I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
The shaper fit fine when I initially wore it. It was very comfortable and the support was decent. However, after the first wash, the bottom seam came apart! Very disappointed because it had potential.

I bought some of the Shapermint tanks. When they arrived they would roll up. I tried multiple times to to the online return. It would get to the last part of the return process the it would
Freeze and I could not proceed any further to get return labels or anything else. I have order product from Shapermint and have loved them. I'm really disappointed

I had to exchange the bras I ordered that didn't fit two times. This last time I was told that I had to be satisfied with what I was ordering. So... if they send me what I ordered, I will be happy. They went out of their way to satisfy me.

The Shapermint bra is the most comfortable bra I have ever worn. The material is soft, the straps stay up on my shoulders( even when I work out), and the bra even comes with a back extender. And the customer service department is excellent. My only recommendation is the company expand the color palette to include pastels.

I love Shapermint and their great return policy. I had trouble finding the right bra for me, so this was my 3rd style I had tried. I was a little surprised when the Shapermint gal I was live chatting with said this would be my last exchange. I thought the policy was exchange until l was satisfied. I guess there is a limit after all. Their return policy is still better than other companies.

I initially ordered a larger size, which was very comfy, but I was fastening it on the tightest hooks, so I went down a size. I was disappointed that the bra that is one size smaller is too small. There's a big difference, rather than incremental differences which I expected.

The product works very well and is very comfortable. I bought the Empetua Shaper Shorts. I loved it so much I bought another to have on hand. Now I'm trying the bra - can't wait for it to be delivered. Customer service is extreme helpful. Lots of sales make it easy to try.

All the reviews I read before I bought my shapewear said the top didn't roll down, that it was different than other shapewear because it has silicone at the top to keep it in place. Well it stayed up for 5 minutes then it rolled down. It works but that's super annoying.

The buying experience on the site was very easy to do. The shipping was reasonably timed. The item I received was in perfect condition. When I was wearing my shapewear it was comfortable and kept me smooth all day long. It also didn't slip the entire day. I'm extremely impressed with everything.

They are soo comfortable. I bought 2 and fhen another black again. And the best of the best is the bra extension hooks in the back. Why can't all bra Co's do the same thing. I mean, we all gain wt at times and need it to continue wearing them in comfort

It said they would not roll down but they do and I am disappointed with that. When I try and wear them it annoys me that the back part continuously rolls down therefore I do not wear them and feel it was a waste of money.

I have tried different under garments like these, however was disappointed as very uncomfortable. These under garments however are very different. Are easy to put on and off and are very comfortable. They also remain in place without any rolling or slipping down or any uncomfortable digging in. Thank you. Am definitely converted.

My first purchase I had chose the wrong size and I emailed them to try and change it before it was mailed. I missed to deadline and understood that it was totally my fault but the customer service lady I was speaking to told me no worries that she will send me my right size with no charge to me and told me that I didn't have to send back the wrong size and to just keep or donate it. Loved how friendly and easy everyone was. Will definitely continue to shop at such a wonderful company.

I ordered a bra that did not work for me and they sent me what I had previously ordered. They also said to pass on to someone else the bra that didn't work for me to someone else. I did that and I believe she is very happy with it.

I figured I would buy a pair only because they were on sale. That way when they slipped or rode or had horrible fabric, who care because it was only X amount of dollars. BUT they DIDN'T DISAPPOINT! The fabric was smooth and wonderful feeling. They didn't ride or fall. This piece cooperated and did a secretive job at helping me look food.

I had initially bought 3 bras - I thought I liked them all. After a few days, 2 of them bothered me and I returned them, keeping the one I loved. I bought three more bras and they are all spectacular. It was so easy and I love the options available. Only one downside: not having 'nude' colors available in ALL the bras and sizes.

This company has HORRIBLE customer service! Even if the products are good, they will screw you! I ordered 4 items and only received 2 items. They have NO phone support, only email. I have sent numerous emails asking for the missing 2 items or a refund. Worst Customer Service EVER
