I wish this bra would work for me. Unfortunately I am too large for any bra without dynamic support (compression) which is so uncomfortable. The bra is great when I first put it on. When I walk around I start sagging which only gets worse later in the day. This is the softest bra ever! I so wish it could hold me up!

I have spent a lot of money trying to find something that makes me feel comfortable and is not noticeable. Finally I found it. I am VERY satisfied with my shapermint purchases. I am proud to say that I have purchased a few items, that's how pleased I am with this product.

I'm a medium, I am 5'2 and 140. I ordered them mediums and they fit like and XS. I've tried to return these 4 times now and keep getting the run around with the BOT. I'm sick of it. I just want to return this and get my money back. I want to talk to a real person.

They are all BOTS - I asked to cancel an order minutes after placing it on a holiday weekend and by the time they got back to me they inform me I missed the cancellation window. I asked to change the ship to address - all I get is a BOT response with no info. I have tried to get tracking after a week of ordering and all I get is a BOT response. Impossible to deal with. Still no info on my order. No tracking, no confirmation of shipping, no confirmation of the change of address. I'd be lucky if my item arrives by the end of the year. I have no doubt a BOT will respond to this...

The website made it clear and simple to place the order. The only problem was not until the final stage did it show this was in US$. That should be at the beginning so those of us outside of the US can make that calculation to determine if we want the product or not.

I could not believe the amount of shaping from such a comfotable garment. I've been wearing these heavy boned waist cinchers for years to help me arrange my curves, but this little soft garment really helps put everything where it used to be. I can even enjoy eating out at the restaurant again without feeling like I was the stuffed sausage. I definitely will buy more as i think this product is a winner. Thanks again, I'm feeling better about myself.

The Body Slimmers I ordered run very small compared to normal sizing. I contacted them and tried an even larger size but it was too small too. I gave up. The size I ordered should have been falling off of me. I even gave the sweet girl on the phone my measurements but still no luck.

Exchanged with ease size L for size XL x 3 cols. Wht, Blk & beige. Sadly cup still a little small & now straps are too long & cant adjust. Band rides up somewhat. White colour shows outline of pad through t- shirt - hate that.

I was dissatisfied with the a scratchy clasp and size of my first bra purchase. Customer service graciously sent me a free bra, one size up. I tried that and still experienced scratchy points on the hook and eye clasp. Customer service sent me another bra, free of charge, with no clasp. That took care of the scratchy clasp issue! I have since tried a Gloria Vanderbilt, similar style bra, purchased from Costco. Very similar product, no scratchy clasp.

Shapermint has some good shapewear in alot of different styles & there is something 4 everyone!
They are very comfortable for everyday use and I highly suggest you try them because it will truly make a difference in your daily wardrobe and the way that you dress.

I've cleared out all my older bras to donate them as they are like new. Before I tried Shapermint my bra would be off in minutes. Now I don't even know I have it on. My favorite is Truekind Daily Comfort Wirefree. Try one you'll come back for more!

I order 3 shaper shorts and three bras so far, for myself, mom, and grandma. I was not so impressed with the shorts as I was hoping, but we still are going to wear them. Although the bras haven't come back, they look like they will be just fine for the purpose we bought them for.

The Shapermint bra fabric has a great feel when touched.
My discomfort is the lack of support under the armpits.
I seem to have an overflow of skin just hanging out.
In all fairness, I have lost a lot of weight and am finding myself a little flabby in certain areas.
I have given my Shapermints to my daughter and she loves it for her workouts and fits her perfectly.
Shapermints is a high quality bra just not for me.

I purchased two different styles of shape wear in the same size. One style fit perfectly- the other did not. After attempting to return/reorder through the website, and becoming frustrated, I contacted customer service via email, and Kendra saved the day, and set me up. I love the daily wear bras and am a HAPPY customer!

Definitely rolls down unlike what was advertised and cuts into my skin. I ordered the size that was recommended for me and got one that wasn't 2 sizes (ex: M/L) so sizing shouldn't have been the issue. I wore it for a couple hours and after the first hour all h*'ll broke loose. Not best for long periods of wear, maybe for a photo shoot or something where your just trying to look good briefly.

When I received my first purchase I realized the sizing was not what I expected. Shapermint representatives were very helpful and ensured that I got items that fit properly. I love my items, especially the bras - no more underwire for me! I will be a repeat customer.
If you're sceptical, don't be. The reviews are real.

There are mutliple brands to choose from on the website, I had issues with one brand, and was ready to throw in the towel, because that's what you do right? Well not with Shapermint! I remembered how they kept saying: Let us know if there's a problem! Free exchanges! Free returns! So I though sure why not, fully expecting to pay return shipping and everything. As it turns out Shapermint has the best customer service and business policies out there. They have made every single "wrong" right and I will only be buying shapewear from them moving forward!

Experience has been great. The product is good except "my" fit is not as good as I would have liked. But... since everyone's body is not the same, my fit isn't either. It is very comfortable except the straps want to roll on my shoulder. The sport bra style is also comfortable but the band at the bottom also rolls. However, on a positive note, I really like the product and it is like wearing nothing. Coming from a woman who only wore underwire bras... I can't see myself going back to that style.

Ladies, no hype! I've lost 50+ pounds.
Now I'm a bit saggy, but this panty and the boy cut empetua panty make me look flawless. And accentuate my hourglass figure.(I'm 59).

Fits perfectly, amazingly comfortable. I feel supported, not squeezed. Washes well, styles are great.
Great customer service. I mistakenly ordered a smaller size. I called to see if it could be returned to be exchanged for the larger size I needed. The customer service rep told me they would send me a replacement, and that I should donate the small size that I had to a local charity! (Which I did.)

The bras I ordered do a beautiful job of slimming my back and sides, giving smooth lines and coverage. However, I felt no separation and support for my breasts, which is the key function of a bra. The straps are not adjustable and the bust needs to be shifted constantly throughout the day in order to help my breasts stay in place. What was promised regarding the slimming nature of the back and sides of the bra did deliver, however the overall functionality of the bra is not great. I have a large chest. Perhaps this would work better for small breasted women.

Didn't like the product very little compression and not comfortable. Inquiried about a refund same day. That was Dec 8th. Had been 11 emails back and forth ( with 5 responses from them) giving me the run around. Tried several Facebook messages and commenting on their Facebook posts. Still no luck. I've accepted that I'm probably not going to get a refund but have made it my mission that no one else gets duped like it did.

A very difficult return process via chat, you can not log in and pull up your order and print a label. Plus they charge a $6.95 return fee! You also can not call in to make a return only leave a message. My order had no packing slip with order information and I could not log in online to find my order on the web site. Also very pushy to exchange the item.
