I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
I purchased a black one and a nude one and for some reason the nude one doesn't stick to my body as well as the black so it rolls down which is quite bothersome. If it would stay in place all the time without rolling down, I would give it a 5 star for sure!

Had purchased a bra and contacted Shapermint to return it because it was a very bad fit. But associate insisted that they had a better fitting bra for me so decided to give it a try. Received the new one but worse fitting than the first one. I just want to return it and get my money back! I don't want to be dinking around trying various bras.

I love my shapermint it works great and I have told my family about it. It makes me feel good when I have it on. I carried my grandson for my daughter then had to have a c-section which caused my abdomen to be stretched which I hated, but now I wear my Shapermint and feel better about myself. This company must be a scam. I ordered online and they are sending it to a different address on the other side of the country. Of course, when I try to contact customer support, they have no phone support, they say you can message, but then it takes you back to the chat. The chat feature is just a bot that can't answer questions or deal with problems. When you request a live chat, it won't give it to you. When you finally do get a live chat, they lie to you. The chat told me it was going to take two weeks to get my product when it took less than a week to supposedly deliver it to the wrong address. What kind of sense does that make, then they say that there are no refunds or exchanges. That's not what they were saying before they said they redid my order and put the right address on but yet I have gotten no notification and they have not shown me where they have done that when I complained they ended the chat. Horrible experience. I am pretty sure they have stolen my money. And they could care less. Do not order from this company. They are unreliable at best and at worst are scamming people out of money.
Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to know other companies that have these types of products. Because if I would have known, I would not have ordered from this company. I believe it to be a scam company, ripping people off for money by not sending them the product.

I chose to buy leggings in 2 sizes because I was unsure which was correct.
I intended to buy the one that fit, then exchange the one that did not for the right size. Customer service was amazingly responsive. It was all done by email. And I love the leggings.

I think its ridiculous to pay for shipping and to get a refund to pay shipping again, either way shapermint makes you pay for the product while letting you keep item. You dont get back what you pay and item doesn't deliver as promised

I unfortunately have to leave a poor review for this company. I placed an order on May 10,2022. I never received my product which was due to arrive on May 18,2022. Shapermint did finally tell me the product was out of stock and that they would send me another "similar" item, which I never received. I tried to contact the company via email and text and kept getting standard "robot" responses. It wasn't until I filed a complaint with PayPal that I got a quick reply and then they told me there was nothing they could do because the order was placed. After again replying through PayPal that I would like my refund because my order was not showing that it was placed I finally got $60.00 of my $60.98 refund. Do not deal with this company as you continue to get the run-around and they will not send you the product you order. Their customer service is terrible. I do not recommend this company.

I am somewhat satisfied with my Shapermint, but I was hoping that it would hold me in a little bit tighter. I'm not sure that I ordered the right size.
The large size may have been better & I ordered the xtra large.

I've ordered from Shapermint about 4 times now. And not once have I been disappointed. My first ever order I bought the wrong size. They have a no- hassle return and exchange policy. Since I've figured out what size I take with this brand I've ordered quite a few things. The Empetua brand is what works for me. I absolutely love everything I've gotten from Shapermint. And the price! So affordable! And super comfy. There's nothing I don't like about the things I got from Shapermint. I recommend them to anyone in the market for shapewear.

While I may have struggled with fit in the particular item I was after every single person I have dealt with in the team has given extremely high level of customer service. I really appreciate the time and made me feel like I was a valued person and not just a faceless customer, hands down best customer service I've ever received.

I got three camis on a whim and I'm so glad I did! I have worn them every day since I bought them. They're easy to put on (unless you just got out of the shower), and they really give a good, smooth shape.

I have been spammed with the Shapewear ads for a while now for the shapewear tanks; so I though I'll give them a try and I'll so glad I did. I feel so much more comfortable in clothing knowing that the little ‘extra bits' are neatly tucked in and my shape is really smooth in clothes again - it actually gives me a shape again! I'm already going to get the last colour so I have to wear with any outfit. I can't be without them now. Perfect to wear all day and the compression helps keeps things tight without making you feel too warm. Definitely a 5/5 for me!

I really like the feel of the shape & the material is great to prevent static cling. I just wish I could wear it without the straps & it would still stay up. Without the straps, it does slide (doesn't roll) down.

The first bra was not a good fit. I wrote a review stating that. Shapermint's customer service contacted me and told me they wanted me to be happy. They listened to what I wanted in a bra and sent me a new one. It was perfect!

I love this product, although I wish it just gripped my love handles and belly just a tad more. It is not uncomfortable to wear, doesnt rub, and doesn't make you feel hot. Love this bra! I've been looking for a bra without underwires that lifts and supports. This bra does it. And it's so comfortable. It doesn't have the thick stiff padding but nips don't say hello when it's cold.

Customer service was very helpful and fair. I was pleased. But the product was not which was too bad. I couldn't wear bra that had no adjustment for a strap that stretched out and constantly fell off shoulder.
