I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
I have an Hiatal hernia. That means that my stomach does not close. I have never been able to wear a girdle and eat. I had the empetua high waisted shorts on ALL DAY. I had breakfast lunch and dinner with no problems at all. It was awesome

I ordered according to the sizing chart. The items were too big. I went through the process of returning the items and followed the tracking number. Once I verified they received my return I reached out via the costumer service email. I received one email from "Mitch" telling me that I would see something shortly with information on my replacement items. That was 10/24/18. I waited the 3-7 business days for my tracking number and nothing! I have written 4 emails and the most I got was an automated response saying that I should hear something with in 48 hours. Here we are 48 hours later and still nothing! I am very dissatisfied.

I have been purchasing other capri length shapers and wasn't happy. I found Shapermint just through a simple search and decided to purchase since there was a sale going on. I got both the high waist capri length shaper and the mid-thigh which I have yet to wear. I LOVE the capri length shaper and especially love the fact that it's open in the center as some prefer not to wear underwear with them. The top part stays up and I'm glad that the elastic doesn't bother me as I'm allergic to some elastic. The fit was perfect and it holds everything in well. I'm now a fan and will look to Shapermint for future purchases.

I've been struggling to find a 'proper' but comfortable bra for the last few years. I think I finally found one. I've been wearing TrueKind comfort bra since it arrived and for the most part I forgot I'm wearing a bra. I fell 'all tucked in' but not to the point that I want to be untucked. Just nice and comfy. Only one exception is I wish the straps were adjustable. I feel they are slight too short and if I could adjust then it would be perfect. Looking forward to my next order.

Shapermint is a joke! DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY! I ordered $150 of products. Everything was ordered in XL/XXL. 7 of the items were shipped in LG and the one item that was the right size (bike shorts) were sent in tan, not the black I ordered. The reason was I was given was they didn't want to delay my order waiting for the stock. So purposely sent me everything TOO SMALL? It's shape wear! If I could fit into LG I wouldn't need it. So I was told to re-select because nothing I ordered was available. So I did. Dozens of times. Only to be told that another item was not in stock. Nothing was being 'picked' at the warehouse to hold... After 160 emails back and forth over 8 months... I was told they FINALLY would be shipping my order. Only to be told a few days later that the reselect items would cost them more than my original order so they finally agreed to just refund me. Lesson from this experience... shop other shape ware brands or buy one item. Never got back the $55 I paid in custom fees at my door either.

Purchased 2x bike shorts, 2x bras, 3x tank tops and 1x underwear... Everything was shipped 1-2 sizes smaller than what was ordered. The 1 pair of shorts in the right size was the wrong color and could not be worn as shorts

I bought a cami and a pair of leggings. The leggings are perfect, I love them, but I made a mistake with the size of the cami and ordered a small instead of a large. When I reached out to Shapermint, the response blew me away. With the time delay from USA to New Zealand I expected a hassle but contact was swift and friendly. My problem sorted and the correct size shipped to me no questions asked. I couldnt have asked for a better outcome. Will definitely be buying again from Shapermint if this is how they look after customers!

Every piece of Shapermint received has exceeded my expectation. Initially I did not project my proper size. My exchange of several items was simplistic at best resulting in complete satisfaction of products received.
A result of loosing 120# by age 55 is extra loose skin especially in my midsection. Upon completion of research, I decided to order Shapermint. Wearing the comfortable, smoothing camisoles, leggings etc have boosted my confidence extensively! My tummy no longer jiggles when walking swiftly. It does not leave that protruding extra tummy roll when sitting. I could not be more pleased or thankful for these cute pieces of clothing! Thank you from the bottom

I originally ordered some bras but did not like the way the straps dug into my shoulders- the comfort level on the bra was great but the seams left marks on my shoulder, I am a 38c so I am not small and I certainly give a bra a good road test. I said this in my review and shapermint wanted to make it right so they let me pick 2 new ones that would be more comfortable and not have this same problem. I got them and I am very happy! They really do ensure customer satisfaction. I will be a loyal customer after that treatment.

I didn't know I could feel this way because of some fancy shape ware.
I put it on and danced around like the gals on the infomercials and, I did feel better about my self.
When your used to being a cute, dainty, little thing and you get older and you start to gain pounds, well
You start to feel different. Less confident, not pretty, not worth a second look.
What can I say, I like wearing this shape ware, it makes me feel better and look a lot better.

I wanted to exchange 2 items, for a different size. Trying to do it online, was confusing. They gave me a credit and (I guess) tried to get me to reorder the new size and then tried to charge shipping. So the exchange was actually costing more money! When I called, they said "no, we can do that for no charge, even for the return shipping!" Soooo, make the call.

Lured in by slick advertising, fantastic video reviews and promises of quick international delivery, I foolishly trusted that my package would soon be on the way. It's over a month later, and nothing has arrived. I wish I hadn't wasted my money believing this rubbish.
Super quick to take my money and start spamming me with other special offers via email and Facebook. How about you stop harassing me, and just send me my stuff?
I am hugely annoyed that this store blatantly LIES on their website about where items are being shipped from... the site says "All of Shapermint's products are shipped from the US - we have warehouses in the East and West Coasts. Our partner brands also ship from the US." What a load of bull$#*!. My package was sent from China... is that the United States of China?

Maybe they’re experiencing holiday congestion. And yes, the package was shipped from China because it’s strategically close to New Zealand, compared to any of our warehouses in the US. We’ve processed a full refund of 61.93 USD, the refund notification has been sent to your email. Please note that you still receive the package as it is already in New Zealand since Dec. 17th.
I ordered a M/L shaper shorts for myself (I'm 155 lb slim hipped and belly heavy) I decided to try mine by wearing to work under loose clothing in case it rolled down or moved. It stayed up around my bra line the 8 hours I wore it. It was very comfortable and held my midsection in without feeling tightly bound. I love the product. I ordered a 2XL Shaper shorts for my daughter who is about 235 and very hip/thigh heavy. It did not fit her. We contacted to exchange online and she received her 3XL with days! She also loved them! I wish I wouldn't have ordered 2 of the same shaper, especially without 1st checking how thy fit. They're tighter & harder to put on than I expected bc the ads make it look so very easy for the women, & the difference they seem to get is amazing, whereas the difference in my shape wasn't nearly as dramatic or noticable, although there was a slight improvement to my figure. I'm glad u didn't pay full price for either shaper.

Customer service is top-notch. Material is high quality. However, designers need to acknowledge that size varies according to body shapes. I wear 1/x 2x with a body shape of 3x/4x. It all depends on the designer perception/ location. I am overall satisfied. Thank you Shapermint for a wonderful journey.

The prices, and ease of ordering, and fast shipping was great! I got the high waisted shorts and I love them. I can wear my fave tank tops now and not feel it looks unflattering. It really holds in my love handles and stomach! Perfect fit too.

I'm 5'2" 128lbs. I got the high waisted shaper panty. It stays in place all day with no rolling. The compression is very comfortable and doesn't give me a belly ache after wearing it all day like some shapers. My one disappointment was they are a little cheeky. I'd prefer full coverage on my bottom. I also wish they were seamless and had a show panty seams around the legs. I still like them and would buy again. Shipping was quick and customer service has been great.

I exchanged for another size. It still didn't make enough difference to put up with the struggle. Hard to put on, harder to get off. Impossible to get down and back up in the restroom. You better know how to hold it for a very long time.

Order went smoothly. Got my order pretty quick. Kept getting emails stating there was a big sale which actually wasn't. The bra I like was the same price during the big sale that it was before December. Only discount i got ended up only being free shipping.

I ordered the high waisted shaper panty... smart move. The fabric is very breathable and provides a comfortable wearing experience. On occasion I've worn this item 16 hours straight with no rolling or shifting thanks to the silicone around the top, not just at the edge but for a full 1". The shaper panty comes up high enough that I can overlap my bra over it and get a nice smooth profile. So very satified!

I received my bras in a reasonable amount. I did not know that bras had to be pulled on over my head to be worn(I wouldn't have ordered if I knew that.) Customer service was quite helpful and my return process easy.
