I had a hard time getting my order like l wanted. So somehow l ended up with 2 different orders and was charged.
I like the product waist shapes l recieved. I just got too many.

Shapermint was a pleasure to order from. They have great customer service and that is rare these days. Their products are top notch and great quality! This is my 3rd order and I'll be ordering again.

When I first recieved my order. The bra didn't fit quite right. It was too tight. The panties didn't compress me enough. I worked with a personal customer service lady and she got it all right.

The shapermint is not made for plus size women. I ordered one for my mom who is alot smaller than I am (size 14) and it did not in any way flatten or shape her curves.

I have a number of Spanx but this shaper is amazing! It seemed like it would be really tight as I was putting it on but it smoothed me but didn't feel the least bit restrictive! I love it!

The only thing I don't really like about it is that it doesn't have that sticky insert to make it stay in place to prevent from rolling down. I have to keep pulling it back up and it's annoying.

If you order an item from this company and they don't have it in stock they will just send you an email telling you that they will send a completely different unwanted item as a substitute.
If you contact their customer service they will not have an available human customer service rep to stop this item from being shipped to you. If you got to their Customer Zen service you will send a notice telling them not to substitute the unwanted item. The responses with be computer generated so they will not address your concern.
Your email box will be bombarded daily with Shapermint sales advertising the very items they claim they can't ship you because they are out of stock.
They will never ship the item to you. When you correspond with the Shapermint online customer rep on their website they will always tell you that the items are in stock and that you will be shipped 24-48 hours after your conversation. A few days after this conversation you will receive an email telling your that the items that they said were in stock just the day before is out of stock and they are now refunding your money.
You will be caught in the never ending hell of the order wasn't shipped because an item was out of stock email and the customer service fake promise of the order will be processes in 24-48 hours. If you try to get them to confirm whether or not the item is in stock and when it will be shipped they will offer you a full refund.
How do they stay in business?
What a $#*!-hole company.

I ordered another bra and the first one did not work for me due to my short size but the company worked with me and sent me a different product. That was a win win for me in fit and comfort!

The bra didn't fit. So the next day I emailed in for an EXCHANGE because I love the 1st bra I ordered. I have not seen such courteous, professional, expedient service and it makes me love my bra even more! My DIL asked why I order online- I hate bra shopping- well... I USED TO HATE bra shopping you won't choose wrong when you use SHAPERMINT.

Parcel was lost and as soon as I contacted Shapermint they were on it and resending my goods. Being in australia its sometimes hard shopping overseas but, shapermint make it very easy

I love the way it fits and feels on me. The cami does not run up. The everyday high waist undergarment sometimes rubs against my ribcage but besides that, it fits wonderfully.

I ordered to small of a size. The customer service rep was wonderful and sent me a larger size. I didn't have to send the others back. So simple. The new ones arrived and fit great.

I love the fitting. The longline feel; not too tight; just right. When you get to the buttocks/hips area after so long of a time it tends to get bit more stretchy..

I needed to exchange my purchases for a different size, it was so easy. I just printed out a label and affixed it to the package. Within a week, I received my new perfect fitting bras.

When the items finally arrived the quality was not what I expected. The back support bra is not well made and the leg area of the waist trainer were way too tight and did not stretch.
