Ordered 2 of the Camisoles for myself and I usually get the biggest size as I have found other sites very small but to my surprise I got 1 that fitted perfectly XXXXL and then the other one was a XL so I guess my Daughter will get that one. So a little bit disappointed as I would have loved 2 camisoles for myself.

I ordered 2 empetua bras one black one white. I received 2 black. So I ordered a white one for an up coming trip. I received a white small. Still need a white one.

Panty portion just a little bid but the top stayed up all day, never felt like I was wearing anything.
As for holding excess tummy fat, it didn't support or hold much in.

I paid for an order and 13 days later had no product, no tracking and no communication on the order. I had to be the one to follow up. Why? I gave my order number and then was asked if I was following up on "these items" cue the image of some leggings. No. I gave you my order number. Look it up and see I ordered bras! After reviewing, I was told the winter storms delayed these. Wrong. These should have shipped before the storms got bad. Besides, they've subsided now and they're still not shipped. It would be another 4 business days to ship and I was offered a 20 and then 25% discount to keep the order. I'm not inclined to wait longer for an already overpriced product when I've gotten zero service. I do love the bras, but the customer service (or lack thereof) with ZERO communication is horrible. You can't just take people's money and not ship an item without getting the customer's OK for a backorder. There should have been a temp hold on my credit card, and if the order couldn't ship in 3 days, the temp hold would drop off. Instead, I was fully charged, got zero product and zero updates. It's obvious they are out of stock on these, and I just wasn't told the truth. If I just would have been contacted, told the truth, and offered a discount to keep the order 10 or so days ago, I might have been inclined to wait. But zero communication is not OK. This is not how successful business is conducted.

I LOVE them. I ordered the XL but were too small :( so returned (easy) and exchanged for 2XL. Fit like a glove and so comfortable. I'm so glad I ordered 2 pair!

I see this advertisement that of course it looked too good, but I had to just try it. It would be great if the fabric you know that strip of material that goes underneath the breast you know on the top of your ribs that wraps around it needs to be longer instead of approximately 2 1/2 inches it needs to be about 4 to 4 1/2 inches, I am a size 36 triple D and of course I had to get the extra large because of the size of my cups and it still rolls up underneath me. I mean it feels comfortable but every hour or so I have to pull the part of the bra down that part that replaces an underwire, and that's quite annoying, the cups are not too small I think maybe if I tried the large instead of the extra large, it might fit around my cup a little more snug, but that's not going to help the rolling up that happens underneath the breast. My suggestion ladies is that it is wise when trying a new product to just buy ONE, anytime at all that you buy a brand new product and it doesn't fit right and you've bought three or four of such, it becomes a waste of money, just buy one to try it. I'm not taking a picture of myself with the bra on, so I just took a picture of the inside label of the bra. I'm sure that shaper can verify that I just received my package today. I think I deleted the email where it says I received my order but I am going to upload the email that gives me my tracking and so forth for my order even though I've already received it.
Tip for consumers:
Shapermint - redesign the bra where it has 5 inches underneath in place of the underwire and you likely will solve 80% of women’s complaints regarding the bra FIT. You’ll also sell a boatload more of bras. I really hope you do read the customer reviews of your product.

Very disappointed! Straps and clasp in back is scratchy and uncomfortable. Front of bra rolls up. Definitely not worth the buy.

I had ordered some tank and scoop neck camis, and somewhere along the line the order had been split and the courier lost half of it. The Customer service at Shapermint worked diligently trying to replace my order, which in the meantime had sold out. But they persevered, and emailed me all along the way, and yesterday replacement finally arrived.
The camis are great, until you've worn them for a couple of hours and they then to bunch up at my middle - my waist is 10" smaller than my hips - but they do manage to smooth out my side/back folds. You get into the camis feet first, and this means that after your first bathroom break you will have to pull them down again past your bum, and that doesn't work as well as that initial pull up. They will tend to roll back up over aforementioned ample hips towards the waist.
Same goes for the high waisted shaper leggings, they do tend to slip or roll down after a few hours, but a discreet little tug back up keeps them in line.
Over all my size 12/14 looks like it's closer to a 10 in my XL leggings and 2XL camis. Actually funny, as I'm normally smaller on top, but I guess that's the way the sizes run.
Again, thank you to Sophia, Chloe, Brianna, Rachel (I think one of them may be a bot, albeit very friendly and helpful, lol) You saved a difficult situation, but I'm now a happy customer!
Tip for consumers:
Run fairly true to size in bottoms normally wear about size 12, and fit an XL fine.
Tops are a little tighter, and I'm normally a 10/12 (bra size 38 B) and I needed a 2XL.

The Truekind Reactive Sports Bra is a great little sports bra for the price! Comfortable and supports well, not as much as an underwire bra but does a good job of holding everything in and tight. I had a breast reduction years ago but after gaining and losing weight since, I've had trouble finding something that holds all the «looseness» together. Now at 60 years old, this does the job, supporting the breasts and underarm flab with comfort. I'm a 40 DD and I ordered the XL. I'm very satisfied!
I had previously ordered the Truekind Daily Comfort Wirefree Shaper. It fit well but the straps had too much elasticity therefore they just stretched and didn't support me at all. When I sent in my review, Shapermint was quick to respond and recommend another product with free return for the other one but since I had already washed it and been wearing it in the house, they told me to keep it and they replaced it with the new recommended product for free! This is exceptional client service! I definitely recommend this company!
