I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
The shape-wear itself is beautiful quality and the help centre/contact team are so incredibly helpful. Shapermint really go above and beyond when making sure the customer is 100% happy with their purchase and that if you order a size that does not fit, it is very easily resolved. The wonderful contact team are also quick when replying to inquiries and overall my experience has been great and I only have good words for Shapermint and the people behind it! Would definitely recommend.

The shorts and leggings that I've purchased feel really good around the waist. (Well my second pair of legging roll in the back)I just wish their could be more compression on the lower belly. Im a 12 so I'm not huge but I've had 4 kids and am old so my "lump" hangs low now. Lol

My first bra was big for my size. You guys send me another one that fits on the cups but the bottom band crumbles up and after a while irritate my skin. It would have been nice to have a wider under strap to stay on its place. That is why I don't use sport bras.

Be careful when ordering from this vendor. They say they will give you a refund but it is NOT the full amount you paid. The item I purchased did not fit properly and was very uncomfortable. I made a big mistake with this one.

I returned an item to them and it has been more than 3 weeks since I mailed it with tracking number, and they still have yet to refund my money. When you go to their website, you cannot even call someone. They have these automated "chats" that don't seem to understand anything you type in. It's ridiculous. If you want to be a respected business, customer service should be at the top of that list. They have failed miserably.

I meticulously used the sizing chart and though it fits, it is hardly supportive. In order to achieve the results advertised, you would have to go down several sizes. I get better results from your run-of-the-mill corset. It's basically like wearing a form-fitting undershirt.

Customer service is definitely above and beyond what we've come to expect from online shopping. Two items were wonderful while sadly I could not use the other two but it was not the fault of the items or the company. Staff offered service with a smile so who could ask for more. Ordered 5 items, turns out one was sold out. Got a refund right away. That was the only good thing so far. 1 of the other for items has come in, but its so small I'm afraid to try it on. Still waiting on last 3 items. Lord knows how long this will take. Ordered in May, now July.

Received my package in a timely manner. The item I purchased did not get rid of the bulges. Instead it just smooth down my tummy area. Somewhat disappointed but as the saying goes, if it seems too good to be true, than it's probably not! This was my experience with the product.

I ordered four of their camisoles. The first package I opened, the camisole was COVERED in cat hair. I am severely allergic to cats and immediately fell ill and continued to have difficulty breathing for nearly two days even after using my emergency inhaler and medication. I tried to contact customer service, but they only respond with form letters. I also tried to return, but they demand I pay $5 to return products that were likely used and made me sick.

I was on Instagram and got conned into buying 2 camisoles but I was waiting for the confirmation in US $ while I'm in Canada. I spent hours chatting to a bot to get refunded where they finally did keeping a $3.69 penalty. What a scam. No wonder Amazon does so well.

My original purchase didn't fit quite right, so I called and spoke with a very helpful customer service person. After discussion, she came up with a choice I decided to try. It has arrived and is perfect. Thank you for taking the time to help. I feel I was really listened to! Not easy to do over the phone! In addition, rather than having me return the 1st product, she told me to keep and she sent the replacement with no charge. Amazing!

I had order what turns out to be the wrong type of waist high pants and after mentioning they were not having the affect. I was advised of another option which was posted free. Like wow and new pair are amazing. They work, would highly recommend buying them.

I have lost to date over 305 pounds and am waiting for skin reduction surgery. I have a tremendous amount of excess skin now and these really DO stay up, don't roll down and DO hold in the bulges. They also greatly decreased my back pain - a bonus I didn't even expect. Loved it so much came back and bought 2 more!

Due to pandemic, received my order late and wrong. Took a little while, but customer service went above and beyond to make it right. Once everything was straightened out, I could not be happier with my Shapermint products. They fit perfectly. Added bonus: I have severe back issues and disabled from it. When I wear my Shapermint, I am almost pain free and am able to do a lot more than usual! Better than any back brace I've ever tried. I will be a Life Long customer.
