Shapermint

Back in May of this year. I had a weight loss surgery. I'll together I've lost about 125 pounds. And of course some of the weight was in my breast causing me too I have trouble finding A good supportive bra. I took a chance bought the true kind Shapermint bra. Best decision ever. I love it it's very supportive, it's very comfortable it doesn't bunch and bind cut into my side of my back. I told my sisters about it, it's like wearing nothing at all. The best bra ever

They are not a bad company I guess they just really got behind, I'm in between sizes, so I bought two pair of the same tights to see which one fits, the bigger was to big, so I looked online to see what was my next step Exchange or return so June 23 I exchanged for another pair of tights they were more expensive. I got the confirmation and they took the money on my account. But it didn't tell me when they would be shipped so I contact them I guess they forgot about my order. It's July 25 I got my tights I love them. It just took a long time.

Love them. So comfortable. Your notifications are driving me nuts. Love your products but take my name off your lists. I will not be buying anything for a long time. Dont be a pest like YOU have been. Thank you.

I've ordered 2 different sizes and where you guys claim sticky keeps them up bull crap both pair when I get them up they just roll all the way down im not impressed by them at all. I've tried getting ahold of customer support and nothing.

I just received my new bra and it fit so well, the cup was perfect and gave great support! The bra came with an extender which made the band around your body fit perfectly! Very comfortable especially not having to wear underwire!

I was a little sceptical about ordering this product as previous experiences with other products turned out to be useless. Shapermint product did exactly what it said it would do, providing a great shape to whatever I wear along with comfort and a renewed sense of confidence.

I was very pleased to find my favorite Bali panties. Looking through the racks and racks at the Kohls store isn't an easy job for elderly women. You are just a phone away and that is perfect for me. I wish you carried Hanes bras too.

I originally ordered a size M/L but it did not fit right... it was too big. I contacted Shapermint and they sent me a Size Small right away... Free! And with no need to send back the bigger sized item. The small fits amazingly well and is so comfortable

I purchased two bras which were a little big. I ordered three more but in a size smaller. Turns out the styles were different so the three new ones were way too small. There was no problem returning them and I've already received the credit. No questions, no problems.

Every experience I have with this company has been great! Products are of quality.
Only thing I would like is that if they could fix the tank tops so the bottom won't roll up... kind of bothersome. But other than that I am happy with my products (tank tops).

The black bra was perfect, straps are good length, good compression, fits great. White and nude ones of the same style are much bigger. Straps are longer so the front dips way down. I already exchanged it once, again it's just not worth it. I'll fix the straps myself.

I have talked with several people about this problem. Each person I did talk with was friendly and very helpful. They offered me new products at no charge. They also offered me the option to exchange for something else. So far they have gone above and beyond to help.

I I tried to help centre online. I couldn't make them understand what my problem was. I tried calling the number listed, and all I got was That customer service was helping other customers at this time. Tried several more times using this method same outcome. I then proceeded to email, and all I got, Was an automated Message back. It would've been nice to be able to speak with a person. Sorry about the bad review, but this was very frustrating... all I wanted to do was an exchange and now it's too late as my 30 days are up. You don't make it easy for people out side of the USA

I really love to find a company that supports their customers and offer great products. Shapermint does both! I've had the pleasure of speaking with their customer service, and I have to say how very happy I am with them.

I was told I would receive a refund for shipping and a promotional 10% instead of me just canceling my order. I have yet to receive the refund and it has now been 15 business days. I have had MULTIPLE conversations with Shapermint via live chat and messenger with no help. Only responding with, it was already processed. I've had to contact my bank twice now and have a dispute filed with Shapermint over $11.34 because they blame my bank, it's ridiculous! And saddest part is I'm not even in love of the products I received, the compression is like wearing maternity pants! I wish I could just return everything but it would cost me $30($9.95 per item) to do so for a $60 order, most likely going to just sell on the marketplace and continue to warn others of this experience. All Shapermint had to do was reprocess the refund, but no, apparently it's more convenient to irritate a customer and take the loss of future sales via my review.

Dresses and pants fit exceptionally well. I am 64 yrs. Old and the Head Mother, on the Mother Board, at my Church. I am blessed that young women can see how a well fitted wardrobe brings Glory to God. Hallelujah

This seems like a good company. I would order from them again. My lower rating is because the bra cups are always coming out of the the little hole. The fabric is so smooth even taking the bra off they slip out. I think I'll tack them in. It's so comfortable though! It's like I'm not wearing a bra at all.

I placed an order and 1 of the items was no longer available. I've repeatedly emailed and got a repeat email which was no help at all. I will not purchase from Shapermint ever again. The quality is not good on the items I did receive! The shaper I bought, only wore it once and was going to wear it again when I noticed 2 holes. So no thanks to Shapermint.

I was hesitant to buy anything to wear, especially a bra, online because I doubted the fit would work but it did! The chart was helpful in deciding which size to choose. The bra is super comfortable; the first I've ever owned without underwires. Although underwires do give more support, it still looks fine. I'll take the tradeoff for comfort any day!

I didn't think they would work or fit as advertised boy I was so wrong! I felt great, I wasn't miserable trying to suck in my gut like before. I didn't get over heated! I love this products! I'm not ashamed to tell my friends that I'm wearing one! Thank you so much! And lady's it's a must have!

I ordered according to their sizing charts and what I received was too big in more than one way. I immediately looked for the customer service number, and learned that there isn't one. So I used the email requesting a refund this past Friday. This morning I receive an email from them that my order has shipped!?!? What order? I want a refund!

Not your fault but all the bottles that I ordered is the wrong size. I ordered a size bigger because they never fit when I order my size. But surprise this was probably the only place that really are true to size. I did ask a couple weeks age hoe to send them back but I did not hear anything. Where do I go from here or is it now yo late.

I had open heart surgery seven years ago and have not been able to wear a regular bra since. I have purchased numerous sports style bras, but they just didn't fit right. I normally just throw on a tank top, but a bra would be nice when going out or under certain clothes. The Shapewear bra fit well and was comfortable to wear for several hours. I bought black and now want to purchase a beige one!
