I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
I purchased two bras, though only intended to purchase one for my daughter to try. I pushed the ‘add one more' at a discounted price unintentionally. The size was way too big. I called to correct my error. I ended up purchasing two bras in size medium. The service clerk was very accommodating and did get me to buy the second bra instead of simply returning it. My daughter is not sure she likes the fit, she finds the straps are to far sort. She prefers a cross back style. One strap seam is a bit rough and she can feel it on her back.

Technology tried to double my order by processing it twice. I had no trouble getting in a chat and taking care of it. I was offered a discount to keep both orders, but was not harassed when I declined and asked to cancel one. It went very smoothly. This company is Great! Wish I'd discovered them long ago!

They fit perfectly like a Glove. I was checking yesterday to buy another one but you're Price's went up from what I paid for them. I live on Social security so it's hard for me to get the things I truly Love. I bought two Bra's and a pair of Leggings.

Ordered 3 pair of leggings, size was perfect, colour of two of the three exactly as expected, one pair not as I expected but still nice. All three will be worn a lot as they are very comfortable and look well with tunic tops, long t-shirts or sweaters. Shipping was as described, tracking number made knowing delivery easy.

Bought 2 Shapermint products as a Birthday gift for a friend. Had they arrived on time, it would have been a 5 Star rating.
Unfortunately the delivery time Internationally seems poor. Having said that, when they arrived she was thrilled with them! So I would recommend them, just order Very early.

I like the product. Bit tight to get on even though I sized it properly... maybe just how it's designed. Comfy once you are in it. I did notice that it smudged easily and really showed deodorant marks. Probably not an issue if you don't get black.

Please please SO NOT ORDER from this company.
Its been two months I paid and waiting for my package, only to be told my package was returned to sender. They claimed that there were numbers missing from my address… this weee repeated several times with emails sent back and forth. Still no package. I am over $60.00 Canadian out of pocket and no items.
No live responses, only email and its all bots. Dont waste your money and time.

Ordered shaper leggings & they arrived very quickly. They fit perfectly tho next time I think I'll go a size smaller for firmer "hold" of my wobbly bits lol They give a great silhouette & smooth out the bulges under clothing & are very comfortable to wear

Everything advertised was truthful and better then I expected. Company wants their customers to be 100% satisfied. If you're not they will do whatever it takes to make it right. Their customer service is genuinely caring, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend buying from this company.

I find that hi-waist is not proportionately designed to fit a short torso frame body type. The waistband rolls down. I feel you need to design a garment for shorter waist torsos and fuller thighs so the leg bands are tapered closer to the knee. Comfortable material

I have hardly taken it off! It's been the perfect amount of support and comfort. I had a great experience with customer service too. The first bra I bought was too small, I've gained weight since the pandemic and thought "I'll just wear it later". I got an email asking about the fit and I responded that I had chosen the wrong size. They set me a new one out right away! I'm so grateful and happy I didn't wait to wear it!

Customer service has been great, replacing bras that I purchased with an alternate they thought I might be more comfortable. I had originally bought 4, and international postage being high, they sent a single replacement for the 4 I did not like. I don't like that one either, so I guess I am done buying bras without being able to try them on in person first.

I've tried other products in the past with great disappointment. So I was skeptical. But, to my great surprise your product is comfortable, all day, and does what it's supposed to do. Smooths out those unsightly rolls, just enough, without binding or making me feel like my insides and constricted. Recommended to my friends and my sister and she just ordered some for herself. Received my order of bras and loved them the first time I put one on.
I would have rated these as a five star order, however, both straps continuously slide off of my shoulders and need constant adjustment.
I'm retired so it's not a huge deal, but it is uncomfortable when it happens. Not sure if it's the angle or placement of the straps on the body of the bra or if they are simply a bit too long. Ability to adjust tension/fit would be nice.
Other than the strap issue, these bras are the most comfortable I have ever worn!

I always hate bra shopping. The pinching, the sagging, the spillage.

Customer Service when trying to return some thing was fine what I don't like is the ridiculous fee that you charge people to return an item. The label you sent was almost impossible to print and I tried several places it took too many days to get back to me on this. I will never shop from your website again

Products as comfortable as claimed and I would order again in the future. They have been worn and laundered several times and are still as good as new. Shipping was very quick and packaging was intact. Sizing appears to be forgiving as I ordered two different sizes and both fit even though the larger size is a bit "roomy". The band does roll just as all these types of products do.
