I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
Ordered a pair of shorts and two other items about a month ago. Received the other items but not these. No email to state they were sold out, so I gave it time.
You would think that they would let me know what was going on OR refund MY money. They did neither of these.
Had I not reached out weeks later, they would have kept my money. That sounds like theft to me. I was told that this item will be updated in their stock online. I still see it there, so more money to be stolen. I was refunded (maybe...takes 5-10 business days) but what bothers me is if they took my money, how many other peoples money are they keeping for stock they ordered and never received. This was a major let down.
I was offered an item close in price, but nothing was even close. I found the closest similar pair but were $17 more. You would think they would discount that a bit considering what happened. It's not even about the money...it's how this company works. If you don't have an item, you should either let people know OR refund their money.

I bought two camis to try before committing to a larger order. They are sooo comfortable, compared to other shape wear I've tried they are easy to get on, comfortable, and keep me in shape perfectly. Highly recommended

First of all, you're using someone else's name in the email, my name is not Keishon. I did a survey with the promise of 20% off only to find I had to upload a photo to get that. Feel deceived, not willing to do that. Your response to that was to focus on the fit which was never the problem. Your bras are great, your customer service not so much.

I've ordered numerous products and had to exchange a few items due to my own fault of not measuring correctly and the exchanges went seamlessly with no cost to me. The one item resent to me was sized wrong by the manufacturer but with a quick email, the matter was resolved with absolutely no issues and another item was sent out. The products are comfortable, customer service is more than AWESOME and I will have absolutely no issue with ordering from them again.
I also would like to add that I wasn't even asked to return the items that didn't fit me but asked to donate, or give to someone who could use them. Again - AWESOME

Yes I am not sure where to begin I love the bras I have never had bras. I feel comfortable, breathable and best quality I have never seen other brands of bras I bought in the past get old very fast, very tight and not good quality just wasting my money. It is a different feeling than normal. I do have big breast and I do not use bras that do not have underwire. I still need more support when it comes to me exercising with my breast going up and down being 40DD.

I ordered a pair on August 27th for an upcoming event. I paid priority shipping so I would have it on time. Today is the 7th of September and still no product. The day of the event has come and gone so I messaged that I wanted a refund and suddenly, they have a tracking number and it's just now getting ready to ship, so no refund and I don't need the damn thing now! I would never order from them again. Especially now that I have seen how many returns they have had. Wish I had seen it sooner.

The shorts are fine. 5he shipping process & order handling sucks. They messed up the order the right away. I got an email right away saying what I had ordered & what I was charged immediately. It was messed up I tried to call right away but there was no answer & txt you only get machines that don't understand half of what you say. But after a month & 3 times of shipping process I finally got it & it is ok. But it does roll down on me. That part they lied about the shorts. It does roll down every time you sit down & get back up.

Shapermint's customer service was so nice and helpful. They made sure that I got the right size I needed. I have huge legs so things don't fit me by size and I order shapers that I couldn't get passed my legs so I got intouch with shapermint and they sent me shapers that I love and fit me well. I love the feel, comfort and style of my Empetua High-Waisted Control Bikini Bottom. The high-waist gave me good control in the mid area and slimmed me out where I needed it the most. Also, it stayed in place without rolling down. Very good quality and price.

Don't understand why I wasn't given the full refund when I returned the garments that didn't work for me as advertised. No explanation as to why $9 was withheld. Didnt like that i didn't get and invoice with my order.

Well, I wore the 4x and everyone liked it except my Mom! She said you probably should have gotten a smaller size, and how my Mom feels means a lot to me. So I wrote you guys and said that I should have gotten a 3x, and y'all sent it to me seems like quicker than I received the first one,(Which I thought was very awesome), but I'm a big girl and I could barely get it on! I purchased four bras two for my daughter and two for myself 1x was too small for her and 3x didn't even fit me so I gave her the 3x returned the 1x no problem that was comfortable for her the problem we did come across is the band of the bra does not stay in place slides up on back and shoulders, and from buying several pairs of the shape wear leggings the fix would be simple the same thing used to keep them up and in place would be great to keep the bras in place if that changed I would purchase bra again and modify review

The first item I bought ( hi-waisted shaper shorts) was way too small. I was crushed. I went online and spoke with the rep, and I decided to try again with one size up. The new size is just perfect, and I am going to order in another color and try the layering leggings. I am very pleased. One of my friends had recommended to me or I would not have tried them. I am now recommending to all my friends. It doesn't make me skinny, but it keeps the wiggle and jiggle away!

I like it because it really does make a difference. I can feel it and ppl notice how it hold my tummy in a biit more together. I just thought it would have a lil biit more compression on my lower abdominal area. Everywhere else it fits just riight.

Great quality product! Great price and great customer service! The high waisted shorts really hold in my unwanted rolls and give a nice smooth look. There are no panty lines, and the shorts are very comfortable.

I placed an order for Shapermint last week, this was my first time ordering and even though I haven't received any product I know I will never order from this company again. I placed an order for 4 items and 2 days later received an email saying that all of the items I ordered were out of stock. On their website -- TILL THIS DAY -- they are still listed as in-stock which clearly shows these people are running some sort of scam.
They told me I could get a refund since they were out of stock but their customer service is now ghosting me or send me emails unrelated to the issue. All I want is a refund if you can't ship my order, that sound super fair to me...
BEWARE. I don't know how they have so many good reviews this company is so clearly a sham.

I just received my order today and as excited as I was, I am so disappointed that the tank tops are too tiny, I could barely squish myself into it. I am a 95lb 5'1 petite lady and I couldn't make it work for me. I also don't like the fact that they didn't have built-in pads, so I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing it as is. Not impressed, especially considering the price. The bras fit great, but the tank tops will have to be returned.
