! Don't buy from them and save yourself the HASSLE!

Very disappointed! Straps and clasp in back is scratchy and uncomfortable. Front of bra rolls up. Definitely not worth the buy.

I purchased the high waisted panty, absolutely heaven! I can't even tell I'm wearing shapewear and the results are amazing. I was in between sizes so I opted for going with my hip measurements to size, m/l. I wanted more compression so the next time I went with my waist size and I downsized to a xs/s. The best part is you have their unconditional return/exchange option if the fit is incorrect. I know that a lot of you are having difficulty reaching customer service for Shapermint, I ran into the same problem because I was sending them an email. I ended up contacting them through Facebook messenger and they responded quickly.
Tip for consumers:
If you are in between size, order based on your hips if you want light compression or order based on your waist if you want a tighter compression.

Ordering and navigating the website is great. Easy, good quality and nice. It's a bit pricy but worth it. I don't like all the spamming that came with the ordering. Shapewear is all over my computer. these are the cookies that I don't like. If it keeps up, I will never order from here again because of the nuisance pop ups and aggressive pushy sales.

Customer service was great - they kept working with me until I got the right size. The chart said I needed 1XL, but I ended up with 3XL. I LOVE the camo leggings I got. They are comfy and smooth out all my bulges. The fabric is nice and slippery so tunic tops don't cling. I will definitely shop Shapemint again!

I saw the ad on facebook and I searched for some reviews, I couldn't decide if it was good so I give it a try because is a cheap product.

China made! Need I say more. Over-priced and way too tight, does nothing. No shaping to it. It just flattens everything including breast flat. This is my 2nd attempt with this company. 1st time was eartly March, after 30 days I get a letter they are out of stock. What do I want to do. I ask how long before stock returns. I take refund at 5 weeks. 2nd time they only took 35 days to deliver product. It is hiugh priced for what you get and a 3XL doesn't fit a large.

I had ordered some tank and scoop neck camis, and somewhere along the line the order had been split and the courier lost half of it. The Customer service at Shapermint worked diligently trying to replace my order, which in the meantime had sold out. But they persevered, and emailed me all along the way, and yesterday replacement finally arrived.
The camis are great, until you've worn them for a couple of hours and they then to bunch up at my middle - my waist is 10" smaller than my hips - but they do manage to smooth out my side/back folds. You get into the camis feet first, and this means that after your first bathroom break you will have to pull them down again past your bum, and that doesn't work as well as that initial pull up. They will tend to roll back up over aforementioned ample hips towards the waist.
Same goes for the high waisted shaper leggings, they do tend to slip or roll down after a few hours, but a discreet little tug back up keeps them in line.
Over all my size 12/14 looks like it's closer to a 10 in my XL leggings and 2XL camis. Actually funny, as I'm normally smaller on top, but I guess that's the way the sizes run.
Again, thank you to Sophia, Chloe, Brianna, Rachel (I think one of them may be a bot, albeit very friendly and helpful, lol) You saved a difficult situation, but I'm now a happy customer!
Tip for consumers:
Run fairly true to size in bottoms normally wear about size 12, and fit an XL fine.
Tops are a little tighter, and I'm normally a 10/12 (bra size 38 B) and I needed a 2XL.

Ordered ONE pair, billed for two, received one, it rolled down (just as their advertisements promised it WOULD NOT), tried to contact them for return... Order Number NOT available on any email, packaging, etc. In fact, NO email confirmation was received giving any details (that I ordered ONE item for XX. XX dollars). Only an email saying they had been shipped. Oh, and the "hassle free returns" they promise? Yeah right! After chatting forever online with a BOT (not even a real person), they refused to give me a refund authorization and said another item was on its way to me. I didn't even order it! And, I don't want the one I DO have. I must want my money back. But watch out for that $7 restocking fee. THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!

I ordered the short shapewear but it is too long for me and has a hard time taking it off to go to the bathroom. I like the support on the shorts but not on the panty wear. Maybe they should put a slit under to make it easier for us to do our business.

I ordered 2 items at the same time & they arrived a week apart. I was getting ready to contact the company when the 2nd item finally arrived. Not sure why they weren't shipped together since it was the same item in different colors.

It's a relief that you got them all, Kathleen. We have more than one warehouse to make sure that all items are available and that's why there are chances that shipping are done separately in case the size and color you wish to get gone out of stock on one warehouse.
The long garnet knees to bra, was way to small and rolls down. Per the website, I tried to exchange the garment for a larger size, not even a return, but no one assisted me. I received/receive email after email stating to request the exchange, which I don and no one hels. No customer service dispite stating accepting exchanges

They charge me for 3 and I ordered one. Was told I cannot cancel but have to return. Ordered 9PM 4/22 and called 6AM 4/23. Said it was already processed but won't receive for about another week. I don't believe the processed it at all that quickly. They won't address the fact that I ordered 1 but charged for 3. So now I have to wait for them to come, return and then wait another week to get my refund. Never again with them

I initially purchased the high rise shorts but they rolled down on me in the back. I contacted Shapermint and the fit consultant and I decided that I am short-waisted and the high rise was too long. She suggested I try the midrise short and they worked great on me, like a high rise that fit! Unfortunately, I am waiting to be out of self-quarantine for this dang virus before I will get a chance to wear them out, but it was a great shopping experience!

I haven't actually recieved my order yet, but as I am typing this, I am attempting to cancel one of the two identical orders, one of which I accidently placed. The site gives a high pressure upsell method, which resulted in my needing to cancel. The customer service person on line is very frustrating - taking too much time to process my request, not seeming to understand what I am wanting, trying to get me to keep my order by giving me a discount. I just want to cancel one of the two identicle orders!

I received my High Waisted Shaper Panty with excitement. Tried it on and to my disappointment the compression was not good at all. I am not overweight thus I have my bulges and wanted to pull things in and have a smooth look as the many pictures show! Pay close attention ladies: The panty only has 10% spandex and the rest of the material is lightweight cotton! Not enough compression at all.

I followed the sizing guidelines when placing my order. I took a few days for my order to arrive. Once recieved the fit was not good. I contacted customer sercice which by the way i had heard from 3 or 4 times ( confirming and tacking my order). Explained my delima, and within days my new fit was recieved.
