I had ordered the shorts and it rolled in the back so I exchanged for the panty but it was too big with no compression and I have reached out but all I get is an email that someone will get back with me and it has been several days and I haven't heard from anyone

I PLACED AN ORDER (MY 1ST ORDER AND THE LAST). IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A FREE SHIPPING PROMO. WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER, THAT BOX DIDN'T COME UP AND I WAS CHARGED $6.95. I EMAILED, TEXTED, TRIED TO CALL TO HAVE THIS RECTIFIED. COULDN'T REACH THEM BY PHONE AND MY EMAILS AND TEXTS WENT UNANSWERED. SO, THAT SHOWS ME THAT EITHER THEY DON'T HAVE GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES OR THAT THEY JUST DON'T CARE. WHICH ONE IS IT? SO FOR THAT, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

As of January 2022, shapermint does not ship. You can buy items online from them and they will take your money but they will not ship your items because they can't find a shipper.
Tip for consumers:
Shapemint sends me emails telling me they can't find a shipper. They are not able to ship products as of January 2022.

I was nervous as I had my first baby last November and after breast feeding and covid... i gain more weight than I thought. So I was a little hesitant to order the XL size as I am nowhere near my goal weight or even my postbaby delivery weight
To my amazement... THEY FIT WITHOUT A HITCH! And comfortable! And they hardly moved all day! So happy!

Painless. Bras are comfortable. Friendly chatter on the part of online sales staff. The bra does get pilly around the underarms after washing and wearing.

I tried it on. And it held nothing in, I still look like a Easter egg. From looking at the video's its suppose to hide most of the belly fat if not all of it!

First, I must say that I'm very happy with my tall-waisted shaper panty and my Bali® Comfort Revolution ComfortFlex Fit Shaping Wirefree Bra. The bra fits very well, and gives a nice shape. Very comfortable. The other bra, which I believe is an Empetua wireless, was crazy small on me I had to give it away to my daughter, and it was very tight on her. And I ordered the same size for both. Would definitely buy the Bali bra again, though.
