Shapermint

The fabric itself is not good. It seems I'm not wearing a shaper panty I tried one time and I took it off right away the more my side belly is visible is not the same what I saw in advertisement. To be honest I surveyed without fitting them yet so I gave a good credit. I did not try to fit right away because of the coronavirus that I heard from mail. The time that I need it... I was so disappointed! Actually I have an old one from maidenform got from walmart it works perfectly. Sorry I'm just telling you the truth.

I ordered the bras. Three arrived in three different sizes. I would like to exchange the two smaller sizes for the third size, a 3X. I love the bras, but getting the correct fit for myself is a struggle sometimes. Please let me know how I can return two bras, unworn, for exchange. Thank you.

It fits pretty well. Sometimes it rolls a bit a the top. It does flatten all the fat rolls, however in extreme bloating there will still be a bloat stomach but it is reduced than without the shapewear

My weight goes up and down and so does my bra size I got and large and it didn't fight quite right so I have to a family member and she loved it I got an extra large and it fit amazing it is the best bra ever and it was a good price

I was very happy with my Camis I ordered, I went up a size as I didn't want them too tight, they are extremely comfortable and give a lovely line in your. Othes, especially a dress, I suffer from chronic back disease and hold my back lovely and firm and gives me great support

The bras I am sending back on Monday October the5/2020. I would like them exchanged for a larger size (3X) as the 2X is a bit to small.
The shorts to the knees I would like to just return those as I find I really don't need them. I love the products they are very comfortable, but the fabric could have a little more tension in the fabric. Or be thicker. I am really not sure how to explain that. I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you for everything. I will purchase again at a later date.

I used the scale and ordered per the size guide. Both bra and cami too small. It is not worth going back and forth on the size. I did not expect that amount of spandex and am not interested in the product.

I love every item I purchased except for the bra I needed more support your merchandise is great it holds me in it's not tight across my stomach I love the stockings I can pull them up and pulling hard not to run in them thank you so much for developing this especially for the big girl

Customer service is awesome, fit of the items is really good except for the leggings I got they're see through I cannot really wear them in front of anyone, I'm normally a large size in leggings but these are Little tight for me, little sad about that otherwise it's awesome experience thanks

Ordered product on Dec 2nd; received a shipping notification on December 3rd. (yay! That is how orders usually work!) But THEN... checked my tracking info on December 4th and then NOTHING. Reached out via email several times. Canned responses from their auto-bots. Reached out to the live chat and the "person" on the other end just gave me the SAME tracking info I had received on December 4th and had the audacity to tell me it was "in transit." No; it has not moved since December 4th. Oh and now their live chat isn't even an option on the shapermint homepage anymore at least for me. Today is December 17th I guess I'm going to get my credit card company involved now and file a dispute. Then reach out to the Better Business Bureau to be the 24th complaint on file against them.

I ordered from Shapermint and the add promised a "FREE" item with my purchase. When my shipment arrived the "FREE" item was not included. When asked about it, the company offer to send me the "FREE" item at 20% discount. That is not "FREE", nor is it right. Why even offer what you cannot deliver?

I did not like the 3 X it was uncomfortable the 2X fit the best and i will order the2X enpetual waist the 2X short i would only wear with a dress. They are ok the reason i dont like ordering is because return is a headache and usually end in cost the customer way more money

I ordered a pair of Empetua high waisted leggings. Based on my measurements, I guesstimated I should try a size 2XL. When they arrived, I found they were a bit too loose for my body. I was going to keep them anyways but I did comment on my purchase that I probably should have ordered a size smaller.
Customer Support reached out to me and offered to exchange them for an XL, at absolutely no cost to me.
Within 3 weeks, the XL arrived at my doorstep and they are a better fit for my body. I didn't even have to return the 2XL which had originally been shipped.

I'm very impressed with the customer support I received. It's so refreshing to see that someone actually reads/reviews comments and takes the extra step to make things right. That's rare these days.

Ordered 2 of the same style but different colors. First one, OMG, fit great, soft, and fit great. The second one was different. Both XL but the black one was smaller and I couldn't even stretch it to fit. I ended up giving to my step daughter, who loves it. Priceie to not fit me. Other than that, I love it.

I love Shapermint shapewear. I love it so much the I ordered two more but different styles. The fit is amazing. Shapermint shapewear does not pinch or bounce up in your back. It contours to fit your body, I feel very confident in my shapewear. I have even worn it all day just to see how it wears and how long. Shapermint shapewear lasted all day and I still felt comfortable in it. Now with the panties I wish it had that nonslip strip in it also. Other than that I love Shapermint shapewear.

As a plus size woman, I have always hated any kind of shapewear, until I bought shapermint. I foloowed their size guide and the piece fits great, is comfortable, smoothes and slims anf most importantly stays up! I love my shapermint anf recommend anyone looking for shapewear to get one.

If you need your Shapermint order fast, I don't recommend paying extra for their 4-day PRIORITY MAIL because it's ridiculous! It has been 2 weeks since their email confirmed that my order was shipped on Nov 21,2023 and on the way, but I still haven't received it 14 days later. I'm a first time customer and I paid for U.S. PRIORITY mail which is 4 days mailing time after shipment. I needed it for a gift today (Dec 4,2023) so I've been tracking my order all this time and it continuously shows a message that its just sitting in one of their partner facilities for 14 days, WHY? I called customer service for an update & explanation but I had to leave a message, and I got no reply, no email, no return phone call. Finally today they confirmed that USPS received my package from the facility and its finally in transit and I'll receive my priority pkg on Dec 7th for a total of 16 days after shipment instead of 4 days. This was a gift for my sister today but it's not here yet... thanks Shapermint for holding the package an additional 2 wks for no reason and ruining her present. Be honest with your customers, don't promise them quick priority shipping & handling if you can't deliver! I will never order from Shapermint again because they never provided any email updates for the delay. I also won't comment on the products because we never received them.

My orders never come as one, which I understand because they are delivered from different locations. I am upset, however, because this way they are NEVER on time. I have been waiting for the second half of my shipment for THREE weeks now!

I have been wearing your garments about 2 years now.
I have about 20 pair and still purchasing them it actually shapes your body and very smooth.
Whatever I'm wearing fits very comfortable.

I just had a tummy tuck in January and when I seen that you guys had a whole nother brand which was the (cur 1515) I love it it's better than the Garment that my doctor gave me...

I love my new shapeware, it doesn't may me feel like I am being chocked or that I will pass out from not being able to breathe. I will be buying more. No more lumps and bulges. I am a big girl and now I feel good in my clothes and I look like I feel!

This is one of the most comfortable body briefs I have ever brought. I am a size 22. I previously ordered a 2X... which was perfect. I inadvertently ordered a 3X this time... 2X is perfect. Will be ordering a few more!

My bra came promptly--there was a small delay due to Coronavirus complications--yet Shapermint kept me informed which I appreciated. I had to return one of the bra sizes and that was unbelievably easy--they just credited me the cost and I am to give the bra away. The bra itself is comfortable and does smooth out bulges--it has good support for someone who is really large-breasted--it gives me nice cleavage which my husband noticed. Back straps are comfortable too--only thing I don't like is that the pads which aren't too much--move around. Also, the band at the bottom is nice and tight yet I wouldn't sleep in the bra--it is the most comfortable yet but still too tight to sleep in. Overall, for the price--good value.
