I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.

I previously thought I ordered 2 L beige bras and I got black. I keep the black ones and ordered 3 L beige bras. One of the bras is very hard in a corner of the hook and eye area. It is very very irritating to my back. I am unable to wear it. I do like the other 2 bras very much.

I would have given Shapermint five stars but I was not happy with the Empetua Open Bust Shaper Slip Dress. This shapewear was the only one that did not come with the "no-slip silicone strip." Everything else was as described and controlled better than expected. I definitely could wear the shapewear over ten plus hours and was not ready to peel myself out of it the moment I got home.

The 1st order great just to small didn't pull up all the up, however my sister in law and sister has smaller hips but they haven't been able to try on. I let you know when I get my new order does the larger size fit. I know it good quality I have been wearing shaper all my life I love the tight fit and support just need to pull up all the way. I love the way it fits. I got the small and when I tried it on I thought it fit ok. I was thinking on sending it back! I didn't see the extension when I hooked them on the bra it fit perfect. I love the way it fits. I ordered 3 more.

The white Cami Arrived and I was excited. I immediately tried it on. It did not compress slim or do any of what it shows on the advertisement. It was uncomfortable to boot. However if it had worked I would have endured the comfort to an extent. It looked ridiculous on me, so I contacted for refund. They of course wanted to exchange or credit. But I didn't want to try another. They only refunded $15 of the $27 I paid. However they said don't ship it back keep or donate it. I have no use for it but they kept $10 and I'm stuck with something I don't want. Not happy and would not recommend!

I first purcased 1 bra which fit perfectly. So I bought 2 more, same size. The 2 new bras are noth too small, cup wise. They do not cover all of my breast. I wear a D cup. No matter what I do, ther eith overflo the top of the cup, or the sides. Why such a huge difference?

The briefs which is the same size as the shorts was to big so I gave them to my mom. The shorts which I love by the way fits great except it rolls. I pull it as far up as I can get it and it rolls down so I want to get me another bra and pull my shorts up and place my bra over it to hold it up.?

I ordered the True Kind and Bali bras, and am thrilled with them! So comfortable and flattering! The True Kind is so comfortable that I sometimes wear it to bed. Smooths me out in all the right places—no overflowing at the top, side, or back. Love the low back closure on the True Kind as well as the extra hooks, just in case it was too small (it wasn't, but I love the thoughtfulness! Brilliant! Exactly as advertised.

I love this shapewear, but I still have trouble with it rolling down at times. That's the only thing wrong with it. It feels amazing! It holds in all the right places! And it's fabric is just breathable and smooth.

Ordered 2 camis too long. They told me to order 2 curves because they run shorter. Received them. Shorter, but too tight all the way around. I can't use them. Getting surveys everyday but no solution. Disgusted

I ordered five truefit bras, some small and some medium. No issues with the smalls, other than they felt a bit tight. I ordered a M truefit bra and it rolled, so asked to exchange. I got another one, same size, and it strangles me! I'm a 36B so not sure why a medium would be so tight, especially when I have smalls that don't feel like that. There's inconsistency in the product so I won't purchase more.

This company is a scam.
Placed a 400$ order.
Received no tracking number, order status says unfulfilled.
It's been 3 weeks.
Cannot reach any form of customer service. They do not respond to emails. They do not answer or respond to phone calls.
It is all robots and computer scammers when you try to reach customer service.
They finally responded to a negative review I posted on "trustpilot" and all the robot computer that responded sent me was a link to Facebook messenger.
Please save your money! And time … this company is NOT LEGIT!
I have now filed a complaint via my credit card company, as I have received no product, cannot reach this scam "company", and have been charged $400.
GO TO SKIMS, KNIX, ANYEHERE ELSE! There are so many great and legit companies that provide these types of products

Shapermint seems like a great deal on the surface, but it's actually not. I was a first time buyer, if not just shapermint, but actually shapewear. I read the sizing guide, and chose the best size according to the chart. I tried one of the camis I ordered, did not like the fit, it constantly rode up at my hips, because I have a butt. Anyway, I decided to return the items, I expected to have to pay shipping, or a restock fee, but I actually paid way more than that. The company advertises hassle free returns and exchanges, what they mean is ONLY exchanges. They want you to keep the items or exchange for different items, so, they entice you buy only returning a smaller amount of your original purchase price. Let's be honest, no one reads return policies, because hassle free usually means hassle free. This company is dishonest, and is a company you may actually want to take the time to read the policy. Otherwise, you'll get gypped. Definitely not worth the hype or investment.
Tip for consumers:
Read the return policy, the “easy” returns is a total lie.

None. I did not like the fit and returned both, even if it meant losing money. Which I lost way more than anticipated.

I had ordered two pair of Shapermint shorts which were too small. I didn't see the option of a larger size. I called to ask if I could return the one still in the package. They Bent over backwards to be sure that I was happy and sent me two more of the larger size which fit perfectly. And throughout all of this time they kept in touch with me. Their customer service and now I see their product are unrivaled. They are the best!

I ordered a bra two sizes too small, and when I went to return it, they said, "keep it!" and "what size do you need?" and then sent it! Free! And what's even better, the 3x fit PERFECT! I put it on right out of the mail and wore it the rest of the day. Only when I shed it that night did I realize the tag was on! It is that comfortable! I love this bra!

Just received the Truekind Daily Comfort wireless bras. Comfortable like a sleep bra but NO LIFT a and no strap adjustments. Fits like my old worn out 18-hour bras. Returning and will keep wearing my Dreamgenie sports bras. They lift and don't ride up; just lack the hooks in back.
