I received great service from Emma and Sophia, they were both lovely, helping me out with an exchange and a refund, plus answering any questions I had about the products I received, plus I was very grateful that they let me keep the smaller sizes aswell, definitely recommend Shapermint for they're garments and Customer Service aswell. The first item I received from Shapermint was not the color I wanted. Therefore, was told by customer service that the correct item will ship soon, I was told to keep the first item that I ordered. At the same time the processing for the correct item in (Black) was already in process. I don't know any COMPANY that would treat a new customer as Shapermint treated me.

I placed an order and within 1 minute I notified chat support which I do not believe is a live human! I was told that I would receive a refund however the item was shipped according to them and I still yet to get my refund it's been 9 DAYS! I tried calling and NO ONE will answer the phone I have left 5 voicemail messages. I will contacting BBB and attorney general. I do not want their products I just want my money back!

I finally found shape wear that does what it's supposed to do. VERY SATISFIED. It stays put, it doesn't roll down. It gives me the figure I had forgot I had. Not to mention it seems to be taking off weight. I'm like WOW YASSS.

After I reported that the 2X bras didn't fit, I contacted Shapermint to let them know and asked that they send me the 3X. They did not fit either. I guess I will go back to my good old playtex bras. Shapermint were wonderful to work with.

The bra I returned was a little small I exchanged 2 got only 1 back and the 1 was way too big I finally got some money returned to me so now I'll just enjoy my one huge bra and never try your site again

I have never ordered personal items such as underwear because of bad experiences with return and refund policies. But I took a chance with Shapermint. They didn't disappoint. When I received my package I was surprised at the quality of material. I bought two pair one long leg style that comes just above the knee for wearing pants, jeans. The other pair is a boy cut that fits around the middle thigh. I decided to try on the long leg pair and wore them with jeans. They were very tight fitting and comfortable with marks imprinted around the waist to keep them from rolling down. THIS WAS A TEST. THEY PASSED THE TEST. I AM ALREADY TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS. I AM VERY SATISFIED AND WILL BE ORDERING MORE PRODUCTS FROM YOU IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE. THANK YOU FOR NOT LETTING ME DOWN. SATISFIED CUSTOMER

Despite receiving dozens of emails per day from Shapermint they still have not sent return shipping labels via email. The return/ refund doesn't work on the website it directs you to the shopping page like your stupid enough to purchase again without returning the first merchandise they sent. Advice. ALWAYS ALWAYS READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ONLINE! Lesson learned the hard way.

I am thrilled with my purchases... the only issue was the size. I would have thought I was a SMALL but those bras were just cutting into me. I switched them out and Shapermint sent MEDIUMS which were just perfect. I hate, hate, hate bras of any kind and these are simply THE BEST!

Ordered 1x & it was too small, got my replacement today in 2x & it's still tight. The sizes definitely run small. My daughter who wears a size L tried on the 1x & couldn't believe how snug it was on her.

I placed on order and was excited to get my new products. About a week later w/o any notification about shipping- I received an email about the color of the leggings I chose was out of stock, so I said I would wait until it was back in stock. I then did not hear nothing for almost another whole week- so I reached out to them asking about the shipment of my order. As you know they only do chat- no in person calls... so after going through the weeds for answers, the rep comes back and saying the bra I ordered is out of stock as well! I was never notified about this! Nor had they finished processing the order of the items that were in stock, with a plan to ship them to me anytime soon! Not OK. No thank you! So I asked for a total refund of my order. They made zero amends and acted relieved because now they did not have to deal with the order they botched up on their end. No making it up to me even though I gave them opportunities to do so. They were basically saying here is a coupon off your next order but you need to spend at least $50. I answered in disbelief why would I ever want to order from them again as my first time was a botch job?!? They should of done the right thing, by keeping their customers happy- but did not. And looking at their competitors- they are over-priced for the quality they provide! BoO. BOo. BoO.

The fit is good and are very comfortable but the legs roll up. You asked me to send an email with my invoice number on it but I don't know the address

Ordered high waist and if I added a couple of straps I could wear it as a jumpsuit! "Waist" comes up and over my boobs not sure on the sizing here folks

I really didn't think shapewear was for me because I figured it wouldn't make that much difference and would be tight and uncomfortable but I was so WRONG. It's not uncomfortable at all if anything it makes me more comfortable because I feel so much better about the way I look in my clothes.
Trust me I have no reason to lie, try it out and I bet you feel the same way I do. I'm 50 and I wish I would've found these a few decades ago lol

Unfortunately the shaper keeps rolling down. I purchased the boy shorts. They're okay support but because they don't stay in place I will not purchase again.
