I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
Before my shapermint arrived I read a lot of negative reviews! I was afraid I had made a mistake. But when I tried it on, it was comfortable. I stayed in place all day. I have several surgeries on my stomach so it has bulges. This article smoothed everything down. I love it,

Called because I had a small issue with a new bra. Customer service listened and then offered to replace the bra. I didn't have to jump thru any hoops and long explanation, she was ‘happy' to help me. I was happy to have issue immediately resolved and better than could have been expected!

I never thought I would truly enjoy shapewear as much as I do. Some items like to roll, but that is a minor inconvenience compared to how much I love the way my body looks in clothing with the shapewear holding in the parts that I am insecure about. I am an active single mom and it's hard to feel comfortable in clothing after having a kid, but shapewear has really helped my self esteem come back.

Everything about this company is great! From the buying experience to the exchanges. I bought the high waisted shaping leggings in large (usually an XL, but recently lost 40ish lbs, so I figured large would work). They fit like leggings should, however, they are not squat proof. I think they will work for tunic tops and sweat shirts, but nothing shorter. That is the only reason I did not give them a 5 star review.

I bought an item that turned out to be too small. They seny me a replaced without putting me through the hassle of returning the other item. Being that theu sell intimates this made me comfortable knowing Im not buying something that has potentially been worn by someone else.

I love this bra. It fits great and still isn't annoying even at the end of the day. The only issue I found is that for some reason the fabric on one of the two bras I bought "pilled" quite badly. I have only worn tee shirts with both bras. The have been washed and dried in the bag I received with the bras. Personally the "pilling" doesn't bother me, but it might be troublesome for some people.

I originally bought a pair of high waisted shorts according to the size listed in your chart. Got them, and tried them on, really big! I rarely return things, but... I washed them and messaged to return and was told to donate them, and you sent me the size I requested as a replacement without charge, no questions or hassles. Wonderful service. I wear S usually, but M Shapermint wireless bralette is still too small. Had to return that one. Material for the Truekind Daily Comfort wireless is too thick, not breathable. I will keep them but I will not wear them in the summer. Also from the photo, you can tell the inconsistency in their sizing. I ordered both styles in M (magically), otherwise I would have to return everything. Slow shipment! I ordered on Mar 8, they shipped on Mar 10, did not receive till Mar 17. The biggest bummer - a charge of $4.95 for return. But they claim themselves to be hassle-free. This customer will now be free from buying again from this company. That is true "hassle" free!
Tip for consumers:
Beware of size inconsistency. Not as comfortable as they claim.

I was overcharged with my first order and I didn't like the chat system because I had to keep repeating what happened. I was very very very dissatisfied. Then I received an email about correcting the problem and I really really appreciated it. I felt like that cared about me as a customer and not just after my money. After I had my two babies I've been a little bit ashamed of my body, for a few years after trying with spanx and see no results i've given up to shapewears, then I saw this ad on facebook for this particular brand. What I most liked was the diversity on their ads, they don't show you the typical victoria secret model, they show you real middle age women that really need this. I've purchased the empetua shaper and i can say im not ashamed of using dresses anymore!

On original order Shapermint did not fit properly. I did not give a good review and was contacted about it. The representative sent me a different size and I now wear it and I am satisfied fully. I even ordered one for my daughter.

Unfortunately the product did not do for me what your advertisement said it would do. I didn't see the flattening shown in your ad but I do like the feel of the garment, too bad it didn't work for me. Is there something else to works better than the I ordered? I am so overly joyed with the product that I recommended to everybody. I appreciate being able to still move around comfortably and the product not rolling down up under rolls or anything else. The bar so comfortable you could almost sleep in it.

Love the customer service, shipping etc. I like how my body looks in the middle of the garments. So far, the garments seem like they work, but they have been too tight and I am bulging over the top. I even ordered bigger than I normally would. The garments seem smaller than their sizing maybe because of the tension.
