I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
I have purchased shapermint leggings, and I am very happy with the fit and price. Ordered two sports bras that did not fit well. Super easy return policy, excellent response time. Will definitely continue to buy Shapermint!

This works exactly as advertised, is comfortable, not binding anywhere. My only problem is pulling the back up far enough to avoid the inevitable roll of back fat. If this had shoulder straps, it would be perfect.

I ordered black bikini bottoms from Shapermint. It took them over a month to fulfill the order, and when I finally received it, it was the wrong color. After going back and forth with them, they refunded the price of the item, but refused to refund the $6.95 shipping charge. When I questioned this, they referred to their refund policy, and said that black was out of stock so they sent me a different color.
I feel that I never received what I ordered, and I should have been refunded the entire amount, including shipping.
Beware of this company, it is a rip off!
Tip for consumers:
If they send you the wrong item, they will not refund the shipping charge.

I can not say enough I will never ever do business with this company again purchased items did not like the fit contacted was offered twice as much $ to do an exchange instead of store credit. Sent back items purchased 4 items 3 bike shorts and 1 capri to use the credit with me still owing a little. I ordered Shapermint what i recd was not their brand and recd them all in High waist instead of short girl size. I have wrote emails, MANY... messenger and sent pictures of items they sent me with pictures of tags.
I even held for a human always not available, I will never see my money at this point all I want is a credit on my credit card. Customer service non existent

I had come to the conclusion that I was going to have to wear an uncomfortable bra for the rest of my days but then I found Shapermint. The material is so soft - yet durable and well made. And gives the right amount of support. It even came with an extension piece should you need a wider width. I would most definitely recommend Shapermint.

The "Start a Return" button had a loading wheel that never quit. There is no phone number available to contact this company and I'm afraid my return will never be resolved. Great experience with ordering which is fuss-free. However, the 2 bra items were too small in the cup. The first bra I ordered fits well except the straps are a bit too loose which makes me appear somewhat saggy/unsupported. So I thought I could possibly go down a size to Medium from Large, but that did not work. I am returning the 2 Medium sized and exchanging for Large.

My overall experience is good. My first order arrived in a reasonable amount of time, it was placed in my mailbox with no problems. My second order, a gift for my daughter-in-law, has been returned twice and I am still having trouble confirming the delivery address. Not sure why this has happened.

The return policy is a total scam! They give you a link that you must fill out, but the link never lets you in! I have tried at least 20 times, on different days, and the link will not load. I registered, thinking that this may affect my complaint,... but the same results... it kept telling me to try later. They issue "computerized email" responses that keep referring you to their return site, and never able to contact a human being. I will NEVER recommend them nor do I like their product!

Even though I didn't find my perfect size right away, even just one size bigger did pretty much what I wanted to. The quality is nice, it doesn't really leave lines, the compression is great, and it's absolutely something comfortable enough to wear all day.

I am really disappointed at the leggings I ordered - completely see through! The return process is also a pain - you will be charged shipping in less you decide to return and purchase more. So frustrated - do not buy regardless of the rating on the product.

The fabric is very comfortable but 2 complaints. Sizing is way off if you follow their guide. My bra size called for a medium, but it's the XL that fits best. Also, the band rolls underneath my breasts which is terribly uncomfortable. Wish it didn't because I do love the stretchy fabric but I won't buy another one.

Although I appreciated the extender, I would not have been able to wear this bra without it. There were not any measurements available to judge
The size needed other than S, M, L, XL... etc. I ordered XL as that is the size I wear in most of my other clothing. I have had shoulder replacement
& the strap on my right side was too big. It slipped off all day. Maybe some kind of adjustment would solve that problem. I loved the material. It was very comfortable.

The material although Very comfortable attracts all material to leave tiny speck balls. Before even washing for the first time, I noticed white
Little frizz balls attached on the bra. After washing it, it was worse. I have a photo look below

I think the shapermint boy short is amazing.
I have tried so many others that claim to keep you nice and tight, comfortable and feeling sexy and they don't come close to shapermint products. They are very reasonably priced, the shipping is within a few days and you can always use the tracking system. They have a chat system to answer any concerns or questions. Placed an order, only to not get a confirmation number or email, only a "please complete your order" email. Absolutely impossible to speak to anyone. You're stuck dealing with online chat with someone who has limited capabilities to help. Scary to leave credit card information with an online retailer, then have your information "lost." Apparently. I can't say for certain I cannot get in contact with anyone. They really need to up their game with their customer communication. Voice jail and chat does not cut it.

When I first ordered my leggings they were too small. They sent me out another pair and was able to keep the other pair at no extra charge. They fit so nice. Helps with tummy control especially after my tummy tuck.
