I ordered online and accidentally ordered two. When I called to get it resolved, I liked the company enough to keep the extra bra and AM SO GLAD I DID. These are fabulous! I wear them as a sleep bra and feel so much more support, without a pinching sensation. Considering the leggings now.

I was trying to exchange two bras for a larger size, in the same colors. Before I started this, I placed another order for four more bras in the larger size. The first one worked fine. The second one would only allow me to return (but nothing to explain why). So I initiated a chat. The CS woman processed the exchange but determined I couldn't exchange the second one for a larger size in the same color as they were out of stock. I asked for another color and was told there were none available in that size in any color (I had just moments before ordered 4 of them). So she directed me to another style, which I ordered. When I got the confirmation for this exchange, it says the first was will be exchanged for a the larger size and the second one will be returned. No mention of them exchanging it for a different style. Also, the emails with tracking confirmation are worthless.

My experience with Shapermint was excellent from the beginning of my order, until receiving my garment. I received the shapewear that I ordered, but it was not quite the fit that I required. Without hesitation, their Customer Service very professionally and courteously shipped another shaper to me and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the new garment. I felt the company treated me like they appreciated my patronage and the quality of the shapewear and my experience in doing so. I also love the message of empowering women to love their bodies. I definitely recommend Shapermint to everyone. I love mine!

Ordered sharpening took lllooonnngg time to get (30 days plus) I have a PO box. Got item and for whatever reason it was sent back same day. Could NOT get a real person no phone number no nothing for nearly 3 weeks finally got a person who said item never got returned. But they woukd refund me. Never hapoened

I placed an order on Dec 10,2018 and they were very quick in processing it, received the receipt right away. Then I got an email confirmation that my order is on its way with the tracking info. However, when i tracked my package, it says 'not foiund' Info unavailable, we cant identify your number yet. I waited for a few days as sometimes it takes a few days for them to ship it but it's been a week now that i still couldnt track it. I emailed them but I still have the same message. Very disappointing... had i known this would happen, i wouldnt have ordered from them. :(

I saw this these panty shapers on an advertisement during my vacation in Indonesia playing a game on my IPad... I took a snapshot so I could look at it later. I showed my girlfriend the pic. The rest is history as they say. I ordered a pair put them on and I love them. They do just what the infomercial said so I gave 5 stars.

I received both pkg but they don't fit me.
I can even get my leg through to try them on. I ordered 3xlxlxl and that's what I take in all my other clothes. I would need to return them for a bigger size.

The empetua high waisted shorts and leggings are wonderful! Not see through, gives good compression, and doesn't tear! The at waist daily leggings and shorts I got ripped at the crotch. I tried to contact customer service, and they were wonderful and sent me replacement pairs in a larger size, but those ripped also. I recommend the Empetua line and was very impressed with it.

I only had one trial error ( and) l do speak for me. I bought towards my size; however l wasn't satisfied. I responded to Shapermint review. I decided to give it another try l bought a size down. Lo and Behold! I'm happy, I'm satisfied, I'm a Shapermint Customer!
I'm Believer! Just trying figure out now what's going to be my next item. I know my size. Try again. You just may come a Believer as well.

I purchased the True Kind Daily Comfort Wireless Shaper bra and it's precisely what I've been looking for. Over the last several years, I've been searching for a comfortable, supportive bra that isn't ugly but that also doesn't sacrifice support or comfort for the sake of obnoxiously sexy design. This bra is the answer. I love it.

I'm a 34C and I wear a medium in this bra and it fits really well.

I very satisfied with the high waisted shaper brief. However, the the other brief that sits on the waist I do not like at all. It's fine for snapping the tummy but the fat on your waist then hangs over the top. I feel that particular shaper brief is definitely made for someone who is thin around the waist and just needs to shape their tummy area. I disappointed that I bought 2 pair of them and I know I will never wear them. At least not at this point.

I put it on and it held in place. I felt comfortable when I was walking and bending down. It was very breathable and I really looked good in my outfit with it on. I think it's one of the best controllable spandex I've ever worn. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs comfort and coverage of all the bulge.

I ordered two bras in the wrong size. The company was great about exchanging them. The new size fit, but the design was wrong for me. The company again was very good about the return. They refunded my money minus $10. So I paid $10 to try on a bra. If I had noticed anything about a partial refund, I wouldn't have purchased anything in the first place.

Having used the sizing guide, I bought a Shapermint wonder bra. It had tags but looked used( skin dander, hair, and wear wrinkles). I tried it anyway and looked ridiculous. The cup size would work for a training bra. Not a fan!

I would not recommend this company or their products to anyone. Besides the fact the product doesn't work as described, they charge you for the refund of the product that doesn't work.
I would give them an F on the BBB website.

Excellent product. Reviews were very helpful in choosing the correct size. I did order up a size based on the comments and they were a perfect fit. I have the High waist shaping boyshort. I highly recommend.

I love the shaper! It is comfortable and worked well. I was disappointed with the "live chat". I'm pretty sure I was chatting with a robot, as I couldn't get the information I wanted. "She" kept latching on to a key word and addressing it instead of my actual question. For instance I talked about hiding my fat rolls, and "she" told me I should get a size larger to prevent rolling. Then I said the size was perfect, but I wanted to order an additional shaper with more compression and "she" told me they could exchange my shaper for a smaller size to get the right compression. I asked if this was a real person or robot, and got "100% human!" as the fastest reply of the conversation. "She" never seemed to understand that I wanted to purchase a 2nd one, not exchange the one I got!

So I am old and have big boobs, I wanted to try the Shapermint no wire bras, well they didn't support me so well for out in public but r great around the house. But I did get a couple of the Bali underwire minimizer bras and they fix like second skin. So because I have big boobs dang wires r the only support that really works for this old lady. Good luck getting your order, ladies! I placed my order on August 7th, and it hasn't even been shipped yet, and by the way… if you aren't happy with your order, and you decide to cancel it, they will not honor your request, if you are trying to cancel after the first hour since you first placed your order. That's right ladies! You have only ONE HOUR, from the time you order, to cancel your order. Also… after I placed my order, I was notified that one of my garments was out of stock. Just inconvenient, and I am tired of waiting to see my order being shipped. I won't purchase from them again.

I had a terrible return experience. I did not like the material of the leggings. I did keep the camis and the shaper shorts. I took the return label to the post office and was told I owed an additional $7+. Since I already had the $4.99 return fee deducted this did not make me happy. I tried to use the Shapermint Chat feature yet the bot was unable to understand and reply to my concern. This has made me very leery of ordering again. 1) the return policy is not how it is advertised 2) I cannot communicate a concern effectively to the company.

I can't believe it took me forever to make up my mind to try your brand of underwear because it was unknown to me. I have been losing a little weight, and it seems that it is coming from my breast and there was so much buckling of the top of my bra cup my clothes front, it is embarrassing. Your cups are totally soft and fit me. And my tops do not do this with your cups. I not only use your bras, but I have also bought several pieces and am very, very pleased. I have been telling my friends about your products, hope they take my recommendation and try them. They do pinch, poke, they are not any binding around you I could go on and on but I think you get the message I LOVE YOUR PRODUCT!

Iam very somewhat satisfied with my last to purchases but my cami top did not fit and it was very tight, so I have to send it back for a refund. I differently support the company iam plus size woman and its very hard to find shape wear I truly love it keep on do it.

I bought a bra and it was too large. When I contacted Shapermint and requested a replacement for a smaller size there was no issue at all. The new one arrived within a week and I love it. No falling straps or biting underwires!
