I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.
I ordered 3 bras from them that didn't fit, then exchanged for a different size, using their online return/exchange system. The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.
I never thought I would feel comfortable without underwire. These bras are so comfortable! I wear them all the time. They are true to size. If I had one complaint it would be that the ones I purchased don't have adjustable straps!

I placed an order realised if was wrong so started a chat with someone and thot it was corrected.So I received the initial wrong order which I started a return but you let me keep to donate which I did. I then receive the supposedly correct order and it's wrong. I tried another chat but both chats were not helpful at all.Do now I have 2 items I can't wear AGAIN and I've paid for them once, twice I have no idea

I tried several different styles and for me, the TrueKind Shaper works best. It's a dream and I was grateful that I could get in with the holiday sales. Their return service is great too! I filled out the form and placed the return in my mailbox and it was picked up! How easy is that?! Give it a try!

I like the Shapewear, it actually stayed put and did not roll down like other Brands. What o was just a little dissapointed about is that it didn't hold my stomach in as well as it does on the models on the videos. But I still like it. It's comfortable to wear. Thankyou.

Tbh I thought they would be tighter, I may need a smaller pair still, darn weight loss jk! My hubby was supposed to return, he didnt and 3 months later I found them. They still let me exchange!? Thanks so much!

I found shapewear that smoothed me out and did not make me feel as if i couldn't breathe. At the end of the day my tummy looked flatter and that was a pleasant surprise. I'd recommend women give it a try!

First, the website glitched at the end of the purchase and I ended up with duplicate orders of the same products. Spent $100.00 instead of the intended $50.00. Then, products came and the leggings were too small and the Body Shaper was in nude instead of black. The products are lightweight and comfortable however the bands do roll down and do not work for all body types. Finally, I processed my exchanges for both orders. The first order got an error and have tried for 3 weeks to get my return label. Could not even get a customer service number to talk to anyone. I have, however, already received my second order. The leggings fit but are very long. The products are nice but the overall experience was stressful and I do not plan on doing it again.

My experience went well. I purchased the wrong sizw and was afforded an opportunity xchange professionally and efficiently. Although, i like my new bras but i have many ‘True' bras, i was hoping for less of a classic bra and more of a nylon/stretch smooth type with more support.

I took a chance on an ad on Pinterest and ordered two of your bras. They're wonderful! Not only comfortable but great support and unlike a lot of bras similar in theory to these (no underwire and latex), the cups separate for a soft, feminine look. They wash beautifully. I highly recommend these bras. I am a 34DD.

I notified customer service of a package that was delivered, it was supposed to be canceled. Initially I was excited because she said they were going to order items for me that fit and/or I wanted since the ones that were sent do not fit. I was informed I would receive those items and a return package to send back the other items. I never got an email confirming it nor did I receive it.

I was sceptical but this one of the best decisions that I have ever made purchasing a bra. No underwire WHAT?! It is perfectly amazing and the most comfortable bra that I have ever put on in 50 years.

The boy shorts I bought didn't quite work for me and my exchange date passed. I emailed CS explaining I have a newborn and that I had missed the window by 3 days. They worked with me and sent me what I thought would work better than the shorts. I asked for the scoop cami and I am totally obsessed. They actually sent me two, I guess cause I had bought two items the first time. Had I know, I would have ordered two different colors. I'm ordering another one though. That's how much I like them.

I wasn't sure how I'd like them or not being new to shaperwear bit they are AWESOME and do just what they say they will! So many more of my old clothes fit again which is awesome after having 2 beautiful kids! Highly recommend!

Ive purchased a few different shapermint products and have been very happy with the function and comfort of the product and customer service had been great. Most of the things I've purchased have lasted, however the high waisted tights ripped in the seam after 3 wears! Hopefully it was just a faulty product.

I was excited to order my shaper short! The tracking was spot on and came in the time frame they said. I put it on after I got out of the shower, so I wouldn't have any lotions or oils on, and it stayed up but the back started rolling down in the back. All day I have to keep trying to smooth it out, because the top keeps rolling down. I feel like I wasted my money :(

I can wear clothes that I couldn't wear before. This is a good purchase. I've always had a decent shape but I gained a few pounds and tried dieting it was hard to lose so now I can still look good in my clothes.

I recently made a purchase and the sizing was wrong. I contacted the team at shapermint and they went above and beyond. I couldn't ask for more. Unfortunately the replacement still didn't fit. So I recommend watching the sizing. Other than that. Amazing service.

My aunt wanted some shapewear and I immediately thought of this site. I checked it out and there was a bundle deal, shorts and panty set for $30, and free shipping. I ordered the bundle in small (or small/medium?) and it arrived in a week. Pretty satisfied, the only reason I gave four stars is because they sent the panty in the right size, but the shorts in medium (medium/large?). They were too big for my aunt so she gave them to me. They work just like in the ads!

I'm 145lbs, 5'6". I ordered an XL because I didn't want it to tight but I could have gotten by with a large or possible medium. I like that it doesn't ride down, and it didn't keep me too hot. I really like that.

I love the scoop neck Cami's. The cami's really work well helping with my lower back problems. Only wish they'd make petite sizes also. The Cammies are about 2 inches too long for me, so I have to fold them back up at the bottom. Hey Shapermint! Please consider making petite size underwear for us shorties.

I am pleased with my purchases i just wish I had maybe went up a size in the leggings and the shapermint one piece i had got. But that's my fault, I also unfortunately didn't get the correct bra i had wanted, I needed the bra that made everything nice and smooth, like so there was no back buldge, and under the arm budget. Again that was my fault, I think had I done things better I would be happier, just gives me a reason to shop more.
