I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
My title is wondering when? Because I was ALWAYS wondering when will I ever put on a comfortable bra that don't break Into my skin from the shoulders or under my breast. Wondering when will I ever be able to wear leggings pants that won't roll down. Omg then came the experience to try on the brand Shapermint. I can truly say I'm 52 years old and I have finally found the most comfortable bra and the leggings omg it's a blessing to have Shapermint and I continue to find more garments to wear that make me feel great while I am wearing Shapermint. It's a bit pricey but it's worth it. I'm very happy

I'm enjoying the products I purchased, especially the leggings & bra... I wonder why Shapermint did not put the same "ribbing" on the bra that is on the top of leggings which holds the leggings in place rather than fold down... just a suggestion!

Customer service is great, product is great quality. My problem was after ordering my first it did roll, so it was recommended to get the smaller size which I did and had the same experience. I really think I needed to get the larger Size instead. That is what I want to do but not sure if it okay since I've tried it twice already. Don't want to keep costing the company because it is great quality love the feel.

I have purchased 4 of your bras and I have to say they are very comfortable. The problem I have is the material gets little balls at the side panels.
Also one of the bras I purchased had a lump of material sewn into the seam under one breast.

I made an error and placed two separate orders when I only wanted to purchase one pair of leggings. Customer Service refunded the duplicate order and still mailed both leggings which is AWESOME! The leggings fit perfectly on me and the band doesn't roll down. I Love the fit.

So I ordered a shapermint product, the size was off so I requested a return. I was told to keep the product and they will ship me the size I needed instead. Well, I just received some knockoff brand which is made of a completely different material, and the size is still wrong. This is my second purchase, and my last purchase.

I have now purchased at least five SHAPERMINT items and have been delighted with them all. They have all been delivered quickly and
Packed in special clear bags that are sealed and opened easily. I have found these very useful to keep them in after washing and before wearing again. The size and shape have been wonderful and make me feel so comfortable and confident.

I could live in these leggings. I read the reviews and opted for a size small, even though I probably would have picked medium (I'm 5'3 and ~150lbs) and I'm glad I did because they fit perfectly. I wish they did a bit more for my mommy belly but they do make me feel streamlined. I will add that panty lines are a bigger issue due to the compression.

I ordered this bra in beige - it fit perfect and was very comfortable. I then ordered same size in black - and it arrived - I ripped off tags - and then found out it is at least one inch smaller. I haven't been able to wear it.

I took a chance and ordered a bra online. I went by their size calculator and ordered a M plus I ordered the bra with little padding. I received it and immediately tried the bra on. It was too small and flattened my chest. Did not like the bra at all. My return was seamless. The virtual agent was so helpful and very patience with me. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Very pleased. I'd recommend buying from Shapermint cause it gives you peace of mind if you need to exchange or return.

Although Empetua is described the same as when I purchased it over a year ago, the current Empetua is not the same fabric at all. An exchange was offered and arrived in a timely manner. However, I found myself having to return both for a refund. That part was accomplished. Odd that Shapermint prefer I donate item rather than return. Frustrated, because it is not a simple matter to cancel membership in Shapermint Club. In live chat, stalled asking are you sure? Yes quite. Wait for agent. Agent promises e-mail to cancel. E-mail does not include that link. Another attempt on website. Again, 2 options. Are you sure? This is what you are missing. 2nd option, to cancel... NOT ABLE TO CLICK ON AND COMPLETE>

I ordered one shapermint shaper panty, it was the wrong size. I read the instructions filled out the return form as it said, they said to keep the one that didn't fit me or donate it, and within a week, I had not only a new one but the right size as well, doesn't get any better than this!

My experience was good. I ordered a shapewear garment and had a coupon for free shipping. Applied it but when I paid it didn't remove the shipping cost. I called and they quickly adjusted the price. It fits well! I do wish that it had a crotch gusset because of ease with a gown for a wedding. The company is Very nice to work with.
