I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
When I have visited the Shapermint site, I have been pleased with it. I like how easy it is to find products or to just browse through the products. The sizing charts give a true size indicator. The models represent a true customer/shopper. I have been very happy with my experience.

I love all the items I have bought, and I bought something for someone else as a gift and they love their item as well. I have never in my 32 years had a bra so comfortable, I have shopped a lot of bras from all over and none have ever been so comfortable that you forget your wearing one

I just received do not fit me the way they should because I bought 2XL and the crotch hangs down a lot lower than it should so I can't wear either one of them, I paid $29.98 with tax to have the not fit me. However, that is the reason I rated customer service five stars because I let them know the problem and they gave me a refund and told me I didn't have to send the pants back to keep them which is very nice of them oh, I'll just end up giving them to my little sister or something but it was still a all in all very sweet gesture.

It was for my mother and she really loved it. She looks great and gave her confidence (since she gained weight) now she can wear her clothes confidently. She says everything is in its place, "nice and tight"

I didn't like the bra I bought, so I returned it. The person who helped me was stellar. When it turned out that I mistakenly received a second order in the mail, I again received excellent customer service.

The tights are a good quality but they are -- for me -- too constrictive. What a battle to get them on, and every time I have to use the bathroom, another battle! It might be just me - a senior citizen with shoulder issues, but golly gee...

My first time using anytype of body shaper. AT first the ami was tight, but once on I loved the compression it provided. It supported my lower back and I felt good wearing it all day under regular clothing.

My problem are the straps they where cutting into my shoulders, with my bra on or off i was in so much pain, its the material of the straps I think, the support of the tank top are great, everything you promised, but because of the straps I will be returning the unused tank. I hope in the future the straps will be made with more stretch with the adjustment on them and maybe a little wider, I hope this help, because the support is awesome, but the straps hurt to bad, I had to where a sport bra for a few days because thats how irritated and sore my skin was,

I bought a bra from Shapermint based on an ad I saw. I am always on the lookout for a comfortable everyday bra. It was so soft and comfortable and fit everywhere perfectly but was a little tight around the bra band under my breasts. I wondered if I larger size would throw the rest of the fit out of whack for me, but I decided to call and ask. I had already worn and washed the bra. The representative was very nice, and she told me I did not need to return the bra, but they would just send me the next size. They did, kept me informed, and the bra fits perfectly!

Waited 5 days just for my items to ship. Contacted customer service and they LIED said it was shipped. When I asked to cancel my order... it was done it seconds which tells me they NEVER shipped and lied about it... quick to take my money slow to refund it.

I ordered 2 pair of shapermint high waisted pants. The fit is good. True to size. But the pants were too loose at the top and keep sliding done. I contacted shapermint and they sent out 2 new pairs that worked better

While the item I ordered was delivered quickly, the item is just ok. The fit is comfortable and fits as promised but the support it states that it provides just isn't there. That I was disappointed in. But if you don't care about the support this is a great item.

I love the comfort that your product provides. One of the pullover bras that I purchased out of three, the seam came unraveled and I had to sew it. And the cup pad does not stay in place and moves all over the place and I don't like that either.

When i tried one on EMPETUA by Shapermint LadiesI have to say I haven't seen those particular curves for a very long time... I had an hour-glass figure. Not a pear on its way to becoming an apple. In a house full of mirrors that are not full length for a reason we have one that i was dancing and prancing in front of because i looked skinny to me. No on elses opinion matters. Because I'm Beautiful!

I see on the commercials. Woman slipping it on, an it's very stretchy. Mines not! It fits but very tight. I bought the long leggings shorts an a top. The top is SO TIGHT. It fits like a medium. Not 2x. Kinda disappointed. But at the same time, I'm losses weight. An looking forward to looking great. So yes it's tight but hopefully soon enough I can actually use your product.

Shapermint as a company is GREAT! I love my bra, it fits me like a glove. It washes well and wears amazingly good. My Bali underwear not so much. I would give those 3 stars. The very first time I washed them, NO DRY, they pilled up terribly. They look like cheap undies you get at those bargain places. As far as my Empetura undies I haven't tried those yet. I can't give you my opinion on those till I wear them.
